Agregue sal y deje hervir durante unos 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que la carne quede lo suficientemente blanda para poder desmenuzarla (puede verificarlo si al introducir un tenedor en la carne, este se hunde fácilmente). Escurra la carne en un recibiente y espere hasta que se enfríe. Puede conservar el caldo para preparar otros platos. Ayudándose con dos tenedores, deshebre bien la carne y reserve. Para preparar la salsa, triture bien los dientes de ajo y pique en cuadritos pequeños la cebolla y el pimiento. Lleve a sofreír durante unos 30 segundos, en un sartén bien caliente con una cucharadita de aceite. Añada al sofrito el comino, orégano, vino tinto, vino seco y el puré de tomate. Revuelva hasta que todo quede bien integrado durante otros 30 segundos. En un sartén grande, incorpore la carne desmenuzada y cúbrala bien con toda la salsa. Deje cocinar a fuego medio durante unos pocos minutos. Rectifique el punto de sal a su gusto.
