Chapter X (A conversation between an heir and a Queen)

Princess Amalthea walked down her castle with her hands behind her back ignoring the looks of the lords and ladies. Guards open the doors to the outside of the garden, and screeching sounds fly around the garden as the Dimorphodon flies around. Sitting on the ground Amalthea played around the pond. Queen Alicent walked into the garden and stopped when she saw Amalthea, She looked around and jumped when Amalthea spoke "Hello Queen Alicent" Alicent walked closer to her and started messing with her cuticles "How did you know it was me?" she asked making Amalthea look up "your footsteps" Alicent just nodded and step back when Astra flew down and landed next to the princess.

There was a silence between them for a while "I have seen how close you become with my son" Almathea already knew who the queen was talking about and nodded at her "I also seen how you two look at each other" the heir of lune look at the queen confused and keep playing with the water. Alicent looked around and slowly sat on the green grass and looked at the princess "I have never seen my son so...happy...last time I've seen him this happy is when he earned his dragon" Amalthea smiled and nodded "You make him happy" Alicent looked at the creature that was now laying her head on her mother's lap, Alicent looked at the princess and smiled "Can I ask you something?" Amalthea just nodded.

" A-Are you currently betrothed?" she asks now looking at the water, Amalthea just looked at her and knew where this was going...everyone knew the rumors about how they trying to put Aegon on the throne so a betroth between House Solar and the greens will make their chances of winning the war go up especially if the kindong of sol follows. But that won't work, House Solar nee House Moon has been loyal to those who have shown their loyalty to them and the house of the dragon has earned their loyalty, and Princess Rhaenyra has stolen the heart of Lune ever since she was babe so everyone is loyal to her.

"I am not" Amalthea replied and she now sat up more straight "I would like to have a betrothal between You and Aemond...I believe it will do good to both kingdoms" Amalthea shook her head and stood up making Astra wake up and screech " As nice that sounds your grace but I will marry for love and if I don't find love then I will be a husbandless queen with no children to pass my throne to...excuse me" Amalthea said as she start walking inside with Astra following behind her. Aemond was walking when he saw Amalthea speed-walking with Astra on her shoulders and screeching like crazy, he was about to speak but stopped when she walked past him not even glancing at him making him confused and watch as she walked away. He looked back where she came from and saw his mother at the doorway looking nervous, Putting two and two together he guessed that his mother said something to anger the princess making him sigh and walk towards his mother and hug her.

Amalthea entered the family room with a slam making everyone in the room jump "Mi corazon what happened" the king asked as he watched his secondborn throw herself onto the sofa, Amalthea mumbled something making everyone confused "What?" Nash asked his aunt making her sit up "I was in the garden with Astra when Queen Alicent came in and asked me if I was betrothed I told her no and she thought a betrothed between me and Prince Aemond was a good idea to join our kingdom together but I told her no" Amalthea explain in one breath making Prince Daemon and Princess Rhaenyra confuse "Wait Queen Alicent asked you that?" Queen Europa asked her sister who nodded "I'm sorry Queen Alicent ask what?" Rhaenyra said looking at the family "The Queen wanted to betroth Amalthea with Prince Aemond" Queen Aquila responded making Daemon groan and shake his head "And Amalthea said no...but I thought you liked the prince?" Nash asked his aunt.

Amalthea groans and looks up to the ceiling "I do not like him...I just think he's cute and...nice" Jacaerys and Lucerys looked at each other and then at the Princess "But I told her I will marry for love not for anything else...before you say anything Nash I do not love him I barely know the guy" Nash close his mouth and kept reading "Oh sweetie," Aquila said as she hugged her daughter "Do not worry sweetie nobody will make you marry anyone I'll speak to the queen, face to face..queen to queen" Aquila said now standing up and making her way out "Well...Avia gonna put someone in their place" Nash said making his mother and father hit him over the head making him groan.

Queen Aquila walked up to the chamber where the Queen Alicent stayed and knocked. Inside the room, a guard opens the door and announces Aquila making everyone stand up "Queen Aquila we didn't expect you" Alicent said as Aquila entered the room, Aquila entered the room and went straight to the queen ignoring everyone "This is the last time I'm telling you and your family this...I'm not going to marry my daughter off just because you think is a good idea to join the kingdoms together, if she does not want to marry that's her decision but I want my children and my grandkids to marry for love not for power so next time any of you ask to marry my daughter of grandson off to someone from your family or any i won't hesitate to kick all of you out and cut ties with your part of the family...Now I have nothing against Prince Aemond he looks like a nice man and I see the way he looks at my daughter I think they make a beautiful couple but you don't think they both are ready to marry" Aquila finished with a smile and started to walk away "See you during the ball"

Aemond looked at his mother "You wanted to betroth me to the princess?" he asked, Alicent quickly looked at her father and nodded "I thought it was a good idea since you two look fond of each other" Aemond sighed and looked down "Mother I like the princess but I won't trap her into a forced marriage she doesn't want...you don't even know if the princess like me back" Aemond made his way out of the chamber and start walking.

Well new chapter for yall I'm gonna be honest I have not been inspired to write this story until today, it was kinda rush so I'm sorry if there were mistakes and that the chapter was short. Anyway have a good day,night or afternoon and I hope you liked this chapter.

a zeltron with rose-colored skin, almathea is truly one of the most... shall we say, willing of the girls. her species is obsessed with love and pleasure and they produce potent pheromones, so it’s safe to say she’s a busy girl. born on zeltros, she moved away when she turned twenty-two. she lost her parents and figured she had nothing left to do but travel. she was well off thanks to her inheritance and they taught her to pilot their ship, so she was free to do as she pleased. but she wasn’t doing anything that interested her; she needed to work with people. a quick stop on batuu turned into a new life for her. she went into the scarlet for a drink and watched as one or two people walked upstairs. she asked lona what they were doing, lona explained, and almathea’s eyes widened. she had no idea that sex could be... a job. finding that endearing, lona coached her a little, explaining everything she needed to know. she’d give almathea a client, and if she found she liked this job, she could continue working there. and from the minute she started talking to her client, she knew this was exactly what she was supposed to be doing. she takes great joy in her job and adores the love, attention, and enjoyment she gets. she truly wants everyone to feel good, that’s her ultimate goal. she’s a real giver, she’s whatever you want her to be ( within reason- she still has boundaries! ). she has a tendency to be a bit of a princess or a priss, especially when she’s uncomfy. she’s not afraid to complain if she takes issue with something. she’ll never be one in a fight, though -- she’s just not willing to get violent. if a client tries to get fresh with her, she’ll simply bitch them out until they correct their behavior, or she’ll just run out into the hall and cry for cheix or lona.

bryony and her family moved to batuu because her parents couldn’t afford to live in such a big city anymore. they figured moving somewhere cheaper would be better, but when her father grew ill and her mother died thanks to a trooper, she realized she was going to have to take care of things from here. she struggled to find work on batuu, but then she found lona and started working for her, finding no issue with the perceived shame that came with being a prostitute. she didn’t give a fuck, she was working for her pay and that’s what mattered, right? she’s an amazing dancer and she’s hella flexible, so sometimes she serves as entertainment in certain rooms. she loves choreographing routines with the other girls, especially if it’s to cassini’s music. she’s incredibly sassy like all the rest of the girls and isn’t afraid to stick up for herself. her dad’s still alive and getting treatment on chandrila, because that’s where the treatment center for his particular disease is. she wanted the best for him because he always did his best for her. and she’s lucky to earn enough to help him that way and have him recover somewhere really nice.

calico is the newest of the girls, but that’s because she’s currently sitting on a big secret. she woke up on batuu about five months ago, her last memory was the destruction of jedha city. she died on that planet with the rest of saw gerrera’s rebels, trying to steal the rest of the crystals back from the empire. when she woke up, she had no fuckin’ clue where she was or what was going on, but instead of freaking out, she just ran with it. changed her name, decided on a backstory, started lying, she got caught up on history through random conversations, and took a job in lona’s brothel to earn money and have a place to sleep. she’s a goddamn bad bitch, she has a tendency to be pretty intimidating, and she’s kinky as all hell. she’s the one you go to if you want to be dominated, or if you want someone to dominate. you can really knock her around without much of an issue. she has fun with her job, she likes the power it gives her. if anyone asks where she’s from, she’s honest and says jedha -- given that the whole planet wasn’t destroyed, she isn’t lying and it’s easier than coming up with a bunch of extra bullshit beyond her already-decided backstory. since she’s the one that usually deals with the roughest clients, she’s not afraid to beat the fuck out of someone that oversteps, nor is she afraid to straight up kill. she’s usually one of the ones jumping up to defend another.

growing up on such a quiet planet made capella antsy. she yearned for adventure and travel, dreamed of other worlds, and whenever a new traveler crossed through town and came to her mother’s restaurant, she’d ask tons of questions about where they’ve been. one day, a woman showed up talking about how she had plans for building a crew, and capella jumped at the chance. she needed a way off that planet, and this was her moment. she joined the woman, who was a smuggler, and they traipsed across the galaxy. capella was finally fulfilling her dreams of travel and adventure, but it was short lived. her captain was killed by a trandoshan that had a bounty on her. without much of a choice, capella hitched a ride with a new group in need of a worker, and that’s how she’s lived for the past few years. the most recent job brought her to batuu about two years ago. she was honestly too exhausted to keep going on these smuggling runs, but she had no other work. she was homeless, begging in the street, and lona saw her. she couldn’t let that continue, so she offered her a place to stay and work. the girls welcomed her in with open arms. she doesn’t like doing the same thing all the time, it reminds her too much of home, so she’ll alternate between sex work and bartending. even though she traded one backwater planet for another, batuu was still more interesting with sorgan and now she had a bunch of friends and family to keep her heart in one place.

cassini war - 31 - fc: lizzo

homeworld: tatooine

cassini always knew she had a great voice, but being born on tatooine automatically meant if you didn’t get the fuck outta there, you were never going to be recognized. she moved to coruscant to try her hand at becoming a singer, but there was already an oversaturation of performers on that planet. she bounced around from planet to planet just hoping for someone to give her a chance, but no one was biting. it was fucking bullshit. frustrated, she went to batuu with the intention of just spending a night before dipping again to some other place. but she spent her night at the scarlet, and after talking to lona, lona requested she perform that night. the batuuans adored her and lona offered her a job on the spot. and cassini took the job on a tentative state -- she wasn’t sure she’d want to stay. but the girls that worked with lona were far too convincing to ignore. they’re a family, and that’s something cassini has craved. she gets to perform when she wants, of course she works as a prostitute because who doesn’t love getting fawned over? she adores neon everything.

indigo baize - 29 - fc: vanessa hudgens

homeworld: mirial

she’s a green mirialan with diamond-shaped tattoos across the bridge of her nose like a spattering of freckles. she fled mirial when the first order took over, but was caught and sold to a slaver that specialized in sex trafficking. since that’s the sort of thing lona always keeps her eyes out for, when lona heard about it, she bought indigo’s contract and brought her to batuu. from there, lona essentially ripped up her contract and set her free, but in that time, indigo had formed a bond with lona and the others. she decided to stay and keep working, seeing this form of sex work with these girls as something empowering and not crushing or forced. she likes feeling valued, she likes that she’s listened to. has a penchant for flower pressing and is minorly addicted to blueberries.

lenka quill - 24 - fc: barbie ferreira

homeworld: bespin

lenka is the “baby” of the group, but that title probably falls more accurately to almathea. lenka moved to batuu with the first order, she’s an officer that decided enough was fucking enough. she quit, and since she was only a low-level operations controller, the first order didn’t really give a shit. she wanted a job where she could express herself and be free, and lona’s brothel was exactly that. hell, she’s making more money with lona than she did in the order, which, eyeroll, but even beyond that, she loves the community of it all. she loves being friends with her coworkers, she loves doing something pleasurable, she loves the attention and hype and the partying aspect of it all. she’s incredibly blunt, almost to a fault, and she’s got the cherry aesthetic down pat. she’s not afraid to turn down a client if they’re sus and she’ll only sleep with a first order officer if she can peg him, sorry not sorry.

millea avim - 30 - fc: candice patton

homeworld: batuu

millea grew up on batuu around lona and the others, and figured she didn’t really need to go anywhere else. she liked it, why leave?? when she turned eighteen, it was time for her to pick her career like most others, and she was at a total loss. she had no idea what she wanted to do forever, and figured she’d decide eventually. she just had too many interests, why pick one? around the same time, lona was establishing the scarlet. when lona offered her a job that she could quit whenever she wanted. millea runs the kitchen, making all sorts of incredible meals for the guests. she’s a really skilled cook, and is always testing out something unique for others to try. she also comes up with drink recipes when she has nothing better to do. she started the job figuring she’d stick around for a year, maybe two, but then just decided this was perfect for her. she’s got the galaxy’s best hangover cure, so more often than not, the first trip most of the girls make in the morning is downstairs to the kitchen for millea’s cure.

naa’shyra zerr - 30 - fc: margot robbie

homeworld: saleucami

she’s a pink twi’lek with blue splotches scattered across her body ( momma was blue, daddy was pink! she loves that she got both of them represented ). she’s another twi’lek fallen victim to the horrible obsession of alien slavery across the galaxy. she was under hutt control for most of her life, doing everything from maid services to entertainment to sex work, but her most recent master was a zabrak crime boss with a particular chip on his green-and-orange shoulder. naa’shyra landed on batuu because she was following her boss -- he had business to attend to with oga garra, and naa’shyra was expected to just follow him around in case he needed anything. it’s safe to say that when lona saw a twi’lek in chains being shoved around, she wouldn’t stand for it. she bought her off the guy without a second thought, offering an extra thousand credits more than his asking price, just to make sure the motherfucker would leave her alone. when freed, naa’shyra had no intentions of staying, but she spent a few nights at the scarlet. lona and the other girls told her about how things worked in the brothel -- how they were able to stay protected, earn money, and choose what they wanted to do. hell, that sounded like a good plan to her. she stuck around despite her initial idea and fell in love with it all. she dances with bryony all the time, she sometimes helps capella with more food and hospitality work, and takes clients when she feels like it. she doesn’t pressure herself to do that sort of work if she’s not feeling it, which lona encourages. she collects jewelry and loans it out to the girls all the time, and when she has downtime, she makes her own.

polarys vancil - 29 - fc: alisha wainwright

homeworld: numidian prime

polarys is from numidian prime, the daughter of a pair of thieves. she never expected she’d get a ‘normal’ job, after all she was raised to never give a fuck about the rules, no matter who imposed them. rules were suggestions, and she was not about to take suggestions from anybody. she had a moral code, of course, she wasn’t about to harm innocents or create problems where there were none, but she wasn’t going to waste her time conforming. she didn’t give a fuck about what other people thought about her, and she knew that she wasn’t about to serve a government that didn’t care about her. she considered joining the rebellion for a minute, but gave it up when she realized she’d probably be a waste of space there -- not only was there a ton of rules to follow, but she wasn’t very organized. she’s notoriously forgetful, incredibly scatterbrained, and gets distracted every five minutes. if she was put into the military, she’d be completely screwed. curious about other places, she moved to batuu for new experiences. she met lona, the two became fast friends, and polarys realized she could be useful here. it was a job that didn’t really require organization in any capacity -- hooking up with randos wasn’t exactly rocket science. lona was a boss worth listening to and it gave polarys a way to stick it to the man without getting her ass killed. win win! she’d lose her head if it wasn’t attached, so expect to find her stuff literally all over the place. her room is a disaster area, proceed with caution. she’s a fuckin goofball.

rivalia dii - 30 - fc: diane guerrero

homeworld: kijimi

she’s a chiss woman that made her money on kijimi as a fortune teller. she doesn’t have the force or anything like that, she’s just good at reading people and making educated guesses. tarot cards take care of half the work for you, and if you ask as many leading questions as possible and you look the part, usually people will buy into whatever you say. she made a pretty solid living just doing whatever she wanted, but a little trouble brewed after fucking one of the higher officers in the first order. let’s not get into detail, but let’s just say his death absolutely was not her fault, she was just cleaning her blaster and it went off. into his chest. twelve times. who cares, he was a jackass!! safe to say it was time to get the fuck out of dodge. she raced to batuu ( because who the fuck went to batuu anyway ) and met lona, got the job, and blended in about as well as a blue-skinned, red-eyed witchy bitch could. she loves her job, she uses the fortune-telling as a fun little schtick for clients that are curious. it makes for interesting foreplay.

titannea grenko - 29 - fc: candice accola

homeworld: batuu

titannea was raised on batuu, her parents were gatherers at savi’s. she never really had a calling to that lifestyle -- she loved the jedi, as she was raised to believe in them the way the other gatherers like rye and breena were, but she didn’t really feel that pull to hunt for artifacts. she was much more interested in doing what she was good at -- and that was flirting. she just has a way with words that can lure even the strictest of people. totally shameless in her advances, she’s always gotten herself into predicaments because of her lack of attraction to work or learning or whatever the case may be. once she was allowed to, she went straight up to lona and asked for a job. she wanted to be one of the girls, she wanted to put her particular skills to use, dammit!! and hell, with that sort of enthusiasm, lona figured why not? lona had known her her whole life, so it was an easy approval. titannea fucking adores her job. she only wears white and cream colored clothes.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE SCARLET COMPANY.

every girl that works as a prostitute has two rooms ( not counting their private living spaces ) that they need to keep clean and take care of. each room is supplied with essentials -- condoms, lubricant, water, snacks, plenty of towels, and some toys, ropes, cuffs, and little odds and ends that could come in handy. since every room is basically a hotel room, there’s also a couch, chair, desk, bathroom and shower.

certain rooms have doors that connect to adjacent rooms so you don’t have to walk out into the hallway to get to the next room. the only people allowed to use the doors are the girls, and they’re the only ones with the keys.

clients pay per session, with additional cost for special requests or expectations. you can pay the girls for dances, drinks, meals, dates, specific actions, outfits, or even for threesomes and up. all are at the girl’s discretion though -- don’t think that paying extra will grant your every wish.

all pay is up front, and if the mood strikes and certain add-ons get thrown in during the session, you’ll either be charged at the end or the girl can waive the fee if she wants.

it’s safe to say if you try anything fresh or force anything, you’re getting your ass beat or potentially killed. no cap.

it’s not a rule, but it’s nice to tip your girl as well -- it’s nice to tip everyone. bartender, performer, prostitute -- always show up with more money than you think, just in case. these women work incredibly fucking hard and deserve the pay.

if you hook up with a girl, you’re allowed to stay the night as well, the girl will just accompany you to whatever room you decide so she doesn’t have to sacrifice one of her two specific rooms for the night.

they have codes for different situations, it helps them communicate without stirring up trouble.

all the girls keep weapons hidden in their rooms, just in case they need them.
