To systems who can't seek professional or community help for their exotrauma because it's dismissed as "fictional" or "lesser". To systems whom have experienced the after-effects of their exotrauma before they realized it existed or interacted with source. To systems that are suddenly onset with new trauma responses after a media experience. To any systems with exotrauma I didn't mention here

I know the stigma is suffocating, but you're not alone. You deserve the same understanding and help as others. Your trauma not being of this body does not mean your experience is lesser.
