King Shark Relationship headcanons (Harley Quinn Version)

The fact that this guy barely has any fanfic about him is just making me want to cry.

Confession:

He was starting to have feelings for you and you treated him as an individual. If he had a problem he felt like he could go to you and ask for your help.

He started to act a little shy around you, and would sometimes stutter.

You found it very adorable.

He wasn't sure how to confess his feelings for you, but you were waiting as you felt the same way about him.

He was calm, polite, and was the most reasonable one out of the team.

He was like your best friend, and you wanted to be more than friends.

You were completely fine with being with a man-shark. You cared about him, and most of the guys in Gotham were not to your liking.

He finally had the will to tell you his feelings. He knew he couldn't keep this up for long as you might have found out eventually.

Half of the team had figured out King had a crush on you. Obviously, they only told King about it and not you as they didn't want to ruin the potential relationship.

King asked if you could both go out of a walk. He said he needed to ask you something important.

You said yes of course. He was your crush after all!

You stood on the shore of the beach. It was evening and the scenery looked absolutely stunning with the bright orange sun setting off in the distance.

He itched the back of his neck shyly, "Y/N, I brought you out here because I have something important to tell you. It's very important to me."

This peaked your curiosity, "What is it Nanaue?"

He grabbed both of your hands and held yours in his.

"Y/N, we've known each other for a year and I felt like we've really connected well. I've been starting to have these feelings stir up inside me. You're just so beautiful, and gorgeous."

King sighed as he continued, "Y/N, I'm in love with you. I know that I'm a shark, and I am technically a prince of a shark kingdom. I just don't want you to regret being in a relationship with me. If only you want to of course."

This was it! Nanaue finally said he had feelings for you!

You smiled as you tightened your grip on his hands. "Nanaue, of course I want to be in a relationship with you! I've been waiting for some time for you to tell me. I'm fine with you being a shark, that's who you are Nanaue. I'll accept everything about you, even the fact that your royal."

King Shark hugged you gently, "Y/N, thank you. Thank you so much. I love you, Y/N. I'll take care of you, and I'll do all that I can to be there for you."

Your foreheads touched lovingly as you looked at him in the eyes. "Nanaue...I love you so much. I'll be there for you too. I promise."

Relationship:

This man is pretty loyal. He will be pretty communicative, and will try to update you on things when he can.

He's told you about his arrangement with Tabitha. He says that he's not in love with her at all and she is more of just a friend.

He can be a little worried at times, but King Shark is committed to your relationship.

He is a big sofite. He loves cuddles, and loves giving you nose kisses.

He can be protective at times, he knows that you can hold your own, but he always worries for your safety. You are the love of his life after all.

You are both there for each other when you both are feeling down. His brothers deaths haunt him and he's worried that he will hurt you too if he goes berserk.

You just calm him and reassure that you know he wouldn't hurt you.

And your right in his berserk personality he doesn't hurt you and is instead VERY protective of you. He will consume anyone who tries to hurt you or goes near you.

You told Nanaue about it and he just blushes with a lot of red appearing on his face.

He is a gamer! You don't mind playing with him, and he always enjoys it when you join the game that he is playing.

You like going swimming together and it's a lot of fun! He will even tease you sometimes.

Shark attack!!! Just kidding he would never hurt you.

He can be such a dork sometimes and it’s super adorable!

Such a wholesome boyfriend King Shark is!

He treasures your relationship and is happy he finally has found a soulmate!

Bruh what makes me laugh in the beginning of the Suicide Squad kill the justice league game is that when you first meet Green Lantern he says that he’s been doing recon for Brainiac and rounding up lose meta humans and plans on taking the squad in for Brainiac and counting it as that….. but…like….dude- not a single person in the squad is close to even being CONSIDERED a meta. When it bleeds it pours - King Shark (Harley Quinn) X Reader

Summary: King Shark tries to take you out for Valentine’s Day, but his killer instincts start to kick in.

Was Requested!

It was a day for lovers, and it wasn't your favorite holiday. At least not anymore and it was because of a certain shark. You were so excited for King Shark to get back from his trip to his home. He was going to tell Tabitha that he had a girlfriend now.

You smiled as you picked up the picture that was on the kitchen table. You and Nanaue took this photo as a celebration for valentine's day. You planned on purchasing a frame for the photo during your shopping with Nanaue. You heard the door open and their your lover came into your apartment with nothing but a loving smile and greeting hug.

"Y/N, are you ready to go shopping?" Nanaue asked excitedly.

"Of course," You said as you gave a kiss to Nanaue's nose, "How was your time in the kingdom?"

"Augh! Daddy is such a pain, he banned me from the kingdom so I had to make sure it was a quick visit. I was at least able to tell Tabitha about you though. She rather seemed pleased about the fact that I have someone to love now," Nanaue explained.

You smiled as you grabbed one of King Shark's hands and held one in your palm, "I'm glad you both are getting along quite fine."

"Yes I am relieved, but I will remember it doesn't matter what Tabitha thinks because..."

King Shark approached you and gave you a kiss on the lips, "You are the only woman that I truly love."

You chuckled as you kissed him back, "I feel the same way."

"Do you want to get some meat?" Your boyfriend asked you, "I know you love meat."

You laughed as you booped your boyfriend's nose. King Shark looked at you in astonishment and then smiled at your sentiment.

"Nah, I'm in the mood for some fish. Wanna go to the beach?" You offered to Nanaue.

"Sure, besides it's valentines day and I have a few ideas of what we could do."

Nanaue looked at you with the most naughty grin you have ever seen. You knew he was up to something funny, dirty, or very romantic. Maybe all of those ideas actually.

With your shopping bags in tow, you and your boyfriend ran towards the beach.

Once you made it down to the beach you and King Shark both stripped down and wore your new swimsuits that you both bought at the store and made your way to the shoreline. Once you touched the water, you shivered.

"Yikes! It's freezing!" You shirked.

"It's not cold for me, my love," King Shark commented as he put his head on top of yours and secured his arms around your torso.

"Well your cold blooded, that's why you cheater!" You teased as you attempted to get out of your boyfriend's grasp.

You both laughed as King Shark lifted you out of the water and he held you over his head.

"Put me down! Ha ha ha!" You laughed loudly.

You flailed playfully, unexpectedly you fell out of your boyfriend's grasp and landed under the surface of the water. You sank to the bottom of the sea and hit your head on a rock.

"Y/N!" King Shark panicked as he dove under water and searched for you.

Luckily, King Shark found you due to his unique eyesight that humans didn't have. You sank to the deep bottom of the sea and King Shark was lucky that his shark-traits helped him in finding you. What King Shark didn't know was that blood was coming out from the side of your head. He sniffed it and his pupils dilated, he had become enraged.

King Shark's personality had changed entirely and instead of the cheerful, kind, and romantic man that you loved. He turned into a raging beast that wanted to destroy anything that had gotten in his path. Despite all these traits that had came from King Shark's instincts. He had a new instinct that had mysteriously came to him.

Protect the love of his life, from anything and everything.

The angry shark searched underwater once again for your presence. He found you floating lifelessly in the ocean, and gripped your leg. The raging shark swam up to the surface and threw you onto the shore of the beach.

"Woah King Shark, calm down! Help has arrived!" Clayface shouted at his best friend as the shark became even more angrier and ran towards the brown figure.

"Ahh! Somebody help!" Clayface cried out.

"I got it!" Poison Ivy yelled as she wrapped the angry shark in vines and secured him to make sure he couldn't get lose.

"Y/N!" Clayface yelled as he looked at your unconscious body.

Poison Ivy ran over to your body and inspected your condition.

"She's just unconscious, but she needs CPR!" Ivy said.

Ivy put her hands on your chest and pressed both hands. You woke up in sudden shock as you spit out the water that had gotten into your lungs.

"Oh my gosh! Your okay thank goodness!" Ivy exclaimed.

"Where (Cough) where (Cough) where's Nanaue?" You said, while trying your best to be able to breathe properly again.

"He's fine, come on we have to get you to a hospital."

With Ivy assessing the current situation of your health, you passed out with none of your senses working.

You opened your eyes slowly as a bright light had shined from the ceiling. You slowly lifted yourself so you were leaning against the hospital pillow. You noticed that you were in a hospital room along with a sleepy King Shark sitting next to you.

You smiled at seeing how peaceful Nanaue looked, but yet you decided to wake him up.

You shook Nanaue's arm, "Nanaue, wake up."

Nanaue woke up and immediately looked overjoyed seeing you awake, "Y/N, your okay! I'm so sorry about our day out. It didn't go as planned and I should have been careful of how I handled you. I was being so careless and I'm so sorry. I promise I'll make this up to you somehow!"

You smiled at his apology and leaned towards him for a kiss. Nanaue leaned in and enjoyed feeling your lips against his mouth.

After the kiss, you both separated and took his hand into yours, "What matters is that I'm fine Nanaue, we'll just have to be more careful about how we have close contact with each other next time okay? Cheer up, I love you okay and an accident isn't going to change that okay?" You reassured your boyfriend as you put a hand on his cheek.

Nanaue smiled as he leaned into your touch and place a hand on top of yours.

"I love you Y/N, I just worry sometimes that's all."

"I know and I appreciate it Nanaue. I appreciate everything that you do for me as my lover and the most closest person I've been with in my life. I trust you Nanaue," You smiled as you kissed your boyfriend on the nose.

"Thank you Y/N, I promise you. I will never betray your trust," Nanaue reassured.

You chuckled, "Don't worry, I know you would never."

"I'm sorry this wasn't quite the valentine's day you were expecting. Also, we have Clayface and Ivy to say our thanks to. They saved you, while I smelled the blood from your injury."

"Thanks for letting me know, and I had fun shopping with you Nanaue. I will cherish any day when I am able to spend time with the man I fell in love with," You replied.

King Shark chuckled, "And I love spending time with the women I fell in love with."

You both gave each other a deep kiss reminding you both that even a single accident or event could never break the relationship you both had. He was your soulmate, and you were his.

King Shark X Reader - Shy Alike

Hi everyone! I decided to write a King Shark X Reader! This King Shark is based off the friendly version from the Harley Quinn show. To be honest I've never seen the show only little bits and pictures. I just thought this version seemed interesting so this is my take on him. I know the show is Rated R so we are making this more PG or PG-13 to be appropriate! Enjoy the story:)

It was morning and you all finished a heist last night. It did not go well. The plan was messed up all because of King Shark's rage. Your team was supposed to infiltrate a lab to get a piece of metal that could be used to upgrade the van your team would ride in. You needed money though in order to get into the lab if you were going undercover, and the fine cost a couple thousand dollars. So robbing a bank was your only option. You were supposed to go undercover as a regular citizen and stall time from the bank receptionist. Your new latest teammate black thundery who was a black squirrel and was pretty good with weapons. They were supposed to be lured from the roof from Dr. Phycho and swipe the reception's key card, which they did. Then all of sudden the most random thing happened. From King Shark's account, a body dropped from above him and splatted on the floor causing blood to splat on him. King Shark went nuts, he immediately went into eat first ask questions later mode, and tried to eat everyone. You all had to abandon the mission because of his rage.

You all managed to catch King Shark as Harley sprayed him with shark repellent to knock him unconscious. By the time you all got back to the apartment, Harley was pissed. When King Shark woke up you immediately rushed to his side to see if he was okay.

"I'm okay Y/N I just feel really dizzy." He told you as he tried to stand up.

He used the coffee table to lift himself, but due to his size he flipped the coffee table across the room causing it to crash into the wall.

"King, stop ruining my apartment!" Ivy shouted.

King Shark had an apologizing look, "I'm so sorry I didn't mean for that to happen."

Harley had it, "That's it! King Shark, you keep making us mess up! You won't be on our next heist! It's just us." Harley said as she left the room and slammed the door shut.

King Shark immediately looked hurt and sat on the couch causing the cushions to flop down towards his massive figure with hands on his knees. Ivy gave King a pat on the shoulder, "She'll get over it." Clayface left the apartment along with Ivy, Dr. Phycho, and the black squirrel.

You were alone in the apartment with King Shark. You really wanted to cheer him up, he was your crush after all. When King Shark joined the team, you thought it was very bazaar that talking Sharks were actually real. As if a talking clay man was real, so talking sharks were real now? You thought he was actually going to hurt you, but instead wanted to extend a friendly hand out wanting to meet you all. "Howdy." He said, and you instantly chuckled and fan girl a bit. He was adorable, kind, respectful, and you felt like he was the heart of the team. He would also make sure that Harley wouldn't do anything crazy. He had a soft spot for children, which made you chuckle every time you two would find one on the street he would shake their hand in politeness and the children would ask if they could touch his dorsal fin. Seeing the children be amazed by the dorsal fin and touching it with happiness always made you and King Shark laugh. You also learned about his rage issues, it shocked you at first. Knowing that their was a murderous side to him terrified you. No wonder why he wanted to avoid blood much as possible. After that, he told you all and asked if you were all afraid of him. Harley told him he could stay as long he can keep himself not in murder mode, and can keep up his cooperation of being part of the team. You let his murder side go, he wanted you all to see him for who he was not what he was. A nice, sweet, caring, and forgivable person. You liked King Shark for who he was and if you had to deal with his murderous side so be it you didn't care. You then had a crush on him. You would ask if you wanted to go on a walk with him, game (yes he's a gamer isn't that amazing?), and tell him stories about your childhood. Although, King Shark refused to say anything about his childhood for some unknown reason to you. Regardless, he loved spending time with you and you two would connect to know each other really well. One time you were both watching a movie and you leaned your head against his arm causing you to gasp, and in the end you both laughed. You both held nothing against each other, you both cared for each other. You don't know yet, but King Shark loves you and you love him.

You couldn't see King Shark like this, it hurt you to see him so stressed and sad. "You probably don't want me on the team either." King Shark muttered.

You were bit spooked by this, "Now what makes you say that?" You asked as you walked over to the couch he was sitting on and you sat right by him causing you to slide right into him. You didn't mind, he was your crush after all. You would do anything to be closer to him.

"I always mess up, I keep stopping you guys from being successful in our heists. All because of my clumsiness." King Shark admits.

You admit he wasn't wrong, he was admitting his own failures. Just because he messes up doesn't mean you didn't want him around. You smiled as you put your hand on his shoulder feeling the blue cloth from his hoodie against your skin, "Just because you mess up doesn't mean I don't want you around, everyone has an important part on this team. Forget what Harley said she doesn't know how to treat her teammates with respect. Besides we all make mistakes in life every now and then." You said trying to cheer up your crush.

King Shark smiled cheerfully, and hugged you tight. Of course King was enjoying it as you were getting crushed. 

"Can't breathe." You gasped for air. 

He immediately let you go, "Oops sorry Y/N, that was no way a gentlemen should treat you." He said.

He immediately then blushed, he was adorable as always. You chuckled, and he then started to laugh a bit too.

King Shark then looked a little serious all of a sudden. This made you stop laughing and made you a little paranoid. What was wrong with him all of sudden?

"Y/N, are you afraid of me. Even in my rages?" He asked.

This stooped you, but looking at his face he looked really serious. You asked your heart, and then you knew your answer.

"No, of course not King. I like you for being you. It's because I love you." You immediately put your hands over your mouth. Curse your heart.

King Shark looked at you surprised and a little shocked. He then gave you a hug that was just right. Not tight, but not too light either.

"I love you too Y/N. I was afraid that you wouldn't love me back because-"

"Your a shark? Don't say that, when I was little I always dreamed of swimming with dolphins and sharks. Besides, I always wanted a shark boyfriend." You admitted.

King gave you his laugh that would always make you smile. You then reached around his neck and brought him in for a kiss on his snout. King Shark was a little surprised, in exchange for your love he wrapped his big arms around your waist and brought you closer towards him. He closed his mouth as you understood what he wanted. You wanted the same thing. You leaned closer toward his mouth and you kissed him on the lips. You both deepened the kiss. Once you both ran out of breath, he lifted you on his lap and you got cozy.

"Wanna watch a movie?" He asked.

You nodded, and picked up the remote that was on the floor. You then moved your fingers over his hands feeling the grey shark skin. "King, if they make you stop going on heists then I'm not going either." You said.

Knowing you he knew there was no stopping you. He gave you a quick kiss on your forehead and focused on the movie that you turned on.

This was the best day of your life, for both of you. Besides getting a one of a kind boyfriend is so worth it. Your dreams became true.

King Shark X Reader - He ruined your friendship

Hi everyone! I decided to write a King Shark X Reader! This King Shark is based off the friendly version from the Harley Quinn show. To be honest I've never seen the show only little bits and pictures. I just thought this version seemed interesting so this is my take on him. I know the show is Rated R so we are making this more PG or PG-13 to be appropriate! Enjoy the story! Contains no swearing, but some violence.

Y/N looked at the ground as she walked out of the apartment, "Nanaue, how could you?"

Earlier.

I almost got out of the apartment until I heard someone say, "Hey."

I turned around quickly to see Poison Ivy in her pajamas.

"Where are you going?" The confused Ivy whispered.

I opened the door and waved for her to come out in the hallway, and so she did as she was asked.

Once we were out in the hallway Ivy started asking questions, "Y/N what are you doing this late up at night?!" Ivy asked with a confused look.

I sighed, "Ivy, I'm leaving. Before you start to question, I'll explain." I then started to explain my reason for why I was going to leave, "I was going home and checked out the new school, you know I have a crush on King Shark?" I paused waiting for Ivy to answer.

Ivy gave a nod.

I continued, "Well one of the students said that his father was killed apparently by a Shark, and found out it was a human probably somewhat."

Ivy gasped, "You mean..."

I nodded sadly, "King Shark killed someone, and evidence proves he ate their head, and before you say he was probably berserk I just have this feeling I'm not safe or he did it non-berserk. I also just can't be on the team anymore, because I feel like I'm just doing wrong things."

Ivy sighed, "Thank you for trusting me Y/N, I won't stop you from leaving." Ivy then hugged me, "Please be careful."

"I will," I replied as I then turned around and left.

A tear went down my cheek, you guys were the best friends ever, but I have to leave. I hope you understand.

Present time...

I sit at the bar in the restaurant as I sip on my Root Beer. It's 11:00 AM right now, and the team should be up. I know they will worry about me, but I should just trust my feelings you know. I go to the bathroom and open the door to enter. After I'm done, I flush the toilet, and wash my hands. I then open the bathroom door. As I walk around the corner...King Shark!!

I quickly hide, where King can't see me. King Shark was on his phone, and sitting on a stool near the bar, so I'm 90% sure he didn't see me.

I can't believe I'm hiding from my sort of ex-crush. I see that there is a back door exit so I take my opportunity to escape with me and my suitcase.

I go to a hotel where I can stay in for the night. I purchased a room for one night. I got the money from one of the heists we did as a team. I'm like a walking criminal, what have I done? I open my hotel room door to see a decent hotel room.

I set my suitcase on the floor as I lay down on the one queen sized bed I rented. I take out a picture of me and the team.

I smile sadly, "I love you Nanaue, but why did you have to kill an innocent man?" I asked, as I was talking to the photo.

I set the photo down as I got off of the bed, and walked over to my suitcase. I picked up my pajamas and got dressed.

When I was done getting dressed and my hygiene things were done, such as brushing my teeth and applied my face medicine. I rested in my bed as I held the photo from earlier in my hand. My hand went over Nanaue, as a tear went down my cheek. Then more tears came down my face. I shook my head, as I sobbed. I held the photo close to my chest as the tears fell onto the bed covers.

I sighed as I still cried, "I love you, Nanaue."

I cried for at least thirty seconds, then I set the photo on the nightstand and went to sleep.

I woke up to find myself in a dark place. I found myself tied to a column with rope. I couldn't move!

Then a man in a suit walked toward me. It was Batman, the Dark Knight in Gotham!

He looked at me with a neutral expression. "Hello Y/N, you may be wondering where you are. You are in the batcave. I know you are working with Harly Quinn," The dark man said.

I shook my head. "Not anymore. I know you might not believe me, but I'm done with being a criminal. I want to be a citizen of Gotham. I want nothing to do with heroes or villains please you have to believe me!" I shouted innocently at the Dark Knight.

Batman shook his head in disbelief. "I know you are lying to me Y/N. You cannot trick me, I know what you are. A criminal and you always will be. Now where is Harley hiding?" Batman replied a little louder in his tone.

I shouted back, "I'm not telling you again! I want nothing to do with good guys or bad guys! If anything I was having a peaceful life until you showed up to wreck it!"

Then all of a sudden a familiar voice was heard. I could tell me and Batman could hear it too. "Y/N! Get away from her, you piece of trash!" King Shark shouted.

King Shark was still wearing his blue hoodie, with his red pants, and shoes.

I shouted to Nanaue, "No! Please Nanaue, he's gonna hurt you! Please go and forget me!" I loved him. I loved that big softie, and I couldn't risk him getting hurt or worse due to this piece of Batman trash.

The Dark Knight charged at King Shark. The battle had begun.

After a while of King Shark and Batman battling. King Shark was about to bite Batman's head off! No! You're not a killer, Nanaue I know you are not a killer. Killing people isn't you, and it can't be you! I loved Nanaue for him being a softie, that person I could rely on, and most importantly I valued his skills at being a technician and a shark.

I screamed at Nanaue, "No! Please don't do it Nanaue! I know you're not a killer!" I started to cry as tears went down my cheek.

King Shark turned around to look at me with worried eyes as a hurt Batman goaned. King Shark walked toward me walking up a set of stairs to reach the level of the batcave where I was kidnapped. He was finally in front of me and untied me.

King Shark looked worried. "Y/N are you okay?" He asked.

Batman coughed up blood and blood came pouring down from his nose. "Ask the shark Y/N! Ask about your internal conflict!" The dark knight shouted.

I don't know how Batman knew about my conflict, that would remain a mystery to me. Although, he is right.

I pushed King Shark away despite that did nothing because he is so tall and strong. I walked away from him, while looking away from King Shark.

"Why... why did you murder that innocent man? WHY DID YOU MURDER HIM?!" I shouted where my words echoed off the walls of the batcave.

King Shark seemed completely shocked and surprised by my actions. "What do you mean Y/N?" He asked, scared.

My face and voice was mad. "That guard you killed! That man was a father!" I shouted.

In response King Shark gasped.

"What you did King, I can't forgive you for what you've done! That son must be crying with his mother right now, and that he doesn't have a father to live with anymore! How can a soft, loving person like you have a rough, and selfish heart?! You want to know why I left? It was because of YOU!!!!!!" You were panting as King Shark looked shocked. He just looked at you with not even one word coming out of his mouth.

"I WANT YOU OUT OF MY LIFE!!!!" You shouted as you ran into Batman's helicopter and rode away.

King Shark stood there speechless. He never knew that taking one person's life away would cause you so much pain, and to lose your friendship. (Especially when he doesn't know that you loved him)

King Shark fell onto the ground with both his arms and legs hitting the floor. He cried with so many tears coming from his eyes. He wasn't sure what to do now. But he knew that the damage was already done. After that lecture, he wasn't sure that he could be your friend anymore.

A shark's heart was broken.

Meanwhile, you were in the helicopter flying out of Gotham City to be away from this old life and start a new one. Or try to anyway. You started to cry, the tears fell onto the console. Then it happened. Your face was pouring with tears.

A human's heart was broken.
