Hey y'all,

We're recruiting for a private pirate based RP on Kik, and invite anyone who is interested in a long-term, semi to advanced lit roleplay.

Here's a run down, with all credit going to Jaszama.

Welcome aboard the Howling Wolf!

Many are in search of adventure, exploration, and maybe even riches? What if there was a place where you could find all of that? You could make alliances, journey the world, along with so much more!

But...

Like any other exciting adventure in life, There is always a catch.

Plot

Word travels fast among the people. How have you not heard? There is news of a certain ship. The Howling Wolf. This ship has found news of treasure supposedly hidden on a lost island. The Captain and her first mate have been making their way to this island, but before they were able to reach any of the obstacles in their path others found out.

They failed to see the real dangers that were to come. The crew would have to face dangers that range from natural disasters that would knock the ship off course for weeks to alluring places.

Setting

Time: Mid 1600s

Place: Pacific Ocean/Pirate Ship

The Howling Wolf

This is where you will spend most of your time. Everyone will get their own role to have smooth sailing. Hope you don't get seasick easily. Most crew members sleep below deck, the brig at the lowest part of the ship. The Captain's Quarters is above deck below the wheel.

Pierve

A small town that is on the way to the island. Beware of the townsfolk, they are not the nicest people you will meet. Many came here to get away from their past lives, and don't care what they do to others. It may look inviting, but try not to get too comfortable.

Deadman's Lagoon

Many travelers have made it at least to this lagoon, but never any further. Ships have crashed in these rocky waters due to women singing to what some have said, creatures from the deepest part of the ocean pulling the ships into the jagged structures.

The Risky Ride

Risky Ride is a spot known for is storms and whirlpools. Storms can either be seen coming or they appear out of the blue, much like the whirlpools. The ships condition depends on the size of thesestorms. Sailors could be thrown off course or the ship could barely be floating on the water.

Mist Forest

This Forest covers an Island that is too large to sail around. Sailors have no choice but to walk across this forbidden land. It is unknown what lurks in the forest, but it is dangerous. It moves quick and it is hard to keep an eye on it. Stay alert or it may end your journey here.

Halmlen

If you manage to survive all of these trials then you will have made it to the riches you were searching for. This journey will not only take months, but you will not be the only ones searching. If you make it here alive, congratulations, but there are traps all through this new island. Don't get caught in any and you might be able to live out your days in gold.

With this being said, you will not be the only ones. Other people will try to stop you or even beat you to it. Other countries will try to make a stop to your journey. They will even fire on your ship. Are you willing to fight for your goal or just give up and let the other sailors succeed as you fail?

Roles

Captain(1)

Jade Edwards

First Mate (1)

(Reserved)

Works along side the Captain. If the Captain is busy the first mate makes sure everything is running smoothly on board, and that everyone is doing as they should.

Navigator (2)

Navigator will help with directing the ships course, making sure that if anything is coming up the captain or first mate is notified right away. They are in control of how the sailing goes.

Doctor (3)

The Doctor is the tend to any of the sick or wounded on the ship. They are mostly on the first floor below the deck. If any sailor is lost they are to report and document it.

Cooks (3)

The cooks are in the kitchen. They prepare 3 meals for the crew each day. After dinner they clean the dishes and dinning room. This way the ship can stay a little more clean.

Gunner (3)

They are in charge of making sure the cannons are loaded and ready for fire when the time comes. They keep count off all the ammunition and report when more is needed.

Crew Members (Unlimited)

Crew Members are treated the same as anyone else on the ship. They are to keep their barracks clean and are able to roam the ship like others, but when the time comes they are needed to fight.

Rules

1.) The minimum lines I will take for a reply is 10. I want to keep the story moving, so please try and and in some details.

2.) It is okay for some supernatural, because there will be things such as sirens and such in the rp, but don't go over the top with it.

Kik or Discord RP!

Hello! I haven’t been active on Tumblr at all, nor have I been on Kik or Discord, however with school starting back up I definitely want to occupy myself with something to do in my free time. Sooo I’m ready to start roleplaying again!

I have little to no triggers or dislikes, and I’m fine with almost anything except extreme kinks (such as watersports, scat, foot fetishes etc. Stuff to do with bodily functions.) and smut is a must only when it fits with the plot. Besides that I’m fine with EVERYTHING! so feel totally comfortable with expressing what you’re into.

I do F/M but I’m flexible with M/M as well. I prefer to be the dom/male in any pairing. I don’t do doubles as it often gets too complicated/confusing for me.

REQUIREMENTS -

Be literate. One thing I despise is bad grammar, or punctuation. Use periods at the end of your sentence and “-“ when your character is speaking.

Third person and first person welcomed. I prefer third person but if you’re used to first that’s okay. However I will be using third person.

Please do not try to control my character. I’ve had bad experiences with that.

Please no use of * or /. Be detailed and descriptive as I will be doing too. Long paragraphs aren’t required but if yours are relatively short please include detail and not just dialogue.

I do have a life so please don’t rush me! I reply quickly but sometimes I’m busy and I’ll give you a heads up if I won’t be able to respond as fast.

I’m down for almost anything however I’m not good with fantasy, supernatural and fandoms. The only fandom I could really get into is 13 Reasons Why as that’s the only show I watch. I definitely would prefer we do OC x OC in our own universe if you’re not into that show.

I’m okay with any prompt you have in mind, just please don’t make it too cliche or bland. I love angst, plot-twists and drama. Also fluff and heavy on the romance. I’m good with all of that so no worries! I can play multiple characters with multiple relationships in one plot, however doubles is a no go.

I know this was long and picky and I’d be surprised if you got this far but if so thank you! I’m EST “timezone” (USA.) so I’d prefer you have the same!

Roleplay Account - Rules and Regulations

Here lie the rules and regulations: Please read with caution ⚠️

1) When writing, do roleplay with full sentences and correct grammar. I am not looking for perfection by any means but please do not use text talk such as, “LOL, TTYL DUDE, OMWTFYB” et cetera.

2) On the subject of literacy, please be able to write descriptively. Chances are, I will write a lot, it’s just how I am. Writing comes naturally to me so please do not ask me to write a one liner because if I am being honest, I do not know how. It just doesn’t work for me, since I learned to roleplay doing Multi Para/Novella.

3) Do not control my characters or assume they will do exactly as you want them to do. I will drop you faster than my GPA last semester - do not try me. I play my characters as I envision them, so you cannot ‘change’ them.

4) I am a full time college student with a major and two minors, meaning that my entire life does not revolve around this community. I try to reply at least once a day, but please be aware that may not always happen.

5) If I do happen to have not responded to you in a while without an explanation, please do not spam me with “?” Or “Hello?” Just wait a little while and if a day has passed and I have not contacted you letting you know I will be away, then send me a message. Spamming me won’t work, I’ll just ignore it since I’ll more than likely be busy at that time.

6) Due to me having females on my account, and the negative air around ‘Mary Sues’, I try to make my characters as unique as possible. No one is perfect, so neither are my characters. Being a damsel in distress was never fun for me.

7) PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY AND RIGHTEOUS, do NOT ask me to “make love” or “fuck around.” I will ignore you, point blank. I am here for story writing, if you want to bust a nut - watch porn. This does not mean I am opposed to Erotica in a roleplay, but do not expect it to happen all the time. Let the story build.

8) Last rule, I promise. Your character is not all powerful and cannot make my character bow to their every whim with a snap, be realistic here.
