I am a Harry Styles fan. I am not a "girlfriend stan." But when he dates someone, I don't automatically find reasons to hate her, pick her apart, dox her, ridicule her, belittle her, harass/cyberbully her, make up lies about her, talk shit about her appearance, judge her parenting if she's a mom, etc.
My first instinct is to uplift and encourage women. And when I see women being bashed or belittled for no reason, I want to protect them and defend them. I truly don't understand why a woman comes under immediate, intense scrutiny and harassment just because she dates Harry Styles. And I mean that for ANY and EVERYONE he has ever dated.
This fanbase picks women apart like they themselves are perfect, have never done anything wrong, never have put their foot in their mouths or said anything questionable, never had a bad hair day or a bad skin day, never had a wrinkle, a zit, never worn a bad outfit, never made a bad decision, etc.
How can the 1D fanbase be okay with inflicting pain and torment on other people, on women that date Harry? Because that's what constant, everyday bashing is, it's pain and torment. And if you're not bashing them directly, constantly talking shit about them online "empowers" other fans to go directly to their social media and bash them. Why is this fanbase's first instinct to immediately pick apart and HATE someone who dates Harry? I don't get it. Why is that seen as a "normal" thing to do, and if you don't do it, you're a "girlfriend stan?"
I am not a girlfriend stan but a women stan, a compassion-for-other -human beings stan, a stan for fairness, a stan for mental health, a stan for confidence, self-esteem, and uplifting others.
This fanbase tried to destroy Olivia Wilde for absolutely no reason at all. Olivia is only 10 years older than Harry. Harry is not 16 or 18. He's not an inexperienced, vulnerable teen, or a 22-year-old virgin with no life experience. He's well past the age where he can date someone 10 years older and it not be a problem. Why is it okay to age shame Olivia or mom shame Olivia? I know there are Harry fans the same age as Olivia or older who love Harry and have crushes on him. I know there are moms who have crushes on him. So why is it so wrong for him to fall in love with a mom who is older than him? Who in the hell are we in this fanbase to destroy, tear apart, shame, make up stories about, and harass her?
You have no right to pick apart Olivia and talk shit about her at every turn, and then uplift Taylor just because you "like" her and think she's "better" than Olivia. Or because he finally dated someone who "looks like you. (And I say that as a person of color). Do you know why? Because you have no right to judge, or "approve" the people who date Harry. You don't own him. You don't know him. And you don't know the people who date him.
I knew who Olivia Wilde, Kendall Jenner, and Taylor Swift were. But with Camille Rowe and Taylor Russell, I had never heard of them before Harry. But you know what I did when I first saw them with Harry? I smiled because it's nice to see someone I like, Harry Styles, dating someone, because that's what most people want in life, to find love. Not everybody, but most people. I don't stan women he dates, but I sure as fuck don't hate them or talk shit about them. Like I said, my first instinct is to uplift women, see the good in them, etc.
Do you know how abnormal, how freakish it is to start disliking and trashing someone just because they're dating your favorite popstar? You are not a good person if you do this. You are not kind. You are not sweet. You're not cool. You're not funny. You are not a "safe space."
Can you think of how awful you would feel, how traumatized you would be, if you started dating Harry, or someone in the public eye you're attracted to, and all of a sudden you get picked apart in every way possible and cyber bullied? Or a whole different situation, where if you posted something immature or questionable online, or put your foot in your mouth, you're judged or punished for it forever? Why is it okay for you to make mistakes and for people to give you grace, for you to have second chances, but you can't do the same for a stranger who just happens to date Harry Styles?
Don't you know that people have harmed themselves from getting bullied and abused? I'll bet that you'd say you never want to cause that type of pain to anyone, but the first thing you do is pick apart, harass, and shame anyone who dates Harry Styles. Please look deep within yourselves and fix whatever is going on inside of you that makes you do this to his girlfriends, or to any human being for any reason.
Instead of immediately hating on a woman who dates Harry, do you know what you can do? You can leave her the hell alone. Stop talking shit about her. Stop leaving disgusting hate on her social media. I'm going to be very blunt, but you AND me never stood a chance with Harry, not at all. So him having a girlfriend changes nothing.
You know why you bash his girlfriends, right? It's out of pure jealousy. And there's use denying it, because everyone knows it. that's the only reason. Those of you who are enjoying seeing Taylor Russell and Harry together, but who bashed Olivia, Camille, Kendall, and whoever else Harry has dated in the past, you've helped create an environment where it's okay to hate on Taylor. See what you've done?
(And another thing...why is it okay and "allowed" for some of the the 1D men to have girlfriends, get applauded for it, get talked about how cute they are as a couple (for example, Niall and his girlfriend), but Harry and his girlfriends immediately bashed hated on? Why is okay for Niall and say Liam, to want to have a partner, but not Harry? But that's a story for another post, and I'm tired right now).

Meanwhile the others were held back, burdened with false unfavourable images and had to claw their way out of the ditch. They weren't given the same chance to shine, because Sony though there could only be one successful star out of 1D. They also held the others back to have everyone's focus on H. ///
Liam had David Beckham's manager and a great deal with UMG. Nobody was telling him he couldn't make it because he has an excellent voice. Capitol Records was delighted to sign Niall and gave him the same opportunities Harry had. Straight into touring, first to release a single. Nobody told Niall he couldn't make it and RCA certainly didn't tell Zayn that either. When he was signed the CEO called him an 'icon' and his first single was more successful than SOTT.
Only Louis was told by the music press that he wouldn't have a solo career but that was based on his shaky vocals. If the industry really thought he had no chance nobody would have signed him.
Hi, anon!
I'm not saying they weren't given a shot at success. They all were, despite the odds. They were all from a very successful band, were talented, lovely boys and with huge fanbase backing. Of course other labels would jump on that, there were money to be made on them. But the other four boys didn’t have the perfectly curated image, the international recognisable face and notoriety, preperation time nor the billion dollar label deal. They were all fortunate to sign good-ish label deals, but had to rebrand to fix their images (as well as they could, Sony still controls it). They also needed to compete against each other because they didn’t have gp recognition like H had.
Imagine how different things would be if Zayn was the one tasked with dating TS to help 1D break America, or if Louis was the one in the BBC deal with Nick Grimshaw, or if Niall was the one to attend fashion shows, if H was made to date E and Liam dated Kendall Jenner. Sony gave all this to Harry so that he'd be ready to go solo after 1D.
Liam got Beckham's manager who'd never managed a music artist before, only sport stars. It showed. Liam also brought with him an image of people's least favourite member, with an addiction due to the way they were treated in the band, and little name recognition in the US. The label and management struggled to create an image for him and find a fitting sound that the fans responded well to. Remember the payne chain era? The controversy around his bi song? It showed inexperience and lack of understanding of trends and fandom by both label and management.
Niall got a good deal but he was still stuck with Mo*est who was hated by the entire fandom. He was able to successfully rebrand, because his previous image wasn't in tatters. He got rid of the blond hair, dressed better and found his sound pretty quick. He's dated/been linked to other celebrities and gotten his name out there like Pal*in. Hail*e and Sele*a, and he's "bff"'s with Shawn. He's also been a judge on the voice that have exposed him to american audiences. He still haven't been given the opportunities that H has. He wasn't hung from a helicopter in his first music video. He isn't writing songs with max martin. He's on a budget.
Zayn jumped ship and had a really good start to his solo career. That song is a banger. Turned out his time in 1D was traumatic enough that he'd gotten anxiety and adopted some not good coping mechanisms that hindered his career developement. I think he was tired of fame and his fake mysterious image and needed time out of the spotlight. He needed to prioritise himself and his mental health.
I've discussed Louis so many times, that i won't repeat myself and we all know what he's been through and is still going through.

Something I’m increasingly sceptical of in modern mental health culture is this constant insistence to open up. Share your story! says every celebrity. Speak out! says every company. [...]
My main concern with this is that Gen Z are very lonely and screen-addicted and so often take this advice and start opening up online. [...] On TikTok #mentalhealth has over 127 billion views; #trauma alone has almost 30 billion.
And no wonder! Not only is there this cultural push to open up, but campaigns and influencers explicitly encourage us to share our problems on social media. Like Kendall Jenner’s #howareyoureally hashtag, encouraging fans to share a video of their mental health story on Instagram. Or #postyourpill, the campaign started by Love Island influencer Dr Alex George urging people to post a photo of their mental health medication every month. “Join me,” he insists, “and take a stand against medication stigma”!
I have many concerns about this. Not because I think Dr Alex has bad intentions; I’m sure he genuinely wants to help. But firstly because his fans are likely very young. We’re talking teens and pre-teens. And he’s sharing this on TikTok, where a third of US users are thought to be 14 or under, and Instagram, where more than a million users are underage. Should we really be pressuring them to “please please please” post their pill and share their mental health problems with strangers?
Then there’s this framing of it as activism. Actually, more than activism—now it’s almost a duty. You need to open up because it helps other people! Maybe, but does it help you? You, a 15 year-old girl, are not responsible for removing the stigma around autism or ADHD. The progressive narrative now also seems to be that if you aren’t opening up about your mental health problems it has to be because of stigma or discrimination. Have we forgotten the word privacy? You don’t have to be ashamed, but you don’t have to share either.
I say this because there are risks to sharing your personal struggles, especially online. Something our current mental health culture seems unable to admit is that being open about your problems comes with problems. Rarely do we talk about the regret of opening up to the wrong people, or too soon before you’ve tried to recover or really understand what’s wrong, or of misrepresenting yourself.
One major problem with opening up online, for example, is that whatever you share inevitably becomes part of your brand. This, I think, can explain a lot of Gen Z’s current obsession with and confusion around identity. We market ourselves from very young ages and then struggle to rebrand, to integrate our evolving selves into our online image. Once you share something on social media—your anxiety, OCD, gender dysphoria—it’s documented. You’re categorised. Consciously or not, you are more compelled to stick with it. But identities evolve! You are supposed to change! I find it so suffocating how modern culture makes us feel like it’s inauthentic or some sort of moral failure to change who you are or what you believe. Nobody can live up to that! And actually the opposite is true: something is very wrong if you aren’t changing.
As I see it this is why older generations often chafe at all this oversharing. Not because they can’t relate to adolescent angst or have no compassion for mental illness, but from an understanding that things, people, change. Maybe you are in real emotional pain. But don’t go blasting your gender identity journey all over the internet because someone told you it’s brave. You might not feel that way in six months, a year, six years. Even if you do, you might not want it out there. You might not even remember that you thought you had Tourette’s in your pre-teens. Also: trends change. There may not be the same cultural cachet for sharing your symptoms in the future. People might not be as rewarding or forgiving, so don’t start relying on their validation now.
This is a caution, then. A plea, actually, to the young girls recording their anxiety attacks, documenting their depressed day in the life, introducing their multiple personalities, posing with their mental health pills, to honestly think about this: what if things change for you? What if when you’re 30 you don’t want that video of you crying on your bedroom floor online? Or cleaning your messy depression room? What if you don’t even relate to that person anymore?
And please, ask yourself: is this going to be good for your recovery? Because despite what the mental health industry would have you believe, your anxiety isn’t fixed or inevitable. You could get over your OCD. But you’ll make that much less likely and harder for yourself by posting it all over the internet and publicly building your identity around it first. Maybe you’re socially anxious at 14 but not at 20, but you made it your brand and showed the internet that you struggle to make a phone call and can’t order food. Maybe you desperately want to be seen as confident but you’ve already marketed yourself as anxious and that’s how people treat you. All I’m saying is you might regret reducing yourself to a collection of symptoms. This world can be cruel and unforgiving, and you might one day regret telling it you can’t cope.
Of course I understand sharing helps people feel less alone. I also recognise that social media is a nauseating highlight reel, that everyone is pretending to be perfect and that’s so much pressure—but I don’t think the answer to that is to post all of our personal and vulnerable moments. My answer would be to post less about everything.
Because another thing I want girls to think about is who really benefits here. A good rule of thumb for when something is being pushed this much in modern culture—when you’re hearing the same mantra over and over again like open up—is to think, okay, someone is majorly profiting here, who is it? Sometimes I wonder if this message to open up is so heavily pushed by social media companies like TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram because they benefit when we plaster our problems all over their platforms. [...]
“Check out how you can take care of your mental health on Snapchat and encourage your friends to do the same!” Right, well, firstly you’re never going to take care of your mental health on Snapchat. And Instagram—the place some teens have traced back the desire to kill themselves—is absolutely not #HereForYou. Open up and find “mental health resources on Instagram”! Key words: on Instagram. All this is an attempt to keep you on their platforms. Platforms very often responsible for mental health problems. Please don’t buy it.
I’m not saying don’t tell anyone. Just don’t tell the internet. I mean that sincerely: I wouldn’t even recommend opening up to online therapists. The therapy service BetterHelp has been fined millions for selling users’ mental health data—“rest assured this information will stay private!”—to platforms like Facebook (Meta) and Snapchat. And the more these sites know you are struggling, the more advertisers can categorise you. You’ll get ads for therapy apps and ADHD meds and mental health chatbots and get stuck in a cycle. This is more than a self-fulfilling prophecy. There’s software engineering behind it. [...]
So: open up to people you know and trust. Talk to family and friends. If you aren’t fortunate enough to have those, turn to local communities, support groups, professionals when necessary. But stop opening up on the internet. Stop opening up about everything. Give yourself the chance to change organically; give yourself the option of moving on. Bottom line is I don’t think it’s worth exchanging your deepest emotional struggles for that hit of dopamine. Because Instagram being #HereForYou? Hahaha, please. Open yourself up to friends and family. Close yourself off from these companies.

You probably don’t even care, which is understandable, but do you think Hailey Bieber gives off high school mean girl energy? I personally do think she is pretty and successful, but i also just hate going on social media and see ppl take everything and blow it out of proportion to pit her against Selena Gomez and think whatever she says or does is out of jealousy over Selena and/or shading or bullying her (like what happened with the tiktok she made with Kendall Jenner using a certain tiktok sound, or even what recently happened with her and Kylie Jenner with the eyebrow thing) I do think they both do their own thing and want to move on, but somethings i see online seem either coincidental or non coincidental. Its social media, obvs. God knows what these celebs really do or think. These people don’t even care about us anyway so we shouldn’t play the blame game over this 😂 Overall, ppl shouldn’t encourange this for the sake of Selena’s mental health, the internet just wants Hailey to plummet and find closure that she *is* a mean person, but like I said I see things online that make me second guess that Hailey is just… off at certain times. I have so much to say about this but I cant articulate it all in one message, so Im just gonna leave it here 🥲 I dont blame Selena for taking a social media break, and i should do the same when I really feel like its best
That's so funny, I had actually just finished reading a deep-dive on the Hailey/Selena/Justin situation when you sent this. I do think Hailey gives off kind of "mean girl" energy, but I feel like people really blow it out of proportion. I think a lot of people would react the same way that she has if they were in her situation- she's constantly being compared to Selena and told that Selena was better for Justin or that he still really loves Selena, and Selena doesn't seem be able to let the relationship go even though Hailey and Justin have been married for over five years. I'm not saying Hailey couldn't deal with all of this better or that she's not being kind of mean, but I do think that a lot of the internet's hatred of Hailey comes down to the fact that she's a nepo baby with a famous husband as opposed to her actions. If the internet liked Hailey more as a person, I don't think they would be accusing her of being a mean girl.
And for Selena's part, I think she somehow gets way more hate and way less hate than she deserves? Her PR team is truly excellent- they've patched over a lot of stuff that would have sunk a different artist's career- but almost because of that, it seems like there's a group of people who are obsessed with making her out to be a giant villain? I think in general, Selena comes across as being much more sympathetic than Hailey because Selena has really worked for what she has, did "start from the bottom", and has struggled with her health very publicly, while Hailey has been given every advantage. But I think at this point, Selena should be able to let the whole thing go, and she's kind of keeping it alive while insisting that she's the victim and "being kind" and "sending love". She's also not really discouraging her fans from harassing Hailey, even though she's taking the stance of moral high ground.
Meanwhile, I think the real villain in this situation keeps getting totally ignored- straight up, this entire thing is Justin's fault. If he had been normal about his breakup with Selena and his relationship with Hailey, this wouldn't be happening. But because he very publicly ping-ponged between them from 2014 to when he eventually married Hailey in 2018 (only 7 months after having broken up with Selena, and only 3 months after having gotten back together with Hailey), it makes a lot of sense to me that both of them feel insecure and threatened by the other. Plus, Justin could have handled the media frenzy around his girlfriends differently- to this day, telling his fans, "I'm very much in love with my wife but I have a ton of respect for all the women I've dated in the past. Please don't harass them or act rudely towards them," would probably make a difference.

THE GROWING POPULARITY & BENEFITS OF IV THERAPY
Tumblr media
Although vitamin IV treatments have been around for many years, touted in particular by top athletes to boost performance and aid in faster recovery, there is now an upward trend fueled by the growing popularity among entertainers and celebrities with some even throwing IV parties. While we often follow the latest and greatest in celebrity skincare and fashion trends, the health and lifestyle habits of our favorite trendsetters are not to be overlooked. After all, with their grueling schedules and fast-paced lifestyles, celebrities need all the help they can get to stay energized, focused and maintain that enviable youthful glow.
The benefits of IV therapy go beyond just a quick pick-me-up. A safe and simple way to effectively introduce much-needed vitamins and minerals into the bloodstream, these nutrient-rich treatments can easily be incorporated into your everyday lifestyle. From Adele to Kendall Jenner, if you’ve ever wondered what IV treatments your favorite celebs indulge in, we break down the different IV therapy treatments offered by Liquivida that have been embraced all across the entertainment industry.
How does IV Therapy work?
With specifically targeted combinations of vitamins, amino acids and minerals, an IV treatment is administered intravenously into the bloodstream in a session usually ranging anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. With no downtime, IV therapy treatments can be done in the spur of the moment and the effects are often immediate and can last for a few days. Patients leave feeling refreshed and energized.
Below, we compare how celebrities benefit from IV therapy, and show you which IV treatments offered at Liquivida® can merit the same benefits.
Some of the IV Treatments offered by Liquivida®:
The Fountain of Youth – From her early days as a fitness guru, Jane Fonda has made it her lifelong mission to embody health and wellness as part of her career. At 84 years young, Fonda has been known to favor anti-aging IV treatments that aid in rehydrating the body to help reduce the visible signs of aging and nourish hair and skin in the best possible way. Two key ingredients, Vitamin C & B are important components in stimulating collagen production to improve elasticity.
The Executive Drip –One of the biggest names in music, Adele is larger than life on stage with a commanding presence and amazing vocal stamina. Perhaps one of her greatest feats yet was a back-to-back 8-night performance at L.A.’s Staples Center where the singer relied on the benefits derived from an energy-boosting IV treatments similar to The Executive Drip. Designed to not only boost your immune system, this treatment also provides energy, mental clarity, and focus to perform at your best.
Natural Defense – Now more than ever, keeping up with a healthy immune system is vitally important. The Natural Defense IV treatment is a great way to make a big impact on your health by ensuring that your body has the best chance of fighting off the numerous airborne illnesses that we are exposed to on a daily basis as well as helping our body to cope with high-stress levels. Founder of Goop and well-known actress, Gwyneth Paltrow is reported to regularly receive immune-boosting IV infusions that are a great addition to her already healthy lifestyle.
The Rise & Shine Drip – We’ve all done it. Either had too much to drink, not getting enough sleep, or maybe a combination of both. Whatever the situation, the Rise & Shine Drip is the perfect recharge by infusing your body with the hydrating properties it needs and detoxifying your cells to get you back to your normal self. TV actress and model, Sofia Vergara knew firsthand the benefits that are derived from these types of treatments when guests at her wedding could partake in a “hangover” cure to help them avoid the after-effects of an epic night before.
Chelation Drip – Justin Bieber has also been public about his affinity toward IV therapy, pledging to maintain this treatment for the foreseeable future as helps his day-to-day well-being with weekly sessions flushing out less desirable toxins.
IV Drip Parties – While most IV treatments are performed in private at a specialized treatment facility such as Liquivida, Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Beiber were recently filmed doing what celebrities do best: taking it to the next level! At an “IV Party” the two models weren’t shy about enjoying the benefits of infusion IV treatments that aid in cell regeneration and can help fight chronic fatigue and inflammation.
If you’re looking for a safe and effective way to boost your immune system, jumpstart your health and work toward a more energized lifestyle, we encourage you to visit one of our many Liquivida® locations. Our IV treatment specialists will work with you and recommend the best IV therapy treatment to meet your wellness goals.

On Purpose Podcast: Happier, Healthier And More Healed
Tumblr media
Although it may not seem like it, living conditions in our world have dramatically improved over the last 50 years. Hunger and poverty have been reduced, and some diseases have been conquered. But while the basics for the body have seen advances, support for the mind still suffers from neglect, ignorance, and resistance to change.
In more developed societies, health and wellness podcasts like On Purpose with Jay Shetty offer an important service to listeners in need of an empathetic ear and desire to help.
The mission of this podcast is to reach people in today’s global, hyper-connected world – as one in four people has suffered from loneliness and depression – the biggest factor this generation has ever faced. Recently, iHeartMedia announced that the health and wellness podcast, On Purpose with Jay Shetty, has joined the iHeart Podcast Network. If you haven't listened to this podcast, here's a synopsis. Hosted by global best-selling author, award-winning storyteller, former monk and Chief Purpose Officer of Calm Jay Shetty, On Purpose With Jay Shetty brings fascinating conversations with some of the most insightful people in the world, with the mission to help others find purpose.
Here is iHeart's view of On Purpose: "Known for making wisdom go viral, Shetty shares insights he has gained through his life journey, while conveying complex, fascinating subjects, and perspectives that might open up someone’s mind."
"From discussing childhood trauma with Oprah, and how experiences at a young age can mold our adult life; unpacking mental health with Selena Gomez; engaging with one’s inner child with Kendall Jenner; tackling fame as a drug with Kevin Hart; Will Smith’s commitment to family; having a second chance at love with Alicia Keys; tackling racism with Lewis Hamilton; finding purpose in troubled times with Jennifer Lopez; to Kobe Bryant on inspiring others, Shetty brings mindfulness and health to the forefront." "A platform where cultural luminaries as well as some of the great minds and figures of today can be vulnerable and open up like never before." “On Purpose is on a journey to help make people happier, healthier and more healed,” said host Jay Shetty. “Through insightful and vulnerable conversations with icons, experts and cultural figures and weekly workshops, On Purpose is dedicated to giving our community the habits and tools to live a more fulfilling life. I’m so grateful for our loyal and ever-growing community who come back every day to listen, learn and grow. As the podcast has scaled globally, it made perfect sense to join together with the number one podcast publisher- iHeartMedia. We are so excited about this new chapter for ‘On Purpose.’” With episodes published every Monday and Friday, and more than 20 million monthly listeners, On Purpose with Jay Shetty is an award-winning podcast that consistently ranks in the top of the podcast listening charts.
On Purpose has also won a lot of awards. Such honors are not always a guarantee of podcast excellence, but in this case the awards are well-deserved.
They include:
The Webby Awards People’s Voice winner - Podcasts - Health & Wellness (General Series).
Won Best in Health & Wellness at the 11th Shorty Awards; honored with the Outstanding Achievement Online Award at The Asian Awards; and most recently,
iHeartRadio Podcast Award nominee for Podcast of the Year, Best Advice & Inspirational Podcast and Best Host; and Signal Awards nominee for Best Video Podcast Show - Individual Episodes, and Health & Wellness - Individual Episodes.
In addition, Shetty was also listed in The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful People in Podcasting. (Again, I was neglected by The Hollywood Reporter.)
“Since launching On Purpose just four years ago, Jay has become one of the most influential voices in podcasting, especially when it comes to conversations around mental health and wellness,” said Will Pearson, President of iHeart Podcasts. “Podcasts are a powerful, intimate medium, so it’s not surprising that we’ve seen such a tremendous number of listeners turning toward this medium as a mental health resource. We’re thrilled to be joining forces with Jay to help him bring his wisdom to an even broader audience and to expand what we’re doing in this category in such a meaningful way.” On Purpose with Jay Shetty will join the network’s existing roster of popular shows focused on the topic, including Pushkin’s The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos, (one of my favorites), and A Slight Change of Plans with Dr. Maya Shankar. (another favorite of mine.)

Kardashian/ Jenner's are often considered as the people who have it all from million/ billion dollar net worth, looks ,access to best therapist, very extra vaccations, everything. But she still suffers with so much anxiety and panick attacks . So why do we expect students who can't pay for therapy sessions and are broke most of the time has so much pressure on them . To just stay chill not have any inconvenience ." Stop worrying this anxiety is bullshit you'll be fine" ???You are not being a cry baby if you suffer from anxiety or mental health issues . No you are not being dramatic it's okay to feel this way . you are not a burden if you have panic attacks stop feeling bad about yourself because of it .
