For the OC ask game

Noelani because i haven't talked about her in a while

I like to imagine she and sonic tie the knot with their friends and family and a few other guests. It be a big party on the beach. Before that tho it's just with sonic and lani reciting their vows in private. They don't even exchange rings because they know they don't need physical objects to show how much they love each other. She didn't even want a ceremony but decided to do one anyways to not come off as a killjoy.

They'd adopt a couple of kids and name them Gale (as in gale force), Sirrocco (a type of Mediterranean wind) and Kahlani ("sea and sky" in Hawaiian)

Lani goes to school in the Movie verse in fact one of her arcs is learning to overcome her shyness to connect with other students. It's more vague in the games where she sometimes goes to school but otherwise teaches herself.

The reason I chose Noelani was to fit the stage she's based on (Emerald Coast), while also fairly common enough to showing that she's a normal girl. Also Noelani means "mists of heaven" tying into her hydrokinetic abilities and kind, sort of wispy personality. Her planned name Cameron wasn't interesting enough for Sonic aesthetic.

Do their tattoos have any meaning behind them?

Not perse.

Kehlani has the hibiscus flower on her left shoulder, hibiscus is not only native to Hawaii but also the state's flower. Since Kehlani is Hawaiian I wanted her to have a tattoo that represented where she came from. Although I didn't want to make it a traditional Hawaiian tattoo or a "Hawaiian style tattoo," because I didn't want to be disrespectful in any way. I thought the hibiscus was the safest bet and honestly, the flower is pretty.

Vasile has two hands tattoos, the eucalyptus "below" his thumb and thorny vines wrapping around his left middle finger. the eucalyptus literally has no meaning it's literally just because I wanted to draw a hand tattoo. The thorny vine is way from him to say he is committed to Kehlani, or in this case, double committed given the fact that he works his wedding ring all times (YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO PULL THAT RING OF HIS COLD DEAD FINGERS, FUCKERS).

The only he would want to prove his commitment with the finger tat is because they don't really live together, and are in different cities a large percentage of the time.

i am a very fanart focused person LOL but that doesn't stop me from drawing self inserts i am by no means against all that

i do have ocs i just don't totally focus on drawing or expanding any story with them unless they're like supposed to fit into another media like sdv to be super specific

for example, my stardew valley oc thea is the one i tend to draw the more backstory for that i'm still working on but it involves a love triangle and childhood trauma involving her late older sister

then there's kahlani, my pokemon oc that grew from a self insert (for guzma) into an actual character who i usually never draw without guzma xp she's originally from alola, moves to unova, and then back to alola with hau (who i have made her nephew x) )

but i do have like total original ocs that i've had since like 2016, Erin and Dmitri

these two at this point in time are pretty much married and living together and have been best friends since childhood (ps erin is trans!)

out of all the ocs i have i draw all these the absolute most and that's my oc lore thank you for listening and also asking iloveyou
