So i couldn't bring myself to stay silent on this.

Kahaku is one of the best written characters i have ever encountered. He's extremely complex and nuanced. Starting from his tragic childhood and all the burdens his family and ancestors have put on him, to his internal conflict between what he actually wants to do and what is required from him as a heir, his own emotions melting with those of his predecesors, the purity of his love and devotion for Fushi and the process that led him to realize their nature, going from a devastating obsession to a real and deep love. His desire to protect Fushi's humanity more than anything else, to the point of cutting off his own arm and soul reason of existance, then sacrificing his life for him was the ultimate proof that he is indeed the person who loved Fushi the most.
