VEDIC ASTROLOGY NOTES ♡
(Can apply to any planet placement)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
⚡️Ashwini women always stand out to me with their creativity especially in acting , they rly know to embody the character they're playing to the fullest even irl it may be easier for them to shift thro different identities or alter-egos just for funsies
⚡️There's smtg about purva phalguni women , they're gorgeous but for some reason I noticed they get hate esp from other women like they're called fake or pick-mes or they make up stories hmm
⚡️Purva ashadha women are so inspiring like they're always the ones to be teaching or preaching or saying smtg inspiring/motivational. They're beauties with soul and a mind of their own ! If u know a purva ashadha better take notes 📝
⚡️Magha women love wearing black and something about their looks or style is unconventional/gothy, it suits them
⚡️Uttara-phalguni women are so headstrong bruh and they have this leadership aura about them, they're gonna do what THEY think is right. Like other sun-ruled nakshatras they easily get attention
⚡️Mrigashira women love the push & pull , cat &mouse game, they either attract this dynamic or they create it themselves. There's also smth about Mrigashira and obsession 👀
⚡️Jyestha women embody the wild feminine archetype imo, when evolved theyre truly empowered and have this idgaf energy. people may be threatened by their power or skills. Their voice or the way the speak is commanding and naturally charismatic
⚡️Swati/ardra and their eyes 👁👁 most captivating eyes imo I'm in luv
⚡️Purva bhadrapada women seem to attract or be drawn to men with dark nature or men who carry trauma ? Or they know how to bring that out in a man
⚡️Dhanishta women love dancing and they appear to be friendly or have many acquaintances but very little people they relate to. Popular girlies
⚡️Rohini women feminine energy is undeniable , something about them feels innocent yet erotic. They just give off this juicy fertile vibee lmao💦 unlike jyestha which is more dry (not in a bad way its just different 💀)
⚡️Anuradha women are secretive as hell even if they tell u shit don't think u have them all figured out. there's so much to unpack with them , they're generally intriguing complex characters
⚡️Most bratty nakshatras are mrigashira and chitra lmao
⚡️Revati women are pretty privilege girlies also they're master manipulators 👀 they know how to use their femininity to get what they want
⚡️Pushya women have big MOMMY energy. they seem/look mature. They're either the ones taking care of others or others take care of them
⚡️Uttara bhadrapada women have dualistic nature they're either the sweetest ppl u know or ur worst nightmare depending on who theyre dealing with 💀they're like a mirror projecting and reflecting back ur inner self back at ya (Pisces energy) also don't forget the karmic saturn influence.. u don't wanna mess w them or any other saturn ruled woman
⚡️Viahaka women go through intense ups and downs , starting from their good girl phase then they snap and go wild then they mature/become spiritual
⚡️Chitra women secretly (or not so secretly) enjoy drama , they're either the ones caught up in it or they play the role of the "judge" where they can solve conflicts between others. Somehow they're surrounded by it.
⚡️Don't underestimate krittika women especially when it comes to survival 💀 these women can be dangerous and will stab a bitch if they rly had to (whether its for defending loved ones or them surviving) their symbol is 🔪 after all and taurus/aries gives them that survival instinct
⚡️Ardra women can make great poets/song writers , their creativity and inspiration stems from their own 'tragic' experiences
⚡️Punarvasu women remind me of that quote "home is where the heart is" they always end up coming back to their origins and what they feel in their heart
Lemme know ur thoughts & what I should make next

Astrology Observation(Vedic Astrology) 🔞
Tumblr media
1)Venus Girls are one of the biggest bitches ever. They will act nice to your face but have a lot of shit to say behind your back, they are such pussies. I have encountered many Venus girls who hang around their so called “friends” and talk a lot of smack about them later. I remembered Claire Nakti said in her Dhanishta Video that Venus girls use men for money and I think that applies to all people.
2)Our Venus nakshatra can tell us what type of planetary dominant men/women we are attracted to like (for example, I have Venus in Ashwini then that means I am drawn to Ketu dominant men )
3)Mars Boys like to play the victim card and have serious mommy issues. Besides that they have serious issues with woman because they have been cheated on by their girlfriend and they carry that pain with them and abuse others
4)Mars Woman are not afraid to offend masculine energies(esp men)
5)Sun Woman have 2 sides either they are introverted, quiet and have a few friends(reminds me of twilight sparkle) or they are completely bonkers, and loud and energetic
6)I have noticed Mercury woman can be quite manipulative and like twisting narratives and creating false narratives. They are very cunning and very intelligent
7)Sun/Saturn Woman are real boss ladies
8)Uttara Asadha natives are non committable and feel uncomfortable with relationships. They also have a sense that there is no one for them in the world so they prefer not wanting to be in a relationship
9)Moon Woman either very conservative or liberal
10)Moon Girls are so annoying and they like to indulge in what other people are doing. They also have serious emotional problems and can suffer from bpd(and etc)
11)Chitra Woman got the vibes of a mean girl but are genuine so nice
12)Rahu Woman are literally the real life manifestation of Ariel From The Little Mermaid. Rahu is linked with obsessive behaviour and these woman have serious obsession when they like someone even if they are technically bad for them, they don’t see them red flags
13)Pushya Woman have such a glow to their faces
14)Jupiter Men are toxic and remind me of those toxic brown boys memes, they are also pretty dumb
15)Sun Men can easily influence other men
16)Out of all the 3 Ketu Ruled Nakshatra, Ashwini is the most angelic and have a very angelic appearance too
17)Jyestha Girls are either very sweet and u feel a need to protect them or they are complete assholes and toxic
18)Most Social Workers are Ketu Natives, I always wonder why Ketu natives are so present in the field of social workers.
19)Mars Men are p*ssies
20)Ketu Men have such big gawk gawk 🍆
Note: not everyone is the same so keep in mind other placements in our chart can change us so apply if it matches ur experience

Vedic Astrology notes #3
by yours truly, veronicawildest
Tumblr media
♥️ I often notice to the Magha nakshatra natives about this:
- Near death experiences
- Sleeping problems
- When someone significant/love one just died, their life starts to flourish.
Since this nakshatra has corellation to leaving the body The presiding deity of this nakshatra is Pitru or ancestors.
Primary example of this is Megan Thee Stallion (The Dhanista sun of her is also factor to the hardship she's experiencing through but the list that I've listed from above are her experiences that I've seen also with other magha natives. )
♦️The Ketu nakshatra natives I've known are either himbo bimbo or talented motherfvckers (specifically one talent that they're great at)
The talented ones that I'm gonna list are ketu nakshatra natives:
Efren Reyes (Magha sun) - Billiards
Bobby Fischer (Ashwini moon) - Chess
Magnus Carlsen (Ashwini moon) - Chess
Ketu nakshatra, they just know. they don't analyze it. They're very intune with their daemon (Claire nakti and Luna Giiselle) (unless they have sidereal gemini or virgo in their luminaries).
Additional observation: Ashwini nakshatra is tamer compared to Magha and Mula. They're are more likable and can get along quickly with others too.
♥️Mrigashira women that I've known are just happy and laughing at the jokes that aren't even funny. The laugh of Mrigashira is more funnier than their joke (sometimes both, but the laugh is contagious (and funnier for me))
♦️Dhanistha are connected to diamonds:
Ava Max (Dhanistha sun) - Diamonds and Dancefloors
Marilyn Monroe (Dhanistha moon) - Diamonds are girls bestfriend
Megan Thee Stallion (Dhanista sun) - She has a featured song called ""Diamonds" with Normani. Also her alter ego "Tina snow" inspired from Marilyn Monroe.
Additional note to this nakshatra too: Most of those who know vedic astrology mentioned by Claire nakti that the Dhanista have often tragic fame life. As I said earlier, Dhanista is connected to Diamonds. Diamonds are formed deep beneath the surface of the earth and its put under pressure. Hence why the Tragic life occurs and also fame
♥️ Dhanista men that i known are sadboy manipulative shitheads (Be careful if you're inlove with one)
It often reflected to their songs:
Bruno Mars (dhanista rising): It will rain, Grenade, Talking tot the moon
Theweeknd (Dhanista moon):Save your tears, In your eyes
♦️ Vishakha is a lot more dramatic than you give credit to compare to Leo (sidereal cancer that y'all mentioning on the astrology shitposting community)
♥️ The pairings that i often find are:
Dhanista and Vishakha
Jyestha and Purva phalguni
Mrigashira and Krittika
Uttara ashadha and Dhanista
Purva ashadha and Pushya
Vishakha and Purva phalguni
Magha and Arda

1) Bharani natives have the tendency to become lethargic (Venusian influence) even though it is in Aries. They also are impatient regarding long term planning this is why Bharani is debilitated in 🪐 2) Magha women have a tendency to desire male validation and romance since this is the birth of Leo🌹
3) Punarvasu women have a very animated demeanor👀
4) Uttar Phalguni natives may frequently give, and demand favors specially with their partner🛏
5) Hasta men are very critical and analytical regarding women's beauty👦
6)Purva Bhadrapada men have a tendency to indulge in masochistic pleasure👋
7) Chitra and Purva Bhadrapada women are fond of competing with male egos and exude yang energy🐱‍👤
8) Ardra is the most powerful elevation of Rahu. The women are likely to play into the "girl boss" trope💋
9)Revati women play into the " bad girl " trope with being a hopeless romantic💕
10) Anuradha can be extremely violent and verbally abusive when provoked😒
11) Mars women have one of the most beautiful arched eyebrows🙌
12) Jupiter and Venusians are the most empathetic individuals 🥰
13) Jyestha and Ashlesha can be extremely cynical👥
14) Purva Phalguni women have the most feminine and radiative aura out of all the Venus nakshatras👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩
so that's it!! hope u liked it<33

Divinity of Gojo Satoru
a vedic astrology perspective
keep in mind that every system of knowledge serves some purpose so lets be respectful towards different schools of astrology. keep in mind I'm using
Vedic depictions ( with Hindu deities of nakshatras (constellations) with Vimshottri planetary rulers for each )
Sidereal measurements for planetary placements in the sky
Whole house system
let's begin
Tumblr media
time and time again me and my astrology friends have noted that Gojo Satoru is "the stereotypical Sagittarius" according to the tropical astrology - you know the larger than life personality, the "teacher" and the classic funny guy who is known to not commit to women (still not expressively seen in the mangas or anime itself). Moreover his technique is very jupiturian in it's own way - expansive and divine, note the word divine because he has actually quoted few religious and spiritual references during major rebirths of his ( gojo vs toji arc ) and if you don't know what that is I suggest you to read the mangas or maybe wait for the season 2 of the anime. but today i'll be discussing on the sidereal astrological significations of Gojo, the strongest and show you how he embodies this nakshatras and their archetypes surprisingly well.
Gojo satoru is born on the 7th of December 1989 and because i was unaware of any specified birth place i searched up the location of the actual Gojo Shrine which is in Tokyo. Gojo is known to be a kuge family descendant of the sugawara clan, which dominated the imperial courts in kyoto during the heian period.
Sun in Jyeshtha nakshatra
the vedic astrology system uses the current planetary placements in the cosmos thus it is 24 degrees late than the tropical zodiac as vedic astrology uses sidereal calculations.
Gojo is a sagittarius sun in tropical astrology but a scorpio sun in sidereal but don't worry we are on to the same person ( or character ) here.
His sun falls in the nakshatra of Jyestha meaning the eldest and it's nakshatra lord is mercury. An extremely hot nakshatra which is jyestha makes the native be very fire like in nature. Now all of this doesn't go together with satoru right? Well guess who is the presiding deity of this nakshatra - Indra the king of the gods.
jyestha natives are known to be extremely skilled with mercury as their nakshatra lord and mars as their zodiac lord - scorpio - giving them extreme powers to excel in activities like politics and fighting and indra grants the native extreme wealth and its symbol talisman manifests as the native having power and authority. Indra manifests his power on the material plain making the natives have an authoritative position given he was mythologically a warlord aswell.
This highly powerful placements makes the natives the best at their fields, high achievers. and aces very often due to their make it or break it nature along with their often found entitled nature Indra indulges in theatrical pleasures like watching dances and entertaining courtly rituals and also indulges in a sweet drink called soma. Unlike modern myths Indra is one of the most crucial gods behind the 6000 year old hindu texts of wisdom from which we derive this knowledge from thus making it's native wise and clever. Jyestha is the last nakshatra of the second phase of nakshatras, the phase of gaining and nurturing personal power and self identity and vigor and thus is this is where the natives showcase a lot of their prowess.
Tumblr media
Connecting that to Satoru we see quite a few themes repeating itself a number of times namely him being the eldest in his friend circle - Geto and Shoko are both a year younger than him, making him the eldest. Gojo is said to come from an rich and esteemed clan giving him the bag in that aspects - riches are at his footstep. Not only that he is the head of this esteemed clan - an imperial clan in real life out of the anime but still - the authority - the king. Not only is he the head of his clan but an important figure in the entire jujutsu society so much so that his birth alone shifted the balance of the jujutsu world. He is the best - the strongest - the only honored one through the heavens and earth. He is the strongest fighter, the strongest sorcerer - sidereal scorpio's ruling planet mars' raw strength matching with the nakshatra lord mercury in magic and sorcery as mercury is between the air and earth realms - between the heaven and the earth. He is the teacher now teaching the basics and essentials of the jujutsu society. he is the head, the King and is supposed to know better than other because no one is above the God King.
Satoru is known to eat sweets, he has a sweet tooth just like how Indra indulges in Soma rasha before wars because it fuels him adds vigor - Gojo consuming sweets to stimulate his brain but ultimately getting a sweet tooth - which unsurprisingly Indra is known to be a very regular customer of Soma aswell.
Tumblr media
It's surprising how the nakshatras manifest through characters. More info in future. I don't think i'll be considering the moon sign and the rest of the chart yet as we know very little of gojo satoru even though the significant events of his past does strongly show his moon nakshatra purva bhadrapada where one has no limitations and is free but needs to reign themselves in to pass through the spiritual tests and attain self mastery. i think i'll be making another post on that later on.

Someone has put a birthtime up for jennie for astrotheme which makes her a Jyestha ascendant.
It’s probably just another astrologer theorising but I actually really see it. She is not only very mercurial in appearance, but she perfectly fits that elongated dignified “eagle pretty” vibe Claire was talking about.
Those shorts aren’t exactly Claire’s best work, but I know soo many Jyestha women irl and she really does have that vibe.
I thought chitra was a pretty feasible theory because I think someone who is a dancer and a model should have significant mars influence somewhere, especially since she’s at the top of her field. It would also give her minor mercury/venus influence bc chitra is a Virgo/libra nak.
However:
a) that would give her rahu conjunct ascendant, which would give her a very prominent gaze and/or very big eyes with larger forehead. But Jennie really does not have that 👁️👁️ look
b) she also just generally lacks that hyper manic rahu vibe
c) mars nak women usually have sharper features which is what gives them that sexy vibe. I really dont see it on Jennie, even though she has very dark features, her eyebrows especially have a soft shape to them. Compared to for example Adriana Lima, a chitra native, who has very strong marsian features despite having round chitra cheeks.
However Jennie still does have a certain dark intensity to her face which would be explained by a Scorpio ascendant. It would also give her enough mars influence to explain her career like I mentioned earlier, whilst still having a different vibe to the mars nak girlies.
She also has mars conjunct mercury, so her chart ruler is marsian regardless of whether you use nak or rashi rulership.
Jyestha asc also gives her 12H moon, 3H sun, mercury and mars, 2H Jupiter (this is literally the ultimate singer placement imo- she’s also rich lol) exalted, 4H venus and saturn, 11H rahu and 5H ketu
I think this fits the best out of any other theory I’ve seen, especially with that Jupiter 2H and the nodes on the 5H-11H axis, but thoughts?
I think between Chitra & Jyeshta, I'm more inclined to believe she's Jyeshta,, all of the reasons you stated which makes her an unlikely candidate for Chitra Rising are part of the reason why
Just based on vibes, Jennie does not have a very raw, earthy 'Martian' woman sensuality or sex appeal,, her sexiness comes from her nonchalance, how aloof or cold seeming she is. Mars dominant women could never be described as an 'ice princess' unless they have something else pulling their energies in a different direction.
I think Jennie's appearance is all on her Vishaka Moon tbh, I dont see much other influence on her face and most Jupiter women are short so even that matches BUT she has a very delicate, dainty bone structure and a 'tiny' quality to her overall body + appearance that makes me suspect Mercury influence,, Jyeshta could make sense bc FKA Twigs is Jyeshta Moon and in fact, shares her birthday with Jennie and they both have baby faces and delicate bone structure and are petite in general.
Jyeshta is associated with poverty and lack, and most Jyeshta natives do not come from fortunate backgrounds. Jennie however is richie rich BUT she grew up without the comforts of that wealth for the most part of her life. Between the ages of 8 and 20 (when she made her debut) she never lived at home and never grew up like a rich girl, if ykwim??? like she could have had a chef, a chauffeur, a nanny and gone to an international school in Seoul and grown up sheltered and spoilt??? but she lived by herself in a foreign country with a host family like a regular kid and then lived in the YG dorms for almost 6 years before she made her debut and continued to live there until 2020 I think.
I think its interesting how in Jennie's case, despite being born rich, she has never really fully enjoyed the comfort of that wealth, she's actually had to work her way up from the bottom and all that she has today is because of how hard she has worked which is veryyy Jyeshtacoded

Keke Palmer is a Magha sun and either a Moola or Jyestha moon, I'm thinking Moola because her biggest role so far was a horror film.
But like her sex appeal grew so much after dropping a kid. Like I feel that so rare in Hollywood, I don't know her rising because the the rating level is poor so I don't want to follow that but man, it's just got me thinking.
I kinda wonder if Ketu women's sex appeal increase after having kids. Like it almost makes their mysterious aura more clouded in the best ways.

My Vedic breakdown of Amberlynn Reid bc why not
Magha moon women when I say there is an immense breadth of archetypes our nakshatra contains? I mean it bc tell me why I just found out she's a Magha moon?!
And she's a very Ketuvian woman which explains the vast black-hole like nature of her personality/identity. Honestly, her mannerisms and personality have always felt rather empty in a way I've always resonated with and this explains just that. Ketu is intrinsically lacking and empty. Ketu is also the headless nakshatra so that contributes to the airhead narrative of hers lol. Sometimes this airheadness could just be a front but other times it is sincere. I think in her case it's definitely a front esp with other placements of her considered.
Her being a Magha moon specifically makes a lot of sense too. Our family, our ancestors, our lineage take precedence in the story of our lives. It is the overarching plot of our lives. And it's well known she has a deeply troubled family history that still haunts her to this day. But Magha is also known for rising above the family, as well. Honouring the family name/lineage by ascending above them eventually. Which I would say is also the case for her. She's made a life for herself that would've been once deemed unthinkable of by them.
And she has a lot of Mula too. Mula is most associated with destruction and revival (transformation) which directly parallels "the cycle" we all attribute to her. Funnily, both Mula and Magha are spiritually devoted nakshatras but this aspect didn't manifest at all into her life with her being an atheist. Typically there is also an interest in the esoteric but she seems to have a shallow interest at most in those things (e.x. her brief tarot card phase). My theory is that I think its her Jyestha that keeps her in the material world and away from these aspects of life.
I think her 3rd house of communication being ruled by a Krittika mars is also interesting. Mars has an aggressive way of communicating and Krittika (bc its deity is the fiery Agni lol) supports that way of talking which is why she often comes off as abrasive, argumentative and/or confrontational. Said Mars is also in her 4th house of family life which lines up with having a destructive childhood as she's prev. brought up.
Everything going on in her 6th house explains her weight and her general struggle with it.
Sun in 10H plus the 11H stellium explains her unconventional but fruitful career and the kind of infamy she's garnered. Her Jyestha sun in the 10H there def makes her a controversial character via her work.
As for her love life, she's most definitely marrying/settling down with a woman - no doubt about it lol. Too many points in her chart towards liking feminine energy + her moon in the 7H of spouse + even more interestingly, her Venus (which would be her spouse significator as a lesbian) sits in the 11H which can imply a spouse with a big social network OR meeting spouse online (alr her pattern lol) OR a spouse with an online presence (which we kinda see w/ her gfs having somewhat of an online presence due to her). I think the woman she settles down with will have an online presence like her - either bc she alr has it or will embrace the lifestyle when they get tg. So wifey was def NOT the one imo. I also think she'll be similar to her spouse in personality. I think this bc of her Venus in Mula (spouse significator) is alike to the rest of her fiery placements. So def not an opposites attract situation either. The other spouse significator is the DK and that remains to be her Mula Venus. So her spouse will def be a Venusian Mula/Ketu type. Which is awfully like the rest of her chart so this is why I think her spouse will have a similar feel to her (at least in personality). As for the nature of the marriage (if that ever happens): because the moon is in the marriage/spouse house I think there will be ups and downs, and it will bring a lot of emotions out of her regularly.
To note another thing about her love life as Jyestha sun ... it explains sm abt how she is as a gf. Jyestha is kind of controlling and self-righteous (on its shadow side). But also quite passionate and jealous. Breakups feel like the end of the world to them LOL. Which is most definitely what she's like romantically. And another thing is that a lot of the community likes to make fun of is the fact that she seems to imitate whoever she dates/take on their personality and I would attest that to all her Ketu.
Significant Ketu in a person like I said makes one empty and a lot like a black hole in nature so often what we do to cope with this socially is to mimic others. In fact, more so than it being a self-coping mechanism, it’s smth we do to make other ppl feel comfortable interacting with us. We inherently ..... do not care abt anything in truth lol. We’re intrinsically detached from it all but a more self-aware Ketu native will realise that will come off as odd to others so those of us with that awareness will try to act in a way that throws ppl off from realising/discovering this emptiness in us. And we find that it's easiest for us to do so by mimicking/imitating whoever we interact with as it requires the least amount of effort/thought on our part.
So this is where I will conclude my Amberlynn Reid deep dive LOL.

Why is it that Jupiter women, mostly the first two nakshatras (Punarvasu, Vishakha), often have very husky/deep or even smoky voices? It's interesting that the number of female celebrities I can think of with deeper voices have a Jupiter nakshatra on one of their top 3 placements.
Sophia Bush & Natasha Lyonne

Scarlett Johansson & Priyanka Chopra
Tumblr media
Miley Cyrus & Emma Stone

Laura Prepon & Whoopi Goldberg

Demi Moore & Misha Barton

Not saying all Jupiterian women will have husky/raspy voices, but it makes sense that I'd expect some of them to as Jupiter is a masculine planet and these women usually carry a lot of inner abundance that they tend to break gender boundaries whether consciously or unconsciously -- their voice simply being a connected manifestation of this. Another planetary addition is Mercury nakshatra and Mars nakshatra women. Mercury women can have very unique voices too, pretty obvious with their planetary rulership. And Mars women aren't really surprising as they tend to be the ones to shift conventional beauty standards.
I can quickly think of Jennifer Lawrence who is Mrigashira Moon with Ashlesha Sun and a Jyestha Ascendant. Or Naomi Campbell who is a Jyestha Moon. Also South Korean actress Go Young-Jung who is a possible Mrigashira Moon.

Significance of Sabitree Brata in Married Women's Lives
Sabitree Brata is a significant ritual observed primarily by married women in the Odia community of Odisha, India. This sacred vow, also known as Savitri Vrat or Sabitri Brata, is dedicated to Goddess Sabitri, an embodiment of marital bliss, devotion, and unwavering loyalty. The observance of this fast and accompanying rituals is believed to bestow longevity, prosperity, and a blessed marital life upon husbands. The origins of Sabitree Brata stem from an ancient legend found in the Mahabharata, an epic Hindu scripture. The legend revolves around the devoted wife Savitri, who through her unwavering love, dedication, and intelligence, brought her husband, Satyavan, back to life, thus conquering even the God of Death, Yama.
Sabitree Brata Book Availble In Our Another Post
The Sabitree Brata is observed on the Amavasya (New Moon day) in the Hindu month of Jyestha (May/June). On this day, married women undertake a rigorous fast, abstaining from food and water, while devoutly praying to Goddess Sabitri for the well-being, longevity, and prosperity of their husbands. The fast is observed from sunrise to sunset, and the devout women break their fast only after sighting the sacred evening star. This fasting ritual symbolizes the deep love, commitment, and sacrifice of married women towards their husbands.
Preparations: The day before Sabitree Brata, married women clean their homes and dress in traditional attire. They perform a ceremonial bath, purifying themselves physically and spiritually. Traditional Odia delicacies and sweets are prepared as offerings for the ritual.
Sacred Thread: Married women tie a sacred thread, known as "Sabita Jeevan Sutru" or "Sabita Jeevan Biju," around their right wrists. The yellow thread symbolizes longevity, protection, and the strength of their marital bond. It remains tied until the thread naturally falls off.
Fasting and Prayers: On the morning of Sabitree Brata, women wake up early, take a holy bath, and wear new clothes. They offer prayers to Goddess Sabitri, seeking her blessings for the well-being and long life of their husbands. Married women observe a strict fast throughout the day, praying fervently for their husbands' longevity and happiness.
Puja and Offerings: Married women set up a small altar with images or idols of Goddess Sabitri and other deities. They perform elaborate puja, offering flowers, incense, fruits, sweets, and sacred food items. The ceremonial puja involves recitation of prayers, hymns, and Vedic mantras dedicated to the goddess.
Storytelling: As part of the Sabitree Brata rituals, a narrative of the legendary tale of Savitri and Satyavan is read or narrated. This story serves as a reminder of the strength, devotion, and unwavering love that married women have the potential to embody.
Evening Rituals: As the sun sets, women gather and offer prayers to the evening star, considered auspicious during Sabitree Brata. Upon sighting the star, they break their day-long fast with a simple meal of fruits and sweets.
Vows and Blessings: Married women exchange heartfelt wishes, blessings, and gifts with friends and family members. They express their love, support, and aspirations for an everlasting marital bond.
Sabitree Brata is not merely a religious observance but a celebration of the sacred bond of love, trust, and loyalty between a husband and wife. Through fasting, prayers, and rituals, married women express their deep affection and commitment towards their spouses. It is a testimony to the enduring power of love and the strength of marital relationships. This auspicious ritual reminds everyone of the importance of devotion, sacrifice, and selflessness in maintaining a harmonious and blissful marital life. Sabitree Brata reinforces the idea that love, respect, and unwavering support are the pillars on which lasting relationships are built, nurturing the sacred connection between two souls.
Tumblr media
In conclusion, Sabitree Brata serves as a beautiful reminder of the eternal love and dedication that bind married couples together. It celebrates the spiritual and emotional dimensions of marriage, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the commitment and sacrifices made in the journey of conjugal life.
