Hello! And welcome to the TENTH YEAR of Gaara Week! A Gaara focused weekly challenge leading up to his birthday! This weekly challenge will start on the 12th of January and run until Gaara’s Birthday on the 19th of January.

To celebrate ten years we are bringing back themes from the past ten years!

Feel free to draw, write, make, cosplay, sing, dance, take screenshots, make gifs, whatever you want! As long as it has something to do with each separate day’s theme, and you create it yourself. 

The year 2024′s themes:

13th January - DAY 2 - Kazekage

14th January - DAY 3 - Love

15th January - DAY 4 - Gardener

16th January - DAY 5 - Mr. Sandman

I'm still laughing about how in episode 220 of OG Naruto, Gaara suffers a small injury on the side of his thigh which wasn't overall a bad wound to have, but it ripped his clothes so that he had to fight the rest of the battle with one butt cheek almost hanging out.

Like....why would they do that to him???? LOL

This is a entry for @justgaara event Gaara Week 2024 day 1 Just Gaara. Due to the heavy snowfall, I may lost power during the weekend just to let you know.

Gaara has been through a lot to become the Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village such the lost of his mother and no one show him the love he needed because he was a host for the Tailed Beast Shukaku. Gaara cut himself emotionally and see killing as the only reason for his existence until he meet Naruto, whose too is a host of a Tailed Beast and made him realized what he believed was wrong. Gaara work to redeem himself until he become the fifth Kazekage and slowly start forming connections with his siblings and his friends.

Ruins

It's already day 2 of the Gaara week 2023! Been working on this drawing more than a week, tho it isn't perfect. 🥲 but I tried.

The drawing shows like that the Sand shield is broken, and we see the sand slowly breaking into tiny pieces, and Gaara popping up from the shield.

Sorry for the light, its evening for me so yeah.

Gaara and Shinki preparing for the yearly Christmas Party of Suna's Council

It was young Shinki's formal first appearance in front of the council of Suna. It was the yearly, tedious Christmas party that both of them didn't really want to go to. The invitation called for a strict formal attire, but Shinki felt a too much of a fish out of water with the suit and tie and all. Gaara told him he could still wear his facepaint if it makes him more comfortable. Shinki refused at first, but later on agreed with a soft apology, saying that he'll keep it simple tonight.

To compensate for the face paint, Shinki combed down his spiky hair for the first time, not knowing Gaara will be donning almost the same hairstyle, too.

Gaara couldn't help the small smile as he secretly thought they looked cute with the twinning hairstyle.

AAAAA I this will be my third time joining JustGaara Weekly 😭😭 I hope I was able to hit the mark. 😂😂😭😂😭
