Heroes & Villains The DC Animated Universe - Paper Cut-Out Portraits and Profiles
Ro
Rosalie ‘Ro’ Rowan heralds from the future timeline of the DCAU.  She grew up in the care of her grandparents.  After these grandparents passed away, however, Ro and her brother were separated in placed into foster care.  Ro ran away and ended up falling in with a gang of thieves.  It was here that she first encountered the renegade android, Zeta.
Zeta was an advanced automaton developed by a shadowy governmental agency that had used him as a weapon and assassin.  Yet the android’s artificial intelligence gained sentience and he refused to assassinate a target whom he had determined to be innocent.  Convinced that Zeta had somehow been reprogrammed by terrorists, a search and destroy order was issued.  Zeta had decided he needed to find his original creator so to prove his innocence.
Ro sympathized with Zeta’s plight and was particularly taken by his ability to access bank accounts and provide them with a huge amount of funds.  Ro joined Zeta and the two embarked on numerous adventures.  They searched for Zeta’s creator and additionally sought out Ro’s brother.  This led to another quest and Zeta aided Ro in trying to find her parents.
Actress Julie Nathanson provided the voice for Ro with the heroine first appearing in the debut episode of The Zeta Project.

I had the chance to chat with voice actor Julie Nathanson a couple years back about her time on The Zeta Project as Rosalie Rowan!
Held this one back for a while since COVID messed up our Zeta Month plans, but I'm so excited that it's out there now!!! She was such a delight and I can't believe I get to just chat with people who worked on my favorite shows. This will never stop being wild! #BringBackZeta

Who is the voice of the female Deputy?
When I saw this question, I decided to try to find an answer.
I looked up all the actors listed in the credits, listened to their voices (in interviews, demo reels, or other videos), and… I’m still not sure who played the female Deputy.
While I usually find it relatively easy to recognize voice actors in French, my native language, it turns out that’s much harder for me to do in English. Also, it doesn’t help that they’re usually very good at changing their voice/accent and that, in real life, most of them don’t sound like the characters they play.
I still believe the person who played the female Deputy is also “Cult Follower Female 5” (CFF5), but it seems to me the actor used a different accent and tone so the cultist sounds a bit “villainous”. In any case, I didn’t find anyone that sounded exactly like the two characters…
According to my ears, though, the female Deputy and the female Captain from New Dawn have the same voice. Outside of cutscenes, the Deputy has 314 lines in Far Cry 5 (which you can listen to here, here, here, here, and here) and the audio files were all reused for the Captain. In cutscenes, so the “lines” that were specifically recorded for New Dawn, the character sounds exactly the same to me, which means the voice actor must have worked on both games.
I looked at the names that appeared in the credits of the two games and narrowed the list down to the 15 (+1; see below) likeliest candidates, so here are the people who, in my opinion, could potentially be the voice of the female Deputy, as well as, when the information was available, either in the game or on IMDb, which character(s) they played:
Claire Armstrong
Kailea Banka
Carolina Bartczak (Cult Follower in FC5; apparently not in FCND, but you never know)
Kimberly D. Brooks (Gun for Hire)
Nicki Burke (Cult Follower in FC5, Selene in FCND)
Lucinda Davis
Stacey DePass (Nana in FCND)
Amber Goldfarb (voice of Faith’s Priestesses, “Cult Follower Female 3”, and, I believe, Rae-Rae)*
Julianne Jain
Mara Junot (Sherri Woodhouse, “Civilian Female 6”)
Helen King
Erica Linbeck (voice of Anne, but also this and this)
Cynthia Kaye McWilliams (Resistance Soldier)
Debra Wilson
Kim Yarborough
Mayko Nguyen, who plays Kim Rye, was credited a second time as a “voice talent” in Far Cry 5, which implies she may have also played one of several NPC. Since she worked on New Dawn, she too could be the female Deputy’s voice.
Again, English isn’t my first language, and after spending two days listening to all those voices, everyone started to sound the same to me :’) If you’re a native English speaker and/or have a great ear, though, maybe you’ll be able to more easily solve the mystery! We can do it!
*IMDb says Amber Goldfarb played “Noodle’s owner” (the woman who called Ms. Mable for her pet snake) but the files tell me the voice is actually “Civilian Female 6”, so Mara Junot.
And under the cut, just in case, I included all the other female voices who appear in the credits.
FAR CRY 5
MAIN CAST Beryl Bain (Tracey Lader) Sarah Booth (Tammy Barnes and, according to IMDb, a “Civilian”) Luisa D’Oliveira (Deputy Joey Hudson) Jenessa Grant (Faith Seed) Debra McGrath (Nancy) Tasya Teles (Mary May Fairgrave)
VOICE TALENTS Carolina Bartczak (Cult Follower) Lauren Jackson (Skylar Kohrs) Erin Mathews Julie Nathanson (Jess Black) Kristen Peace Murry Peeters (Grace Armstrong) Claire Rankin Cara Ricketts (Dr. Sarah Perkins in FC5, Mickey in FCND) Charlotte Rogers Paula Shaw (Ms. Wilhelmina Mable) Jane Wheeler (Adelaide Drubman)
PERFORMERS (I’m not sure they recorded voices and they apparently didn’t work on FCND) Michela Cannon Roanna Cochrane (Cult Follower) Athena Karkanis Karen Knox Janet Porter Melissa Robertson Alyssa Trask Brandi Marie Ward
FAR CRY NEW DAWN
MAIN CAST Reina Hardesty (Carmina Rye) Leslie Miller (Lou)
VOICE TALENTS Rylee Alazraqui Mary Faber (in the “Additional Thanks” section in the FC5 credits and in Lost on Mars according to IMDb) Camryn Jones Rachel Kimsey Melanie Minichino (Gina Guerra) Carolyn Ratteray Marisha Ray Nadia Verrucci
PERFORMANCE CAPTURE PERFORMERS (again, I don’t know if they recorded voices in FCND) Ava Augustin Tamara Brown Jenny Raven Ajanae Stephenson Lydia Zadel (also credited in the “Additional Thanks” section in FC5 and a voice in Lost on Mars according to IMDb)
Good luck!

Note
Are there, by chance, voice files of the female deputy actually speaking, or a name of the voice actor who recorded the sound effects?
The female Deputy never speaks, but it sounds to me like she has the same voice actor as one of the cultists. You can find a transcript of most of her lines in this document if you search for “CULT_FOLLOWER_FEMALE_05”. One of the Angels might be played by the same person too.
I know Randy Yuen did motion capture for the Deputy in general, and maybe the male Deputy has his voice, but there is no information about who played “CULT_FOLLOWER_FEMALE_05” and the female Deputy…
The actor’s name must be in the credits, however, so probably one of these people:
VOICE TALENT Doug Abrahams Marty Adams Claire Armstrong Ted Atherton Kailea Banka Carolina Bartczak Lawrence Bayne Bruce Blain Jesse Bond Sarah Booth Marc-André Boulanger Wyatt Bowen Paul Braunstein Kimberly D. Brooks Jason Bryden Nicki Burke Mark Camacho Braeden Clarke Lucinda Davis Stacey DePass Bruce Edwards Jake Epstein Jonathan Goad Amber Goldfarb Alain Goulem Rob Greenway Gavin Hammon Ian Hanlin Lauren Jackson Julianne Jain Mara Junot Helen King Jameson Kraemer Gabe Kunda Tristan D. Lalla Erica Lindbeck Erin Mathews James Mathis III Jon McLaren Scott McNeil Cynthia Kaye McWilliams Chimwemwe Miller Julie Nathanson Mayko Nguyen Peter Outerbridge Lindsay Owen-Pierre Giles Panton Christopher Parson Kristen Peace Murry Peeters Simon Lee Phillips Geoffrey Pounsett Claire Rankin David Richmond-Peck Cara Ricketts Kyle Rideout Charlotte Rogers Paula Shaw Jesse Sherman Ivan Sherry Howard Siegel Jonathan Silver Dylan Taylor Jeff Teravainen Brett Watson Jane Wheeler Dan White Scott Whyte Debra Wilson Kim Yarbrough Farid Yazdani
And there is a little more information about who played who on IMDb.
This is all I know for the moment... but I hope it helps :)

LYRIC SENTENCE STARTERS
all lyrics have been taken from my favorite matt nathanson and noah kahan songs
i am not scared of death, i’ve got dreams again.
it’s just me and the curve of the valley.
a minute from home but i feel so far from it.
it’s all washing over me, i’m angry again.
the car’s in reverse. i’m gripping the wheel.
i’m back between villages and everything’s still.
the things that i lost here, the people i knew. they’ve got me surrounded for a mile or two.
my whole life’s a movie, if movies made you want to jump off a bridge.
i’ve got one who moves me and one who sees through me and all i really want is a kiss.
i was born three thousand miles from where i came alive.
and i left without saying a word to start a new life.
i spent my whole damn life just trying to hide.
you can change every inch of your life, but you’re still just a boy.
i’m mean because i grew up in new england.
i’ve got dreams but i can’t make myself believe them.
i was only kidding when i said i liked a fight.
i was only kind of kidding when i said i liked a fight.
but sometimes you’ve got to start them yourself.
i had a dream you died.
what kind of man misunderstands a woman like you?
i’m the last of the worst pretenders.
i got tired of the frat boys with the brights on.
but it’s all we’ve had for always.
we’ll all be here forever.
we spent july in a berkeley basement.
there was so much i didn’t believe in and then there was you.
no one cares about the stories they’re not in.
we’ll fade out to whispers.
there’s no nostalgia here, it’s just now.
i was a fire that you started.
for once i knew everything that i wanted.
for a minute there, we were perfect.
we made the beautiful people wanna be like us.
some heart’s gotta break to let the light in.
i loved you even before i knew what love was.
everything else felt so unimportant back in your boston bed.
when you think about it i hope you blush just a little bit.
all the best parts still move me.
i could’ve powered the city every time that you kissed me.
we looked good back then.
just between you and me, part of me will always be in love.
we’re better off, no doubt.
what’s it matter now?
if i get too close and i’m not how you hoped, forgive my northern attitude.
i was raised out in the cold.
i was raised on little light.
i don’t miss you. i miss the way you made me feel.
and if i died tomorrow, would you feel me?
and you were only a minute of my time.
even through the pain, i can’t recall your face.
just the ache of knowing everything was gonna change.
got so close to love with you.
i know that the moment i chase is a race i’ve already lost.
it’s long ago.
you were only a break from the fear of being alone.
but i’m sure feeling the ache is better than nothing at all.
i know it gets hard just to breathe sometimes.
it’s the way she walks, the way she talks.
you and my imagination.
there was heaven in your eyes.
everything’s alright when she calls me back.
don’t you hold your head up high.
for bullshit, i do not have time.
and i do not exist to die. but live to die while saving you.
and i don’t get much sleep most nights.
i’m seeing you in every dream.
i was too afraid of living life in your footsteps.
i’m still angry at my parents for what their parents did to them.
but i ignore things and i move sideways.
at the end of the day, i know there are worse ways to stay alive.
i’m terrified that i might never have met me.
if my engine works perfect on empty, i guess i’ll drive.
it’s better to die numb than to feel it all.
and if all my life was wasted, i don’t mind. i’ll watch it go.
you were right.
i’m just a stubborn fool who’s living in the past.
i got a king sized bed and phd and the way it used to be.
the devil is in the details. he and i get on real good.
i’ve got a love that comes in colors.
i had a head full of tangles.
i had my heart full of splinters.
and you came around to save me.
now i drop to hold you.
grew up believing love was a grudge and home was a place you lived with your guard up.
people keep saying memories fade. mine are all drunk and they just keep calling.
the past is a long distance runner and i’m falling further and further behind.
takes me forever and ever to see the good in the people who see the good in me.

Missions include keeping up with McQueen’s top speed by racing down Radiator Springs’ main street, learning how to turn right to go left at Willy’s Butte, keeping up with Cruz’s top speed on Fireball Beach, avoiding pushy competitors with the Thunder Hollow challengers, and practicing with Cruz at Thomasville, culminating in the Piston Cup race at Florida International Speedway, where the objective is to win against Jackson Storm.
Sora enters the world as a custom-made sports coupe mixing a few real-life sports car models before visits to Luigi’s Casa Della Tires and Ramone’s House of Body Art end with him modified into a next-gen race car sponsored by Dinoco (with Tex’s blessing) and with Cruz’s number.
It’s set during Cruz’s first Piston Cup racing season, so McQueen still has Doc’s colors and spends the Florida race as Sora’s crew chief.
As Sora finishes his story, Mater is certainly unhappy with Xehanort’s actions forcing Sora’s hand. “That dad-gum Xehanort”, he says angrily. Extra points if Sora doesn’t get to the part where Xehanort is dead, then Sarge gets in his face and demands him to teach Xehanort a lesson when he gets back in a militaristic manner. “Is that understood,” Sarge yells. Then Sora tries to correct him, but gets cut off and asked again, “Is that understood,” and has to respond, “Sir, yes, sir!”
Of course, during the top speed races, Luigi is the one to signal the race to begin.
In the Radiator Springs race, Sora’s top speed is tracked by Sheriff’s speed radar, and on Fireball Beach, it’s via Cruz’s personal assistant, Hamilton.
If you fail the “Turn Right to go Left” mission, Sora goes flying into the bed of cacti, and Mater fishes him out.
I know I’ll get hate for this, but Cars 2 elements are here. Heck, maybe Mater can’t be present most for the training because he’s busy with Finn and Holley. After all, does he still owe Holley a first date?
I wanted the player character in this world to be Kairi just so Storm can feel the embarrassment of losing to not one, but two “costume girls”.
The Piston Cup race is announced as a 500-lap race, but no game developer is that malicious to force the player to race 500 laps around an oval, so they’d take after the first Cars game and make it twelve laps with the sun slowly lowering throughout the race.

Note
Absolutely in love with this blog thanks, could I request any of the noises the baby cakelegs make? Thanks ^_^
You ever think about how the Snax are sometimes thousands of calories? The Baby Cakelegs alone are 56,000! You could probably eat one and get your calorie intake for a solid month.

*Ariana Grande we went to go see just because her opener was Little Mix and my sister loves them they're her favorite. LM was great but when it came time for Ariana, they didn't light her??? Like no spotlight, barely any light on the rest of the stage. You don't realize how important it is until it's gone. Then, I have problems with her lack of enunciation in general so the whole thing was muddled visually and auditorially.
**I offered to buy the tickets and take my sister to OTRA at Gillette like the magnanimous big sister I am but it was her first week at college so she decided not to. The offer was approximately a year before I went down the rabbit hole and became a fan...
I tag @lululawrence @kingsofeverything @jaerie @phd-mama @comebackassholes @allwaswell16 @londonfoginacup @disgruntledkittenface @crinkle-eyed-boo @a-brighter-yellow for funsies ❤️
