14/08/2023 - DROP DEAD GORG MAKCIK WANNABE

today I stumbled upon my favourite FRIENDS female characters Instagram, Rachel played by Jeniffer Aniston, Monica played by Courtney and Phoebe played by Lisa Kudrov. I couldn't help but to dig some information and I was in awe when I found out that Jen is 57 and Courtney is 60? like holy mother if wine were a human then they'd be accurate representation of fine wine. Especially Courtney, with the way she dresses up and her body figure and not to mention her flawless skin? Ok I crucially need to get in action and start taking care of myself like right.fucking.now. Maybe we'll start with stop worrying so much? wrinkles and fine lines are starting to appear and I don't appreciate that. For a moment, I finally found purpose to live again, as what I've been strongly hold onto my principle which is 'I just wanna live happily and healthy so whatever that makes me happy and healthy I opt for it'.

The idea of looking drop dead gorgeous at the age of 60 is probably what I'm gonna strive for from now on. I mean to think of it, its funny when every time I picture myself as an old lady, I see some kind of old makcik with baggy baju kurung kain batik with tudung sarung or perhaps a beannie? I mean serkup tudung. Not to mention the slouch body posture 😭 No offence to all makciks out there y'all clearly lovely people who had live an amazing life but I wanna be lovely aunty who lived her 80 years of life to the fullest yet still looking smoking HOT? Clearly we all are gonna die at some point but might as well make use of what we once have, no? and that includes our beauty. Ya ya ya some of y'all might say beauty comes from within looks don't really matter but honey if taking care of how the way I look makes me happy and healthy then why should I stay bothered right? (p/s : if making myself happy and healthy also means cutting off judgmental kepochi toxic people then I'd proudly do that)

But anyways, I figure out the reason why I have that kind of imagination or perception on the future old me is because of how my surrounding and the people in it are like. Idk bout you, but growing up in a typical malay community who spends most of their time caring 'bout other people life so much make them look older than their age? Idk that's probably because of the unnecessary worries they carry that they couldn't care less bout their appearance. now does it give you some things to ponder? HMM renung-renungkan lah.
