OH I LOVE TADC! Its a VERY interesting show! As for my favorites, i absolutely ADORE KINGER AND CAINE!

As for Caine, he is MUCH more gentler and sweeter than he seems. A lot more interesting then the regular "sentient AI that wants to torture humanity"

He seems like he does genuinely care, but he has no idea how humans work.

I’m asexual myself and quite frankly, I don’t mind Alastor smut. I’m not sex repulsed and not every asexual has to be -Alastor included. If Alastor wants to fuck to blow off some steam or summ because hey, it’s a biological thing (which happens to be most of the prompts I see with him), then let him?? He’s fictional.

What I do wish they did, though, is acknowledge asexuality in those fics. Because the erasure makes me feel funky (and not in the good way).

we seem to have the same issue here? in my post I acknowledged exactly what you said here, the only thing I didn't mention is the fictional aspect which, I mean, yeah.

my issue is exactly the same as yours: the erasure that I'm noticing. also I guess something I wasn't clear about is that the sheer amount of those kinds of fics/art is what got me feeling a bit off, aside from the lack of acknowledgement of asexuality.

I also tried to make it clear that this is something I'm feeling, personally. no need for everyone to feel the same, aroace or not.

Ok this is a very specific question, but I don't play league and really have no intention of (as most I've watched arcane and won't go farther than that) but are there any characters or skins the invoke a gundam-esc aesthetic?

Oh yes, quite a few actually.

There's the Mecha skin line for the obvious pick, albeit that is more explicitly based on Pacific Rim than Gundam. It's all about the champions being rendered as giant robots battling Kaiju in a near-modern sci-fi setting:

And then there's the Lancer skin line, which is now discontinued, which drew from Gundam aesthetics among other things, mixing it in with a nominally medieval tech-level setting where the mechs are seen as protector gods or destroyers of the world:

And finally there's Mecha Kingdoms, which sort of tried to combine the two previous skin lines. Like Mecha, it's centered around heroes using giant robots to fight horrible kaiju monsters and protect the world, and like Lancer it's set in a medieval fantasy setting, except this time it's a Wuxia-based world rather than European medieval:
