This is set during the first time O'Neil comes down to visit Elias physically! It didn't go very well; Elias acted on impulse and quite literally hit O'Neil over and over on the head with a keyboard until it broke, and then started strangling him. O'Neil, needing to defend himself, grabbed the nearest item - which was a pen - and stabbed Elias in the eye with it. Then, cue comic!

So I've been thinking about how, in the LU comic, Twilight chases down the shadow/Dink on Epona and then they go through the whole thing with him almost dying, etc. etc. etc.

Which has me wondering what would happen if Sky had been the one to do that instead of Twilight?

And, since Epona can go through the portals, what would happen if Sky's loftwing replaced Twilight's Epona?

I still hold to my theory that Sky’s loftwing would absolutely have gone with him through the portal, but that one just happened to be too small for his bird to fit :(

Anyway, oof that would be a lot. Sky almost dying would... be similar to Twilight in a lot of ways I think, since their roles in the group are somewhat similar.

I wonder if instead of Twilight thinking about the Hero’s Shade and all that stuff he was musing about, if Sky would maybe be mumbling stuff about Demise’s curse, possibly an apology to Time for Master Sword stuff? one path i was debating, the one before bruce ACTUALLY breaks it, is he and khoa never have their snow fight or their rain breakup. they stick together, they train together, they STAY together because of the loop and the trauma bruce faced, the realization that he's in love. love has always fueled him and after losing minhkhoa again and again, after cradling his corpse again and again, he actually chooses khoa. he chooses to believe in his honey-promise of returning to gotham as men instead. and like.... that alone i want to write and but the time loop aspect can very quickly get sidetracked or forgotten about and like... NO idea how to tackle it with the skill it deserves lol

and also i have this little fic idea where peter and harley break up but also they had this plant that they took care of together and a week after breaking up peter shows up at harley’s door like “if that plant dies i will actually strangle you with my bare hands” and they begrudgingly post break up bitterness have to be around each other a few times a week to share custody of this fucking plant and that somehow leads to them falling in love again
