everyone watch the boom episode "where have all the sonics gone?" right now the connections to sonic prime are insane. sonic is transported to another dimension where he doesnt exist. meets alternate versions of his friends who dont know him. eggman has full control over the town. theres a small rebellion led by 2 of sonics friends. tails fights sonic at first but helps him by the end. im losing my mind

way one. Boom sonic could be modern Sonic's older relative who's lazy and his name could be Boom

way two, Boom could be Sonic's irresponsible dad who honestly didn't mean to have kids in the first place but somehow ended up a single dad and Sonic just hates his dad/ has a bad relationship with him cause i don't think modern Sonic and Boom Sonic would get along very well he's like the most irresponsible version of sonic

Prime Sonic could be Sonic's younger relative name Prime or something, I like Prizmo for some reason it's like Prism he's another irresponsible version of Sonic who keeps messing things up but he has a good heart but he's also more responsible then Boom

Boom Knuckles could be Knuckles uncle, i like the idea of Dread being Knuckles dad cause Dread is really greedy person and that goes against Knuckles, i HC Dread and Knucks as brothers so you could see how interesting that as a family dynamic of fighting in the family could be, Knucks is all about freeing the resistance and wanting to live life while Dread wants to take just like Tikal's dad INTERESTING STORY Knuckles could be Knucks son or Dread son and the other is just trying to do what they think is best to raise the kid but it ended up dividing them further CAUSE DREAD LETS BE REAL is a liar he lies

Boom Knuckles is very kind and not smart but he could be someone Knuckles could look to for soft supportive family member

I've already taken it upon myself to make Thorn Amy's "narrow minded" mother, like i know she gets better but her status with Prim is what makes Amy the way she is, Rusty Rose is a relative of Thorn who got taken a long time ago and robotized so she's stuck at the age she was when she was robotized and never to live normally, she's already half robot and half organic she can't go back this could be interesting for families

one like. sonic fandom shipping trope i guess is what you'd call it. that really annoys me is when people have amy move on from sonic but then immediately get with someone who looks like him (or is said to look like him in shadows case) or is a copy of him in some way. and have that be part of the reason she likes them. or when people have sonics rivals/copies try to get amy to like them more as a way of proving they're better than him or something than out of genuine interest in her. i can't even explain why i find this stuff annoying i just do
