a lot of free otomes are just Not Good imo...

the shall we date games were so good but unfortunately a lot of them are lost media now bc they shut down and the developers no longer make shall we date games and they devote their time on "obey me", which is an otome i personally dislike

there's tears of themis which i think has a really good story and characters but is unfortunately a gacha game and is made by mihoyo, and when i dropped it (around 3 months after release) one character was claiming that autism was curable. so its that kind of game

love and deep space is new and i didnt play it bc its 3d and i cant switch from english voice acting to chinese voice acting (no hate to EN voice actors i just didnt like the dub for this game) but the players are currently boycotting it bc the game is really money hungry. one chinese player in particular spent 10k dollars in a month and didnt get any of the cards she wanted which is what sparked the boycott
