Antes de subir una foto la reviso, tanto, quisiera que esto ya no fuera parte del proceso porque lo que busco son “defectos”, las estrías, celulitis, la pancita o si algo no está firme…como si no fuera perfecto✨ y con perfecto no me refiero a los estándares, las revistas o lo que se espera de nosotras, ni a las fotos Instaperfect, me refiero a que se aguanta todo, los días de entrenamiento, los de flojera, los de comer mucho porque ansiedad, los de comer poco porque depresión, las depilaciones, los días de sol por vivir en el paraíso, los de frío porque mi mente ama tanto viajar; y me lleva a todos lados, y a veces mi cerebro no lo deja descansar, lo critica, lo quiere cambiar, porque se le olvida que se puede mejorar desde el respeto y el amor hacia nuestro cuerpo ♥️, que lo podemos amar cuando tenemos antojo de esa dona de chocolate (vegana, obvio porque no tendría ningún sentido amar nuestro cuerpo mientras torturamos otros) o de esa ensalada con el mejor aderezo de la vida. Crecer en un país donde la belleza es indirectamente proporcional a la cantidad de grasa en el cuerpo, con algún que otro adulto recordándome que yo era la más grande/gorda/distinta de mi familia me ha causado más problemas de los que puedo expresar, y no porque fuera una familia con excelente metabolismo, sino más bien con tendencias a la privación de alimento. Mi relación con la comida mejoró recién cuando empecé a trabajar en mi amor propio, este viaje de dos años que tuve que iniciar a fuerza de mantenerme cuerda en una cuarentena que me recordaba todo lo que no amaba en mí y en mi vida, no todos los días son perfectos pero por ejemplo, hoy, me la he pasado comiendo, porque hormonas 😅 y no me siento culpable, sino agradecida de poder nutrir mi cuerpo como me lo pide 🥰 Reviso las fotos y me repito, estás bien, tu cuerpo está bien y tú mente está mejorando, y me amo y que no importa lo que los demás piensen de mí, tengo muchísimo amor para mí, y también para ellos si lo necesitan.
