word of advice dont wear trans tape and then layer a stretched out binder + sports bra over it and then go to a concert where you OVERHEAT and SWEAT A LOT because not only will the layers give you weird chest pains you will also end up with ITCHY TAPE that you have to PAINSTAKINGLY REMOVE using COCONUT OIL

So it turns out that wearing a bandage for 2 hours and having it make your arm feel like its covered in fire ants for that entire length of time is not in fact normal and means u have an adhesive allergy.

#i got used to just ignoring shit like this as a kid and just assumed that bandages tend to make your skin itchy/burn from them irritating it #which like they can a little bit from friction but bc my pain tolerance is already fucked up a little bit for me is like a above average #amount of pain. #anyway im 25 and apparently a bit stupid #i got bloodwork this morning and they slapped a bit of gauze and a single strip of adhesive over it and the adhesive left a perfect bubbled #up rectangle on my skin. anyway i just connected the dots bc i realized this morning i made an offhand comment to my mother abt how #i hate getting bloodwork bc it hurts after and she was like???? that isnt supposed to hurt??? so i let it drop #and i just sat here and peeled off the bandage and went oH. this is what my sister mentioned happens to her and she has a diagnosed adhesiv #allergy. #oooohh. #my 20s so far have just basically been me realizing that im allergic to many many many things #i legitimately look like i git mauled by fire ants

#listen im a stupid son of a bitch alright. i cant do math to save my life and complex issues confuse me unless i have 2+ years to process #however: me want make things with hands #also i cannot STAND crocheted things. im really sorry if you like to crochet/love them but i do not agree at all #the yarn (yarn??) used for crocheting is itchy and frizzy and it just fucking sucks. i will die on this hill #knitting is even on thin ice because some of the material is okay and good but all the so called ~high quality~ stuff is like #so stupid frizzy and STUPID. ITS STUPID #WHY DO YOU ALL KNIT WITH THINGS THAT ARE FRIZZY. THE TEXTURE IS AWFUL.
