I don't know why, but putting diamond shaped scales on him, just felt right. And I think the royal blue suited him too.

He's got a big cup of coffee, cause why the hell not? He's earnt it! Besides, he needs to survive.

Please, do tell me what colours and patterns you'd associate with some characters.

I'll probably do either Morgarath, Crowley or Cassandra next.

WIP INTRO: Days of Resistance (Series)

Genre: Young Adult, dystopian, historical fantasy (sort of)

In the country L'Union de Surénique, life is a struggle for the common people, like fifteen-year-old Andreu. High taxes, hard labor, and government regulations are slowly destroying the country. To fight back, two opposing underground organizations have formed: the Revolutionaries and the Resistance. When Andreu has a chance encounter with a mysterious Resistance leader, Caldren, he is stuck making a choice: keep the status quo or help the Resistance. Although Andreu is terrified of getting involved, he can't deny that something has to change. As he slowly becomes a part of the Resistance, he gets caught up in the secret battle that is waging between the three groups, which will involve assassins, a freak show, secrets, and eventually a full-blown revolution on the steps of the king's palace itself.
