Wow thanks tumblr for not notifying me when someone I follow posts, once again!! UGH! Anyway

How about grocery shopping with Levi? Once a week you go through the ads and coupons, trying to get what's on sale and actually plan, and go early trying to avoid everyone.

He's constantly saying no when you try to sneak things that aren't on the list. But then you pick up something he can't resist and he's like, "fine, you get ONE extra thing". Turns out you get like five extra things.

You spend a lot of time in the produce section. "Strawberries aren't even in season" you tell him when they wind up in the cart, cause those are more pricey then anything you picked up. "Yes but I'll make you dessert." And you're like oh, okay then.

Tells you to stop being a child and get off the end of the cart before he lets go and lets you fall. But you know he won't and laugh when he attempts to shake you off. "You're gonna get us kicked out of the grocery store, brat."

Hmm, what else??

Not the fluffiest fluff, but domestic fluff is my drug of choice!

It was the day to do grocery shopping, and you and Levi were already prepared. Checking the extensive grocery list written by Levi, the both of you took a trolley and went on ahead.

"What's first on the list?" Levi asked despite knowing the grocery list by heart. You took out the long paper and recited the things off. Vegetables, toilet roll, fruits, milk, muesli, cereal, mixed nuts... the list was endless.

As the both of you did your grocery run, Levi constantly made sure everything on the list was checked and bought. You, however, were focused on getting snacks and other products on offer.

"Oh oh Levi, look, Ben & Jerry is having an offer!" You tapped Levi's arm when you passed the frozen products.

"No, we still have ice cream in the fridge," Levi pushed the trolley past the ice cream section without a second glance, glancing towards you and noticing you sulking.

"Levi, shall we get some tater tots? We can deep fry them using our new air fryer." You decided to try your luck again.

"No, it's not on the list."

As you continued sulking, Levi pushed the trolley and you two ended up at the dairy section. Levi was looking at the list once more, and then proceeded to look for some milk and cheese. Without Levi realising, you slipped away and took bags of chocolate from the snacks aisle, putting them into the trolley and pretended you didn't do anything.

"Why are there chocolates in the trolley?" Levi questioned you when he came back with two cartons of milk and cream cheese.

"Hmm? Oh, really? Wow. No idea. Maybe they had legs," you looked at the items Levi placed in the cart while Levi stared at you with a look of disbelief.

"And you except me to believe it? Own up, you brat." Levi frowned and came closer to you. "When did you sneak those bags of crap into the trolley? When I took the cheese?" You sheepishly stared at your feet.

"Aw, come on Levi! Where's the fun in grocery shopping if we aren't buying snacks and tidbits?" You gave Levi your best imitation of the puppy-eye and Levi soon relented, warning you that you can't take anymore snacks. You gleefully cheered, continuing to push the trolley as Levi walked on ahead. Reaching the fruits section, Levi contemplated hard between two different varieties of strawberries.

"They're so pricey," you made a face as Levi took two different packets of strawberries. One were a local produce and another was from overseas. Levi placed the local produce into the trolley. "They're not even in season."

"I'll make you something nice, okay?" Levi stroked your arm and pushed the trolley. "How does a no-bake strawberry cheesecake sound?" Your ears lit up and you nodded excitedly, running to grab some digestive biscuits.

As you two continued your grocery run, you decided to stand at the end of the trolley while Levi pushed, earning a few stares and giggles from passers-by. Levi rolled his eyes and tried to avoid the stares you were getting.

"Get off the trolley, or we're getting chased out," Levi muttered while taking a box of muesli. You ignored him, and climbed into the trolley instead, hanging your legs outside by the edge. "Oi, brat, get out. The trolley is for our stuff, not you." Levi stood next to the trolley with an arm full of items, frowning while you remained inside the trolley.

"If you're not getting out, I'm leaving you here." Levi turned and walked a few steps before feeling your arms hugging his waist tightly.

"Nah, you won't leave me here all alone, won't you, Levi?"

"Continue being bratty and I might," Levi sniggered and softly kissed your temple. "Come on, we have more stuff to get."

hey, it's me! i'm still alive, somehow, though just barely. this semester has been pretty tough so far and will probably remain that way until spring. despite this, i managed to add some fun new features. : ) ALSO i promise 100000% that if you sent me an ask i WILL answer it. i will. anyway, look at all those cool things! -> a system for cuts, bruises, tattoos, wounds and other decorations your whumpee's skin is an empty canvas. whether you fill it with scars and wounds or cutesy band aids is up to you!

the way this is set up is kind of like a bunch of stickers. so for example, if you decide to hurt the lil' guy with something sharp, he'll get a "stab wound" sticker in the spot you decided to target. over time, that sticker will change over to a "stab scar" one. it's a very flexible way to do things, but it still needs some work and a couple big changes, since it's very unfriendly to low-end computers. in terms of visuals though, it should look exactly the same as the decal-based "decorations" for your whumpee that you see above!

- a better way of getting that dude on camera the camera system is now a lot more immersive and will fit the story. the awkward developer cam that could clip into walls is no more.

you can drag around the view and zoom in and out by scrolling. as you progress, you'll get access to even more ways to invade your whumpee's privacy. : )

-> new ways to get horny in the last devlog post (around 1000 years ago) i said that you won't see any "horny accessories" in the upcoming updates. that was a complete lie, sorry! here's a preview of some cool new horns you can give to your whumpee.

the neat part is that the horns are customizable - other than just choosing the shape, you can modify their size and color gradient. -> other stuff + story i've made plenty of changes and additions to the back end. most of it is not flashy or super significant - most of the time and energy i could dedicate to the project went right into fueling the violent, bloody conflict between me and custom shader code. i've also made some updates to how time is simulated and fixed a bunch of bugs. there is now a sound system too! i'll look for some copyright-free sfx and music before the next update. oh, and there's some lore too!

i want you to know that when i first read this three days ago i ended up sitting head in hands goofy smile on my face for a good fifteen minutes just thinking about them dancing to this song so thank you for that! and yeah i can definitely see them dancing to this one (or something similar) and it's a wedding right so there are a bunch of other people on the dancefloor with them but they kind of fade into the background because tommy's hand is resting on buck's hip and buck's hand has found its home at the soft curve of tommy's neck and honestly they're more swaying than dancing at this point and then tommy says something that has buck all blushing and ducking his head and when he looks up again he has this look of sheer wonder in his eyes like he can't believe he's here and that he can have this and tommy's smile turns softer more private and then he momentarily lets his gaze drop to buck's lips as if silently asking may i? and buck just. nods and slides his hand to the back of tommy's neck and pulls him in and maybe they're not in love just yet but as buck presses in impossibly closer until all that exists around him is tommy he distantly thinks that it sure feels like he's on his way there

Remembering the toxic hellscape that was 2015-2019ish SU fandom and just how much hate the show got is really insane when you rewatch the show after it's been a while. Like the show is good what the hell were any of these people talking about

I honestly love all their interactions so much that I couldn't even decide on my top five, so I'll just talk about their opening scene in booster because I keep thinking about it and it really captures one of the main reasons I love them so much.

So they're both in transitional periods of their lives, with Clark trying to create a new persona for himself and Lois working towards a promotion, and they're just so... invested and supportive about it?? Lois is helping Clark with his body language and reassures him because he's feeling insecure but then he's like "forget about ME Lois you're up for that promotion!!!" and you can see on his face how proud and excited about it he is like, he's really her biggest cheerleader and I'm😭😭😭

They're best friends and they're in love and above all else they just genuinely want to see each other thrive and be happy and grow into the best versions of themselves and it makes me want to collapse on the floor in tears.

Joslyn Lancaster - Country Caretaker, Loves the Outdoors, Athletic, Glutton Joslyn is a very meat and potatoes kind of gal. God damn I'm tired and extra dizzy today, which I've figured out some of why that happens. Evidently that's my reaction to overstimulation fatigue. Good to know, explains a lot. No idea what to do about it and I did expect to have some sucky days after going to San Francisco anyway so it's whatever, but it's nice to have figured out a specific trigger.

Except that's cool and all but I almost couldn't fold laundry today because it involved a lot of looking up and down and that was unnecessarily rough. This was after sleeping like 11 hours because my shit-ass tired-ass brain demanded a hard reboot more or less, and I'm still kind of gross today even so. Kind of glad they rescheduled the root canal I was gonna have Tuesday for like two weeks out, because I am probably not gonna be quite recovered for another week at least and dental work fucks me up also so that would have been an Everything Hurty Syndrome 2x Combo.

Bleh. At least when I'm writing chronic illness/disability it's some own voices legit type ass shit, but does it have to be, because I could do without this. My whole me hurts and nothing seems to help and also turning my head too fast will knock me the hell over. Good times. ✌️😔

Andromeda settles him on the sofa before she disappears to her kitchen to make them some tea. Her house is smaller than what Sirius had ever imagined, quaint and cozy, resembling nothing of how they'd both grown up, surrounded by gloom and dark colors, a coldness seeping into walls that could never be extracted.

When she returns, handing him a cup, Sirius takes it in nearly numb fingers, not even drinking it before setting it down on the small table beside him. Andromeda eyes him but says nothing immediately as she sips at her own cup.

"Tell me," he demands, watching as two dark brown eyebrows raise slowly on his cousin's forehead. "Please," adds Sirius.

Andromeda leans back in her chair, crossing one leg over her other as she regards him. "Drink your tea, Sirius," she instructs, but Sirius scowls.

"I don't want bloody tea," he protests. "I need answers."

"And I will give them to you," responds Andromeda, "but first, drink. You'll likely need it for this."

Sirius glowers at his cousin, but she doesn't relent, staring him down. He finally huffs in frustration, grabbing up the abandoned cup and downing the liquid as quickly as he can without scalding the inside of his throat irreparably. It's only when he disposes of the porcelain again that Andromeda clears her throat.

"You still can't remember anything, can you?" Sirius shakes his head, and Andromeda frowns. "Regulus has been working on that. The spell didn't take properly, so your memories should be there. We think there's some sort of block keeping them held back."

Sirius opens his mouth to speak, but his cousin lifts her hand into the air, silently telling him to remain quiet. She readjusts a little in her chair as she studies him.

"I'll tell you what I know, but you must not interrupt and listen to what I have to say," she informs curtly, leaving no room for arguments. "The details are…sticky. It's easy to get trapped in them and lose the plot on all else. Just listen, Sirius, and when I'm done, you can ask all the questions you still have. I'll answer them if I'm able."

Sirius eyes her speculatively. He doesn't know Andromeda anymore, never really had to begin with, him being so young when she'd run and hidden herself away. He has no reason to trust her, except he does, so he nods in silent promise, and Andromeda offers him the tightest of smiles.

"The night Regulus approached you and tried to bring you back to him," she begins, leaning forward a little, "you met Remus at the pub. I understand James and Peter have told you what they remember of that night, but they don't know everything. They left earlier than you, and once they did, you found him. Sent him drinks. You had an interest and it eventually came to a head in the lav, or so I understand it. Remus scratched you during that encounter. That's where the mark on your hip came from."

Sirius glances down at himself, his frown deep as it forms over his face, but when he looks back up, Andromeda is staring at him intently as though she's sizing him up, silently judging if he's worthy of what she has to say next.

"Remus is a werewolf, Sirius," she finally says gravely. "He has been since he was a child, attacked because of his father's own foolishness." Sirius startles a bit, but for some reason, the information doesn't feel as though it should be surprising for reasons he can't seem to settle with. "He is a werewolf, but he is kind and compassionate, soft spoken, and possesses the most lovely, wonderful soul. He's warmth personified when he decides to show it. I was friends with his father Lyall during school and became the closest of confidants with his mother Hope until she passed. Remus and my daughter grew up together. He is my family."

Andromeda pauses, her expression hardening at the edges. Sirius thinks he understands why she's told him all this, the care and love she feels for this man that still so strange yet familiar to Sirius, so he nods, keeping his promise not to speak and interrupt. Andromeda seems to relax a little.

"That night was a full moon," she continues in her explanation. "He was very close to his transformation, so when he scratched you, it did things to your body, things I still don't fully understand. Werewolves are…fascinating. There are so many things about them that no one knows or cares to find out. Most view them as monsters and cast them off as such, never digging deeper into their physiology and the magic behind the curse that's been forced on them. I have spent nearly twenty-three years researching and watching, but even I don't know half of all there is involving them.

"What I do know, is that the scratch on your hip will scar. It will never fade. It was too close to his transformation. I also know that it protected, whatever magic it contains, an extension of Remus himself. It blocked Regulus' spell, dispersed it, which is why some of your most recent memories are scattered and sparse, but to do that, it had to lock down your mind, which is why you were in a comatose state for so long. It was continually blocking it out until the spell could be released, until the threat had passed."

"Released?" asks Sirius insistently before he can stop himself, snapping his mouth closed quickly, but Andromeda doesn't scold him or look angry, only nodding.

"Remus had already spoken with me, told me where you were and everything he knew that had happened to you," she continues as Sirius shifts to the edge of the sofa, watching her without blinking. "When I found Regulus at St Mungo's and he admitted to what he'd done, I went to Remus with a plan. Potter had already made a decision, something we were all adamant about preventing, Remus nearly frantic. We went to you to test a theory. Remus scratched you again, reopened the wound, and your body, reacting to that same protective magic, funneled the spell out. That's why you woke up. The danger was over, you weren't under attack anymore. Remus saved you, once in that pub, and again in St Mungo's. He's the reason you're still here, Sirius."

Sirius remains silent, rolling it around his head, sorting through it, trying to process what she's said. It doesn't make sense, but there's something in it that does. He has questions; so many questions they're creating towering walls inside his mind, but one stands out above all the rest.

"How did he know?" he says, mostly speaking to himself, halfway forgetting about Andromeda's presence at all.

Andromeda gazes at him, seeming to hesitate. Her eyes drift to the side like she's trying to look over her shoulder without turning her head. She finally exhales a breath and sighs as she stands, motioning with her head for Sirius to follow her, which he does, his cousin leading him into her kitchen and to the back door.

"Why don't you ask him?" she suggests, pulling the door open.

well i mean neurodivergent terminology can get confusing but to answer your question my real big specific hyperfixation is animal evolution (I LOVE IT SO MUCH I THINK ABOUT IT EVERY DAY), though i usually consider it a special interest instead.

its just that i really love a lot of biology, especially zoology (especially arthropods), as well as genetics, microbiology, mycology, virology, etc. i also love medical stuff and anatomy to a slightly lesser extent. oh and i always found geology and astronomy REALLY cool. (i hate chemistry.)

and then my non-scientific hyperfixations/special interests are wings of fire and httyd (most dragon things really) and to some extent philosophy!! mostly just cause i really love talking AND dissecting the world piece by piece and putting everything into boxes so philosophy is very fun.

I adore your sims and the way you create narratives. They're all wonderful and your style is so gorgeous. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for more realistic details, like scars, cuts, burns, just any sort of thing along those lines. Finally gave in to the urge to ask after seeing your post captioned "Family Lineage".

Your sims are so alive, the last sim is so cool and i love how you embrace features.

Do you have go-to creators for those sort of details, or are there any sliders or any specific cc pieces you recommend? I'm not sure what to really call those sort of features, 'imperfections' doesn't feel right to me, they are a part of oneself and they deserve love too! So I hope this makes sense?

okay, so as for recommendations... i'll just start this off by saying that my skin details folder alone is 45gb... so. there's honestly too much for me to rec everything, but i've got my mods folder open right now so i'll just go through the main contributors here.

this got a little long so i'll put a little read more here to save the mobile users some grief fkhnkfjh

as just like a general baseline for cc, i'd download everything from @obscurus-sims, @sims3melancholic, @ddarkstonee, and @northernsiberiawinds. these are my favorite skin detail creators and i promise you every single sim i make is guaranteed to have at least one piece of their cc on. i won't mention them in the recs from here on out, but they all have some of what you're looking for!!

then i'd download the color slider mod before getting into the actual skin details themselves, because there's still a lot of cc that doesn't have appropriate color swatches for darker skintones and i have to use the color slider mod more than i'd like in order to get scars or other cc of that nature looking right.

now okay, so for realism i'd say you're going to want to download wrinkles, eyebags, veins, body overlays, and facial structure overlays. most of my realism cc is from faaeish....... but well. you know what happened there. i don't know if there's an archive of all their old cc, but if there is you'll want to download decades, chubby cheeks, and structure. nolansims, gerbitshi (nesurii), and simulationcowboy have some good wrinkle cc! and i really like using okruee's misc. skin detail cc for the last few swatches which add wrinkles. nell has some face veins i like to use on my older sims to add to the look of thinning skin as they age. sammi-xox and moonchildlovesthenight are for body overlays—so like, if you have a fat sim with a skin on that you like but the skin is just, like, supernaturally jacked for no reason, you can use one of their overlays to fix that. thank god. my facial structure folder is full of remussirions' blushes and contours as well as goppolsme and nesurii!! marigolde and mari have good stretchmark cc. OH!!! and download acne cc! breezytrait's acne scar cc is actually REALLY good for giving the effect of pores and aging skin. i used it on matthias's father!

as for scars, burns, birthmarks, etc.! with scars i just googled scar cc and downloaded everything even if the previews looked bad lmao. but nell is my main creator for scars. they make the best scar cc hands down and i might be misremembering, but i'm pretty sure their scar cc works very well with the color slider mod. pyxis and redearcat also are all over my scars folder. if you've seen alessandria, she's literally covered in redearcat's scar cc. mintyowls has really good eyebags and birthmark overlays. adelarsims and pinkpatchy have some body prosthetics and limb mesh edits i like, though they're not very functional </3

almost forgot to look at my presets but i believe nv-games will have what you're looking for in terms of any larger scars. WAIT. sorry, i'm only just now looking at this but if you saw my tags on that last post ignore them!! matthias's father actually uses nv-games' eye preset! i totally thought it was [redacted] who made it. but anyway, nv-games also has more presets that you should look into as well. they have really unique cc. love them fr.

onto face sliders!! i don't have a ton so i can just post a pic of the folder for you. just kidding totally didn't realize that the screenshot showed the sliders i have from [redacted] so pretend you didn't see that.

based on the nature of your ask tho, i'm definitely gonna recommend the face asymmetry slider by luumia (i like to use this veeeery subtly but go wild with it if you want), the esotropia and exotropia slider by obscurus as well as their eyebrow slider which allows you to disrupt the symmetry of them, the thicc slider by hiland which adds fat under the chin, the mouth scale slider by teanmoon for bigger and fuller lips bc fr what was ea thinking with their lip slider, and dani-paradise's cheek slider!

The main thing about IDW OP that I'm on my hands and knees begging people to understand is to actually treat him like a fucking character and give him the nuanced understanding that this fandom gives to other characters just fine. This list was made before Summertime Record got announced so IchiSaki hadn't had a cover in ages. I still think this song is very likely, if not for L/N at least in game, since Honeyworks now has two commissions in game.

I do think TTB for Nightcord could also work as you said, but I've seen a lot of people want it for L/N as well. Honestly just IchiShiho and Rin is probably more likely.
