also it may interest some urban planners to know that if your transit oriented development requires a 2km walk though farms along a 4 lane road with a speed limit of 80 (with a sidewalk but on the side opposite both the development and the future train station) and walking over a 6 lane freeway on a bridge with a tiny sidewalk that's not cleared in the winter it does a bad job of being oriented to the transit.
