I feel like just telling people “consume less childrens media/YA fiction/etc” is missing the point.

A narrow, sheltered perspective on the world and its politics is what causes stupid discourse, and the simplified world of entertainment media attracts people with this mindset.

Having any kind of media as the dominant lens through which you socialize and interact with the world will leave you sidelined from reality, whether your energy is devoted to complex literature or a tv show for toddlers.

Children’s media and their fans make for easy targets because the disproportionate scale of discourse to depth is more visible, but focusing on the kind of media as the main problem seems to me similarly detached from reality. The problem is the attitude. And telling someone who clings to any kind of media as a tenuous connection to others that they’ve wasted their time isn’t really going to change their mind.

So, like, do you actually have any intention of challenging this kind of attitude, or are you just trying to feel superior to someone else?

-once again I feel it doesn't matter if you want kids with him or not because anyone who he's in love with, he just wants a life with them and as long as Gabi is fully loved by both of you he's happy. And if you do want kids with him or have your own already the man is 10000% about it and loves yall to death & wants to try IMMEDIATELY for more.

-he pretty much is a "we got food at home" dad but you and Gabi made a pact together where she asks if y'all can get takeout on your behalf when you don't feel like cooking and it worked for a bit bc it's Gabi and he can't say no to his little girl but then he caught on eventually

-he's the dad on the grill in the summer. He's very possessive of his grill and he wears an apron that says "kiss the chef" or "grill master" that you got him for Father's Day

-He hangs up the kids' artwork on the fridge no matter what and keeps it up year round.

-He definitely throws the kids in the pool and you have to remind him to take it easy. If he ever accidentally hurts the kids though he's apologizing profusely and showering them with kisses bc he feels bad.

-When you guys go boating, he always wrecks the kids on the tube but when it's you driving the boat you take it easy on em.

-He's big on manners and Gabi is a very considerate and well behaved little girl thanks to him. Her teachers love her.

-when it comes to bae-cations you leave most of the planning up to him because it's hard for you to be away from the kids for too long but he lovesss it bc he gets you to himself (unlimited sexy time with you) but he lets you use his phone to FaceTime them everyday or whenever you miss them.

-When he reads stories to Gabi and the kids he reads in a silly voice.

-He makes you and the kids hand him your passports/IDs/boarding passes at the airport because he's the classic dad at the airport and walks way too fast in front of everyone.

-He also makes the whole fam get up at like 4 am for vacation even though your flight is at 1 pm.

-He makes you and the kids get up early on vacation because no way are you guys missing the free breakfast. He's awake before everyone else and he already worked out in the gym and had a shower too.

-He's the one driving when y'all go on road trips and he always sticks his hand outstretched to the backseat for Gabi to give him some of the Chex Mix.

-He definitely follows the "dad tax" rule when it comes to food.

-He's definitely the dad that looks over the top of his reading glasses while reading in the recliner when Gabi and her loud friends come in after practice

-He snores loudd

-He reads the newspaper in the morning.

-He's not a Cocomelon dad and will just have whatever he likes on TV and you gotta remind him to keep it PG for the kids

-He loathes baby shark and any "kid music". No Kidz Bop here. He'll play whatever he likes in the car(obv nothing super raunchy) but Gabi has awesome music taste already and appreciates the oldies thanks to him. He's a man of culture for sure.

-He's the dad that can't resist trying to start home projects or fixing random things around the house and recruits the kids to help him even when it's inconvenient.

-He'll yell if you hold the flashlight wrong. He holds back when it's Gabi tho. He's working on not being mean.

-He's particular about how the lawn is mowed and prefers to be the one doing it.

-He yells at the TV when his team is playing. The man gets stressed.

-He stands up when he's watching the news and always needs to know the weather forecast.

-When it comes to bullies at school, he gives the kids full permission to deck anyone in the face who messes with them and hi-fives Gabi anytime she stands up for herself.

-Whenever Gabi or the kids have a play or speaking part at school for their class program and they're nervous, Miguel will go over their lines with them while you're the fake audience cheering them on.

-if you want kids, he's overly concerned about germs and makes people use hand sanitizer/loses his shit if people kiss the new baby when you guys get home from the hospital.

-He teaches the kids how to ride their bikes while you take pictures.

-He'll sleep in the kids room whenever they have nightmares and use "monster spray" for monsters under the bed.

-He'll do Elf on the shelf for Gabi but you gotta remind him or else he'll forget to move it and he forgets the rules.

-When Gabi and the kids learn how to drive he'll get up early in the morning to defrost their windows for them and shovel the snow.

-The only thing he could possibly love more than his kids is his grandkids. He'd be an amazing grandpa and he'd take the chance to take the grandkids to the museum, zoo, movies with you anytime.

-He recruits Gabi and the kids to help him make you breakfast in bed on your birthday/Mother's Day which makes you cry and y'all spend the day in bed together laughing and cuddling as a big happy family.

a/n: another dad!ross fic <33 cw: none, just fluff wc: 900

when april first learns to walk, it’s the beginning of summer. she’s a fast learner; crawling one day and then pulling herself up the next before walking towards an extremely astonished ross and throwing herself in his arms. 

he catches her, of course—teary-eyed and ecstatic and looking at you with the biggest smile ever which you’re sure you mirror. by the time autumn rolls around, april has mastered the art. and you’ve mastered the art of keeping her out of trouble.

every morning, she toddles to the backyard, finding the perfectly crunchy leaves to step on and giggling when they make a loud noise. ross points out new leaves to her while you join them with a steaming mug of coffee. today, however, the ground is littered with significantly more leaves than usual. 

“ross!” you call out, ruffling your daughte’s hair subconsciously. “the yard needs some raking, i think. d’you have time?”

he walks out minutes later, looking effortlesslely handsome in a hoodie and jeans. ross bends down, placing a kiss on your head before placing one on april’s head; mother and daughter rewarding him with matching smiles. “i’ll do it,” he says and goes to the shed in search of a rake.

fifteen minutes later, april is on a little blanket in one corner of your backyard. it’s a crisp autumn day—not too cold and not too warm—and you have decided to make a little picnic out of her breakfast. she hums to herself—something that sounds suspiciously like the theme to cocomelon—while happily munching on her apple and curiously following ross’ every move. 

“daddy clean?” she asks, pointing at the rake in his hands. her eyes are wide, your excited little baby who has a million questions about every single thing. you’re sure she wants to ask about the rake, she just doesn’t have the words for it yet. 

“he’s removing the leaves, baby,” you tell her, wiping apple crumbs off of her hands when she’s done. then an idea strikes. “you wanna help him?”

“help?” she perks up and nods vigorously, tiny pigtails bouncing up and down. 

instantly, she’s on her feet, not even waiting for you to tell her how she can help. but you decide to let her figure it out. 

april watches ross; watches him gather a bunch of leaves before tossing it onto the sizeable pile he has got going on not too far away from her. then she looks around, and toddles to a stray leaf as soon as she spots it. 

“i help!” she announces it proudly and tosses the leaf onto the pile. both you and ross watch in awe. 

“oh, my darling,” ross coos, tossing the tool aside and swinging her up into his arms. “so clever, bub.”

april giggles when ross blows a raspberry on her stomach, her matching set of dimples on full display and you melt in place—misty eyed and perhaps the happiest you have ever been. he just looks so completely in love with her, content and full of joy like you’ve never seen him before. 

“leaf!” she yells loudly, pointing at another one by your foot and you quickly blink the sentimental tears away. you pick up the leaf under april’s watchful gaze, tossing it onto the pile just like she had. it’s a sizeable pile now, definitely more than you’ve got in the last few days. definitely big enough to entertain a toddler…

“ross, set her down,” you tell him excitedly, calling her over when he does so. his face brightens a second later as he realises what you’re doing. 

“c’mere baby,” you tell her, “hold my hands. both of them, good girl!” 

april waits with baited breath right next to the pile. ross walks up behind her, poised and ready for your cue. you can already feel the excitement in your stomach, the anticipation of how she would react. 

“now,” you giggle and hold her hands as ross lifts her a few inches above the ground and helps her jump on the pile. 

a loud crunch rips through the stillness of the morning. for a second april stands in the pile, stunned and utterly still and panic shoots through you. 

shit shit shit. what if the loud noise scared her? what if she wasn’t ready for the small jump? what if—

april laughs so loudly that you startle a little. panic quickly melts into utter adoration as she claps her hands together, laughing giddily. 

“more, daddy, more!” she turns to him again, arms raised for uppies so he can help her jump again. ross obliges happily. 

the crunch is not as loud this time, but it doesn’t matter to april. as soon as the she’s done giggling and clapping her hands a second time, she’s back to raising her arms. 

“oh you love it, don’t you bub?” ross kisses her tiny head, picking her up once again. april is too busy jumping to answer him but he’s too busy doting on her to care. 

judging by her face, you know this will now be a part of her daily morning routine. but you and ross are happy to give her whatever she wants when you get rewarded with blissful moments like these and april’s little giggles.

picking a favorite character out of all of them is literally impossible every one is a characterization slam dunk in such a ridiculous way. though it may have to go to my number one boy shigeo kageyama (who reminds me of a different ticking time bomb of a boy......

) but the whole main cast is amazing you can tell everybody involved loved these characters (i need somebody to tell teru about the concept of homosexuality though.)

I've watched season 1-3 of winx in less than 4 days, and I'm so glad I grew up on that instead of cocomelon. Even when the script seemed cringe and not as fleshed out as it could be, they never made the people watching the show seem stupid (they made Bloom seem stupid instead, lol (half-joke)). The dialogue could be simplefied and sometimes a bit naive, but at the same time they never made it feel very simple? Maybe I'm just blinded bc I'm a sucker for illustrated animations, but the fact that they could make a complicated storyline with a lot of character arcs, while keeping the dialogue simple enough for kids to follow, is just amazing. And as if that wasn't amazing enough, the show had good balance in the art - it was colourful, the characters were dynamic and unique with different siluettes (something i rarely see in kids shows today), while also appealing to the preteen audience: the winx girls are strong, stylish, girly girls, who can seek out love from men without needing them to save them. They show that you can be unique in your friend group, and you can still be loved and appreciated (thinking about Musa, Techna and later on Aisha/Layla, who all aren't the stereotypical sweet/soft/stylish girls, but who still find friends who love them for who they are). (More analysis beneath the read more thing - mainly a discussion on how family is represented in the show and how important it is for children to be able to look up to female figures that can represent them. + some other stuff.)

Winx also casts light on a lot of different family dynamics - something i've only really seen Bluey do well recently. Stella's parents are divorced, Bloom is adopted, Musa's relationship with her dad is strained ever since her mom died, Aisha/Layla is an only child who struggled with lonliness despite having both of her parents together (they were absent bc of their royal duties), Techna doesnt seem to have any mayor issues, nor does Flora. And the thing is - these struggles are shown in such natural ways in the show. All of these dynamics turn out to be part of their journeys - Bloom struggles as a fairy because of her unknown past, so she must resolve it and find out more to be able to become a fully fledged fairy. Stella has dealt with her divorced parents most of her life, but in season 3 the entire Valtor thing strains her relationship with her father, and she has to overcome it so she can save him from Cassandra or whatever that duchess was called (girlie practically gets banned from her home planet, don't you forget). Faragonda brings Musa's dad to her first concert, which once again strains their relationship, but then strengthens it when he sees how capable she is, both as a musician and as a fairy. Aisha/Layla displays how it is to have more traditional parents - as a child she had lots of expectations to be a proper princess, which she for a long time still had trauma from, plus that her parents wanted to pick her future husband for her (they were all lucky that the two of them matched well lol). And then we have Flora who showed off sisterhood in an amazing way - worrying over and scolding her little sister, but never doubting for a second that she'd risk her life to save her. To the point though - everyone faces difficulties that can be reflected in most people's lives, and the show makes these journeys meaningful and important. I personally never had a need to see myself represented in my family situation, but my friend had divorced parents, and she told me that Stella's viewpoint made it easier for little her to deal with it. If Stella could overcome it (reminder that she still allowed herself to feel sad about it) then so could my friend.

Now, while I'm at it, I might as well continue ranting:

Maybe I'm just not updated in modern shows, but isn't there an entire market of preteens who are missing these types of shows today? We're always talking about how clothing trends and social media is forcing younger people to grow up eariler, but let's not forget that these kids have nothing if they don't decide to grow up immediately. There's no shows, no "toys" (i'm mostly talking about merch that caters to young people - "H2O just add water" pillowcases and diaries etc) and no older teens in these shows setting appropriate clothing trends. Shows aren't cool enough nowadays for preteens to see the appeal of being young. Too many shows are changing their target audience to younger and younger children - and not only shows! Just look at the Nesquik bunny! He went from 100% drip and style, to 100% millenial.

Ik this isn't anyone in particulars fault, but this is just my way of saying: go back to unique styles and outfits! Shows aren't cool anymore, and removing the illustrated style and exaggeration is absolutely part of that.

I also saw someone on TikTok critique the pace of the earlier seasons - they said everything was too slow-paced and boring, and honestly? I couldn't disagree more. Now, I don't have any difficulties concentrating, so maybe it's a bigger problem for people with ADHD or similar diagnosis, but the slower pace gave more time for me to immerse myself in the winx world. They added amazing vocals and soundtrack, that could either showcase heartbreak or joy, and these details made the show reach much higher quality, despite looking like it was made in the cheapest animation program ever.

I went off on a tangent, but I'm getting back to winx now - what I mean is that kids nowadays have no authentic way of finding shows like winx, mainly because there aren't any! Most shows are made for kids under the age of 8 or over the age of 13, and there's almost no inbetween. Shows don't do it like winx did anymore - they don't make the art appealing enough (bc the shows are never illustrated - fair enough i'll add, bc illustrated animation is too expensive to be profitable nowadays, but not even the animation is appealing anymore, they're all rapunzel-lookalikes/wannabes), they don't trust that the watchers have brains and critical thinking, so they make the stories too dumb, they don't have the guts to make scary storylines, and they try so hard to be inclusive without actually succeeding at it (making all the fairies even paler than what they were in the beginning of the show).

I'm sure everything I've said here has been said before a trillion times, but I wanted to get it off my chest. I won't blame anyone if they decide that they ain't reading allat bc i really ran with this. If u did read this though, thanks! i've been a bit busy these past few days, some relatives from singapore came over and i'd been babysitting the kids for most of the time they were here. it's been super hectic. the kids are a joy for the most part though. i really liked spending time with them! would still rather not be exposed to the horrors of cocomelon though. i gave my aunt some recommendations for alternative programs for them to watch, mostly stuff from my own childhood. winx, ever after high, adventure time... all really good stuff. i need to give them a rewatch sometime!

i also got a helix piercing! surprisingly didn't hurt as much as i thought it would. i'm absolutely loving it.

As a guy who is a bit awkward, passionate about his interests, a little bit on the gnc side, and into making clothes, I think he'd like Princess Jellyfish.

I think when it comes to anime he WOULDN'T like, I think maybe....slice of life shojo high school stuff. Ones that are deeply rooted in experiences that Hunter cannot connect to. Not that he hates that stuff. He just struggles to relate. Also, as introspective, sensitive and emotionally mature as I imagine Hunter to be, I also think that his attention span cannot be held by a show that focuses on feelings/romance alone. Bro is like "I want SPACESHIPS!! I want SPORT!!! I want POKEMON!!!" There's gotta be some exciting angle to keep him entertained.

Something I'm a little unsure of is what Hunter's relationship is with gore/horror/edgy type stuff. Because we know he was a fan of Ruler's Reach, which was written by an edgelord 8 year old and was packed with gratuitous violence. Considering he was not only a teenage boy (who tend to gravitate towards depictions violence because of societal influence) but a child soldier who was unnervingly desensitized to brutality, it does make a lot of sense. Ruler's Reach also seemed to be something of a masculine power fantasy written by one boy who felt small and powerless in his own life, which connected with a boy who felt similarly. King wanted to be feared, Hunter wanted to be respected.

However, this was during the time that Hunter was trapped in a very bleak situation, one that he didn't even fully understand was bleak. And he coped by hyperfixating on a book that normalized the cruelty.

But what I wonder is, would he still feel the same way about that book now, after everything? He's been woken up to how horrific his life was until this point. He's aware of the atrocities and he's deeply uncomfortable with all of it. Things are drastically different now. Hunter is drastically different.

Personally, I think Ruler's Reach was something that comforted him when he needed it. But as he changes as a person, its just not his taste anymore.

Hunter can certainly stomach gore and violence. He's seen more disturbing sights than anything an anime can show him. But I don't think he actively seeks it out. I imagine that he prefers stuff that's lighthearted. Not that he doesn't enjoy tension/excitement/high stakes. Just not the kind of stuff that will make him extremely upset.

Like Fullmetal Alchemist for example. Absolutely amazing anime, but not something Hunter would enjoy sitting through. It's good to have fiction that makes you feel something deep in your core, the way FMA does to people. But Hunter has experienced enough real life trauma and existential horror for a lifetime. He's felt enough!!! He doesn't need to see that weird fucking dog!!!!! Leave him alone!!!!!

So ya in summary, I think he likes fun, semi-lighthearted stuff. But he doesn't really wanna watch anything that's gonna make him sit in the shower for over an hour and rethink everything. He is already mentally exhausted. He once learned made of a dead guy's bones, that's enough for him.

Your alarm clock rang perfectly at 8 AM. You groaned loudly, God, you felt so tired. Mayday was right beside you when you woke up and Hobie was still in deep sleep, holding you. You tried to wake him up.

“Hobie! Wake up! Hobie!” you said this so much times but he wouldnt wake up, then you tried shaking him and finally! He woke up. He opened his eyes but wouldnt let go of you. “Hobie! We need to prepare Mayday’s breakfast!” you said once again, trying to convince him to let go of you. “Im still so tired love, c’mon now just 5 more minutes..” he said. He did sound tired but you really needed to prepare Mayday’s food. Mayday was gonna start crying soon, you felt it in your bones!

“We need to feed Mayday.. cmon..” you said, you were hoping this’ll convince him. But no, he wouldnt let go. Till finally 30 minutes of tryna convince him, he let go of you.

“Thank you for letting go of me Hobie!!”

“ ‘welcome love”

You cooked some eggs for breakfast and served 2 glasses of water for the both of you. Mayday started crying for food while you were cooking.

The three of you sat down and ate in peace, after you were done, you were walking to the living room sofa when Mayday tugged on your pants midway, “Want cocomelon!!” she was practically begging, shed cry if you say no! “Alright alright,,” You sighed. You carried her to the sofa and watched cocomelon with her and Hobie.

Then eventually Hobie got bored in the middle of an episode and turned the TV off, Mayday started crying. “Turn on!!” she cried and sniffled as Hobie picked up his electric guitar and smirked, “Dont cry mate! I bet ‘ya, you’ll love this!” he beamed and started playing a metal song on the guitar, and Mayday started crying even more.

“HOBIE! CANT YOU PLAY A NURSERY RHYME OR SOMETHING?!!” you kinda yelled, “Love, I dont know how to play those..” You laughed, what kind of person that knows how to play really hardcore songs doesn't know how to play a basic nursery rhyme? “How come?” You laughed after saying that. “Just didnt bother to try and learn ‘em”

But he stopped after that and put his guitar down. “Sorry mate, thought you’d like it,” then finally you continued to watch cocomelon with Mayday. It bore you to your core, and you felt like you were about to sleep in the middle of another episode. Without realizing, you dozed off.

You were woken up with the sound of Mayday saying “Why is she not waking up?” Mayday was crying, she thought you were dead, then you woke up. “What was happening, Hobie??!!” you groaned. “SHE AWAKE! YAY!!” Mayday beamed.

“Mayday thought you were dead” Hobie laughed in amusement. “If I sleep again tell her that Im just resting, alright? Dont make her worried!”

It was once again 5’o clock when Mayday wanted food. You were too lazy to cook, so, you decided to dine in instead ( but with what money? 🤨 ) You didnt bring a car or anything so.. well.. Hobie carried you both to the restaurant, with webs. He swung rapidly and you couldn't stop screaming, “HOBIEEEE DONT YOU DARE DROP ME” you yelled and screamed while Mayday seemed to be enjoying this, “what the fck?!” you said in your mind. How is she enjoying this.. “What if I do?” he asked jokingly. “I’ll obviously die!”

And finally, you reached the dinner. You were panting once you reached the ground “god that was so scary..” you were glad to feel the ground again, being up there for 30 minutes felt like it was an eternity!

You ordered food and enjoyed dinner, Hobie had to spoon feed Mayday again so it took a while to finish all the food. Hobie had his arm wrapped around your shoulder the whole time, even though he struggled to eat and spoon feed Mayday with only 1 hand // arm, he enjoyed it.

You had to go back home the way you came here, and you were prepared for whats coming though, or so you thought.. He swung rapidly and you thought youd be fine but you were still screaming in fear. But this time, it felt nice. The air was cool and the breeze made you feel like you were in heaven, even better, you were with Hobie. After you got used to it,, you stopped screaming and it actually felt nice.

You finally arrived home, satisfied with those 2 days you spent together with Hobie and Mayday. This all felt nice now. Hobie had put Mayday in her crib and fed her milk before she slept, You took a shower and relaxed on the bed while Hobie was still doing that. Hobie took a shower as well and hopped onto bed with you. He turned to you in the bed and wrapped his arms around you before saying, “Today was a really good day.”

“I agree, but it was much more enjoyable with you here” You smile softly at him before he kisses you on the cheek. “I love ya,” he said “I love you too,”

Your conversation went on and on until you realized it was late at night now, no-maybe even morning, it was 2.40am once you both stopped talking to each other. “You think we should sleep now?” You asked, feeling tired now. “I think so, well, g‘night love” “goodnight Hobie”

Crickets croaked outside and the aircon was loud. A brief moment of silence occurred till you heard Hobie snoring a little, you couldnt help but giggle hearing that before sleeping as well.

It was nice till you heard a door slam and a man’s voice saying, “WERE HOME!!” happily and loudly.

You thought your boyfriends strange behaviours were just his PTSD symptoms worsening until a friend told you about something called autism so you made an appointment with your doctor to have them run some tests and write down a diagnosis. The results came back and Vergil was now checking the library for any and all books they had about austim. You then met up after you had made some purchases and returned to the Devil May Cry shop.

Vergil was carrying each book on top of one another like some strange game of jenga and then went to place the books down on the table. There was a loud thud and some of the wood began to splinter which then woke his younger brother up. "Hey, you know I can't afford to fix this place so try to keep it in one piece! Wait, what are all those for?" He noticed a stack of books that rivaled the temen ni gru in terms of height. "I've been diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome brother. It turns out that we can't all be neurotypical like you." Dante didn't really know what was the best responce to this so he decided to try to lighten the mood.

"I've got something to tell you Vergil. I was diagnosed with ADHD. A damn hard dick!" Vergil pushed his bangs back and sighed. "Why must you always do this brother? I really wouldn't be surprised if you did have ADHD since you have the attention span of a golden retriever." Lady then came by, saying his online IQ test results had just came in. He opened them and noticed he was now certified with donkey brains. "Damn it!" Dante thought and he hastily hid the crumpled paper in his pocket. Luckily no one seemed to notice his dismay and most likely assumed it was another one of his many bills.

Dante noticed the bag you were fidling with and went to give you a hand. His fingers felt something cool and metallic. "What is this?" He wondered. He retrieved the item out and said "No way! You got fidget spinners bro?" Vergil looked confused. "What is a fidget spinner?" Dante then explained it to him and he seemed unamused. "Why would I have the need for such a thing when I can simply summon my mirage blades and twirl them?" His younger brother looked up at him and said "So you're saying you don't want them then?". Vergil noticed how much his brother resembled a puppy and cringed. "Yes, keep it if you must."

Dante then grabbed the spinner and jumped doing a "Woo Hoo!" Before returning to his seat and playing with it. Vergil may not have learned much about his condition today but he learned more about his twin. He realized that Sparda must have given him all the brains because Dante certainly did not have it. Trish came back and thanked Vergil for they now wouldn't have to babysit his brother while he forced them to watch Cocomelon.

Around his mid-20s, possibly slightly older than Pest.

Of German descent (I blame my friend for that).

Pretty fat, bordering the obese range a bit, even as Spud! His bad eating habits is amplified after the Gnarpian attacks, possibly as a coping mechanism.

Frank is bisexual and Spud! is aroace (Spud! wouldn't mind being a relationship however, he would just be VERY confused).

His smile is also a neutral face, as trying to frown physically hurts him.

Would watch Cocomelon unironically.

Super prone to injuring the palms of his hands. Because of this, he starts wearing fingerless gloves.

If he were to become human again (also somewhat AU-wise), it just fixes his appearance and not his brain. He has to fix it on his own.

He and Poob are really close actually, he's just not a party kind of guy unfortunately. If he went to their parties, he would just bring s'mores (without the chocolate).

Spud! actually cries a lot, mostly when he's trying to sleep in his cabin. Possibly a big contribution to his constant headaches.

Frank enjoyed Animal Crossing, but started to dislike it after the Gnarpian attacks.

Frank has a deep voice (I see it being similar to Dued1's, judging by the slowed down WAAPP emote noises), but as Spud!, I think because of Regretevadubs, I like the idea he just sounds demonic.

Due to the fact he's not "human" anymore, it's extremely hard for him to re-enter society. Therefore he hasn't left the forest after the Gnarpian attacks. The other staff members get outside resources for him if he needs them.

Doesn't mind Pest at all, but wishes he wasn't always an asshole.
