but usually the Default Southern accent i write for OCs is either like Appalachia or gater rasslin loosianna XD

depends on if i want cowboy or chewing tobacco yknow

i think twi just bc of the goats and pumpkins is probably somewhere in the wyoming or northern colorado range of That Peach in Levis cowboy. like modern twi wears a duck coat and chews on toothpicks and has a stetson hat. or when hes doing ranch work hes wearing coveralls but has the sleeves tied around his waist and a carhartt shirt underneath. and you know his carhartts are just destroyed and patched over and over in the ass. he gives fresh goat milk to the farm cats and the dogs follow him *everywhere*. hes riding draft horses recreationally. epona might be a perchie

imo a lot of people write a Tennessee twi but mostly like knoxville. maybe arkansas? not quite In the Swamp south for a lot of them but more like Mountain South. but not mountain enough to be the kind that sets bear traps for cops yknow. just mountain enough to have anarchist leanings.

WELL. WHAT CAN I SAY.

First thing i want to mention, is that im in love with the way that the hibrid kids speak with sign language, it was also a big part of my dream and since i've been learning ASL it was so fluid

Wild and Twi, as the main story, are running away from hunters. Yeah the Last Men are gone, but there's still humans who think that the hibrids are the cause of the virus and want them gone.

Twilight found the fox kid in a cage after killing a hunter, got the kid out of there and ran with him away from there, he doesn't want to take the risk and fight with the teammates of that man. He deside to give the fox a name after getting him to open a little and teaching him some sign. Wild wanted to be Link, as Twi was called, he just decide to change his own name to convice him.

They're traveling together to find a safe place, the zoo is not an option anymore after hearing the news from there, so they are searching for another reserve. There's one in some place, they just need to search it. Twilight knows that is true; hopes that is true.

ok a lot of these are pretty generic or just other people’s ideas I kinda adopted but here goes!

also I didn’t expect it when I started but this got long…

for Legend, I really like the idea of him drinking tea and still having an apple orchard. And also having honey bees! (These aren’t mine originally lol) Also I feel like post LU (this ofc may change depending on the ending) he fell into depression a little bit before digging himself out… idk I just feel like that would happen. I like the idea of him being a good singer. (merperson stuff but also maybe having to do with post-LA?) Also I feel like he’s one of those people that’s always cold! So he secretly likes to cuddle :)

with Wild, I feel like… he definitely doesn’t use recipes! This is based off how I am in his game and irl, as I just throw things together and never go back to see how I made things before, but also I feel like it just fits his personality hehe! Also based on my experiences in game (to an extent), I feel like he doesn’t actually care about legitimately looking fashionable… it’s more that he likes wearing things that looks crazy XD

on to Hyrule! Ok this isn’t as much a headcanon as a ship but I really ship him and Aurora; I feel like they’d be absolutely adorable together but he’s really private about it! I like to think Hyrule can sew? And I think he’d love to run around barefoot on fresh grass! And just, be in love with nature in general! maybe he doesn’t have an eye for color; he can’t tell if colors clash or actually match lol

Time! I like the idea of Time and Malon having a running joke that the other is color blind, and the chain eventually picks it up! And then Time keeps mistaking one color for another (on purpose or not? We’ll never know), and every time the others go wild XD (this may or may not be based on a joke my parents have irl hehe) also I feel like Time really likes flowers? Idk why! Finally, if Time was in the modern world he’d be the guy who’d be acting food months to tears past the expiration date…

Four, my beloved! Umm this is kinda a design idea more than anything but I like the idea of him growing his hair out and wearing it in a ponytail post LU! (provided he doesn’t die…) I don’t think of him as having voices in his head or being a system but I still like the idea of him talking to himself sometimes XD! Also this is just something canon I don’t see talked abt a lot but I love he and Twi’s relationship sm! Four totally has RBF and definitely stares at people accidentally when he’s thinking… also I saw a crack fic somewhere where Four was already married to Dot and had children and the chain were shocked; it was hilarious, and while I don’t think he would actually have kids, I think it’d be hilarious if he and his Zelda are already quite far along in their relationship (as I ship them lol)

the man, the myth, the legend, WIND, is next! This man has Opinions. I feel like he’s the kind of person so have opinions on things he’s only heard of two seconds before, like automatically deciding he will like a food or deciding the other way round. (And yeahhhh I’m basing him on my brother lol) I’m definitely not the one to come up with this but Wind is definitely the one with the best (and most opinionated) fashion sense! Maybe older him bonded with young Wars in the War of Eras over this (bc I love the idea of older wind being there), Idk XD! Also he definitely braids Aryll’s hair and is generally very responsible (I mean he’s a big brother he’s gotta be XD); he’s treating LU as a bit of a vacation!

Warriors, wonderful man, is next! I feel like he’s very nostalgic. Like, just in general. He likes to look back on his happy memories! Also (once again not my idea) but I like the idea of Warriors growing up either orphaned or really poor, and living in the less palatable portion of Castle Town. I definitely ship him and his Zelda (ok tbh I ship ALL the Links with their Zeldas lol) but I feel like at the point of LU they’ve talked abt it but Warriors isn’t ready (thanks to Cia and maybe just all the barriers in his mind about being inferior to her or smth) Also, give this man the craziest accent you can find and I am here for it; whoever first came up with that is a genius. Ok yeah you can probably tell but I love Warriors angst XD

Sky!!! My bestieeee!! If Sky was in modern times he’d be one of those people who gets sleepy when they drink coffee, fs! He is de the artistic one, and maybe during LU he discovers a bunch of mediums besides woodworking that he loves (and maybe he makes a bunch of art for Sun, who knows!) This next one is based off @margindoodles2407’s Sky for her loz AU but the idea that his parents died in a house fire and he lived with Gaepora and Zelda until he was older is so cool to me! And bc of this I feel like he’d really hate being around fire (to the point of panic attacks? Maybe, maybe not)

Last but not least is Twilight!! This guy totally talks out loud to animals all the time and it freaks people out (they can never tell if he actually understands them hehe)! Twi definitely has a lot of respect for kids too and talks to them like they’re adults (by using the same vocabulary and tone, not by talking about things that aren’t good for kids to hear XD) and I feel like he would write painfully cheesy love poems? Twi definitely can’t cook but I feel l Ike he also cares the most about food? Idk?

This is such a cool idea! I've never actually heard of Bayonetta before, but everything I've learned while researching this topic has been pretty awesome. And don't worry about your wording - English is my first language, and I swear there are days I barely speak it.

Summary: Headcanons for chain eith a fem! Umbra! Reader.

I'm not sure how exactly you get there but you're not keen on revealing your magic at first. Between your own experiences and the rules of your people it seems like a bad idea.

The boys are all pretty respectful of your space, especially when you bathe or change.

Time definitely has a way of helping soothe people- and he will use it on you if you're upset at all.

Wind might ask some personal questions, but it's in good spirit. If you ask him to stop he will.

When you explain what guns are they're all pretty interested even if Legend pretends he isn't.

The boys are all fond of you. You're kind, you're sweet, and you are always helping to take care of them. Why wouldn't they love you?

The first time you're involved in a fight, Time and Twilight are both too busy trying to cover you from danger to actually fight.

This means you end up using your magic and your guns to take down the monsters attacking you three.

Your demon is summoned as you continue fighting - leaving Time and Twilight both in awe.

I assume you treat your pact demon well so it genuinely cares about you and those you care for.

After you all slay the monsters, you bid your demon goodbye and then focus on making sure everyone is okay.

Sky is quick to make sure you're okay.

He asks about the demon and your magic. Very interested as he patches you up.

He just nods as you explain things.

The others all listen to, trying and failing at pretending they aren't.

Time is the first to apologize for underestimating you. He explains that he just wanted to keep you safe.

His exact words are, "I'm sorry I underestimated you. I wanted to keep you safe, but you died need me too. Thank you for helping us out."

He means it too. He's both sorry for his previous actions and VERY thankful for your help.

Twilight is quick to offer you water once everyone is patched up. Asking if your demon is from the twilight realm.

When you explain about Inferno, Twilight looks worried.

You're quick to assure him that you aren't worried.

Wild probably makes your favorite meal that night.

Twilight and Time both start to factor you and your fighting style into fights and planning. This allows them a lot of Lee way they didn't have before.

Sky starts asking you to teach him more about your culture. He's very eager to learn.

Overall, the boys realize the as sweet and genuinely wonderful as you are - you aren't afraid to kick some ass when needed.

That was the word Twilight would use to describe her predicament right now. She slowly crept in the hallway of her massive castle, trying to see if any of her friends were around. She was mostly worried about Pinkie, she could out anywhere, at anytime.

Carefully, she rounded a corner, she froze as she heard Rarity's voice.

"Darling, where'd you go? We just want to talk."

Nope. Nopenopenopenopenope. Not today-

"Hey, Twi. How's it going?" A raspy voice interrupted her panicked thoughts.

... Oh sh-

Twilight lit up her horn, getting ready to teleport.

"Oh no you don't!" Rainbow exclaimed before barreling into the alicorn, pinning her to the floor. Rainbow didn't waste any time, immediately skittering her wings across her belly.

"Ack-! Rainbow! Wahahahahaihihit! Nohohoho!" Twilight giggled.

"Guys! I found her!" Rainbow called out, voice echoing through the halls.

"Shut uhuhuhuhup!"

"Yeah, I don't think your in the position to say that right now." Rainbow told her smugly, Twilight could practically hear the smirk in her voice.

Unfortunately, she heard hoof steps rapidly approaching them.

Applejack was the first to speak. "I gotta admit, sugarcube. I was expectin' ya ta last longer."

"Applejahahahack! Quiet!" Twilight demanded through her laughter, a slight blush dusted her cheeks.

"But why should we be quiet? It's not every day we see you laugh like this? Usually you're all stressed out!" Pinkie exclaimed as she vigorously poked Twilight all over, causing her to squirm.

"You guhuhuys are sohohoho done when I geheheht out of HEHEHEHEHRE! PINKIE NOHOHO!" Twilight yelled as Pinkie started to gently run her hoof up and down her horn.

"Well, I guess we're gonna have to keep this up for awhile then, huh." Fluttershy said with a mischievous tone. At least Twilight assumed it was mischievous, she couldn't really tell at the moment. But you probably know why.

And they did keep to their word, they had kept it up for awhile. And after what felt like a million years, they finally.

Applejack whistled. "Hey, sugarcube. Are you... alright?"

Twilight was currently panting on the floor, trying to catch her breath. "Uh, I'm... fine."

A couple minutes passed before Twilight suddenly stood up with a smirk of her own.

"Run."

I just had another thought and HAD to share.

Y’all were talking about reader who knew about the power she had over the Chain and how she knew they’d do anything for her.

And I had a thought with that reader, the request I sent about reader wanting to repay the chain and they wanted her to sit on their face?(I loved that one by the way I can’t stop rereading it imnotkidding) What if the chain couldn’t think of anything or insisted nothing was needed, that just her presence was enough? Reader obviously isn’t gonna accept that and thinks about their reward throughout the night, what to give your group of boys who’s obsessed with you and would literally die (and kill) for you? Boys who wouldn’t accept anything if it didn’t benefit their goddess?

The answer was obvious.

The next day reader just strolls up to one of the chain and hands them a towel telling them that they thought of a reward for them and that they need to clean their face.

Not one to deny their goddess of a request, grabs the offered towel and cleans his face and asked

“Was there something on my face?”

“Nope, I just want my seat clean for later”

Music stops. Silence. Then chaos

I can really imagine Reader handing the towel to Sky bc baby boy is so innocent and such a romantic and a thing like that would destroy him`. Of course all of them take a milisecond to process, but that is all.

Of course, the Chain cannot just let that stand. Maybe their at an inn or something and Wind is already in bed, and it just turns into some giant orgy type deal in the public baths bc those men are animals. Warriors and Twi are tryna drag Sage back but he's too fast.

Four is definitely short circuited alongside Hyrule, both prolly tryna figure out if they heard right. Legend knows he heard right but is trying to see if Reader was serious. Poor Sky is just- Sky.Exe has crashed. Time is smart about this whole thing. While the others are fighting off Sage (Wild now included, tackling him out of nowhere), he comes up behind Reader holding their arms as he chuckles into their ear.

Since they were so insistent on thanking them, might as well make their goddess happy right?

as much as i love mlpfim, it dropped the ball on sm occasions and i just can't ignore it anymore so here goes rewritting the literal entirety of it in a several part, unhinged rant over the course of only mom (mother marry) know how long

i wanna start with the literal 1st give mins of the show w/ the story book Twi is reading bc i have sm opinions abt monarchy and the obsurd absolute power the princesses seem to have. like there is basically no parliament and that concerns me but that's smthn for future posts.

right off the bat, we have the perfect ~unreliable narrator~ set-up w/ the story of Celestia vs NM Moon being told exclusively from the account of Celestia, who knows how long after the fight actually happened. we are 100% keeping that. on top of that, i want to establish how old the book actually is to compare it to when Luna was trapped in the moon. i think a good way to do this is to open on Twi picking up the book than just already reading it.

this is an entirely ambient scene. it's night outside, Twi looks up to the moon and makes a note on a scroll or scrap paper we get a view of over her shoulder. she's making notes about the stars "seeming to shift" and the constellations changing over the course of several months. the moon is almost brighter as well. she goes to a desk with books scattered on it, some with astrological markings and astronomy equations with others on history and the arts throughout it.

a book with a red gem catches Twi's eye, it's dusty inside and torn at the corners, decades to even a century or two old. on the cover is the moon with a bust of a mare in it. The Mare in The Moon, How She Came to Be - Empress Celestia. Twi opens the book and the opening monolog starts the same, recounting the story of Luna's festering jealousy for how Equestria played and worked during the day but then slept thru the night. their jealousy grew to anger and then to hatred, her magic corrupting her into Nightmare. in a fit of rage, Nightmare attempts to kill Celestia and overtake the throne to bring everlasting night, forcing Celestia to fight her and imprison her into the moon. their castle is destroyed and Canterlot is founded as the new capital of Equestria. now, the moon is always full and bright every night as if Luna is watching over them.

but just as Twi goes to put the book away, a page becomes loose. it falls to the ground and they pick it up to find it's a poem. a prophecy.

A mare of sun, born in cold flame. A mare of moon, born in crimson shame. One will find the truth of the other, bringing pain to them only rage will soothe. One will find none as the aftermaths ensues. Trapped but only for so long. They shall be free with the stars' help and a muse's song.

after reading this, Twi has a brain blast and realizes that the stars are literally moving bc Nightmare has been shifting them while trapped this entire time and the Summer Sun Celebration is always closed out with a song dedicated to Celestia's work moving the celestial bodies. holy shit, it's finally happening.

cut to the theme song that isn't changed at all but it is ever so slightly slower by like one second just to piss ppl who spent the entirety of the 2010s watching this show. bronies, you deserve it.

Thank you! I think Twilight and Four are outwardly fairly calm people who enjoy some companionable silence. They're just enjoying there own thing, but together. I like to think that Twilight's fish journal is hand drawn so he's a pretty decent artist, at least when it comes to animals. Not me, though. I rarely draw animals so I appreciate your comment about Wolfie!
