#i cant stop overthinking every little thing and i hate it #i jjst cant like. process or tell people my exact feelings well in the moment like it takes me a while to actaully like? gather #my thoughts and stuff and i hate it i hate not being able to be an open person and able to share everything on my mind because i just cant #do it for some reason. and its hard to expla8n to people #it makes me feel like im going to lose people that way and i dont want to be annoying and ask stuff like do u hate me etc cause i know #how annoying that is loke. #i dont need validation really i guess i do 😭 but i need to know if everyth8ngs ok between me and someone like. all thw gime #losing someone is big fear and i just feel like theyre gonna drop me any second which makes no sense really but i just feelvtnat way and it #hurts cause i get attached oretty easily #idk #idk what im saying but. like i notice small changes in the way people talk etc and i overthink it heavily like did i say something #wrong or did i offend by accident #and then i like. think of the better times and it hurts cause its changed but thats just my brain convincing me its changed? #when in reality it probably hasnt. i just overthink and spiral and its the only thing i can concentrate on #i regret things i didnt say. i hope i get time to say them soon #me
