ummmm kinda stressing about tmrws exam to pass the grade so instead of fasting i ate two granola bars that together were 160 cals co i really fucked up

also ate two of some random cookies that prolly were like 300 cals 💀

i need to eat breakfast tmr at 6 so i kinda gave up and allowed myslef to eat those things but like bitch nu-uh you shouldn’t have done that but like i won’t sweat over it i’ll start fasting tmrw right after lunch that i hope to have like at 1pm and honestly i’m kinda craving a good salad so at least it’ll be healthy

idk kinda sad that i ate all of that but thankful i stopped after this amount and didn’t eat more

anyway please wish me luck guys, i’m literally so scared of that exam
