I love fossil mons! I have some fun headcannons to one day reveal here on the blog too!
But then i learned of the Galar fossils.
So heres a mything pokemon Fauxsil ((just pronounced Fossil)) to fix all that horrifying work that Cara Liss and others have done thatll make its way into the story for more mundane reasons since my world doesnt have a Galar region. Ive limited it to gen 4 and lower and to individual pokemon i love from later regions but not whole regions.
If YOU want one they come with a few rules:l below cut:
•They all originate from my universe and are sent out after other universes call for the mythic for it to be born there.
• I call it a mask but that is in fact its skull specialized to reflect away pokeball beam/tech. This fact also makes insta capture balls only have a 50/50 shot and all others useless
• sorry no shiny version, but pattern can be more detailed as long as its still got the vibe of a lab coat outfit! And mask can look different as long as it covers most of the face and head and is metalic for its typing.
• all that fluff is feathers if your a more detailed artists. Its for speed while flying and better water resistance!
• no pupils. This little thing has no eyes. It senses the world in whatever way best to find fossils as well as fossil mons.
• Teeth, pawpads, and claws can look like anything! Whatever you think fits your world best
• the bone stick can look like anything, just gotta be bone related lol
•They are genderless and non-replicating, preferred pronouns can change ((trans ur mon ues)) but they cannot have eggs/kids.
• Size ranges from 1.5 feet tall to 4 foot tall
• I MUST BE CREDITED AS THE SPECIES CREATOR so @ this blog
Have fun!

Coffee Shop Boy
Tumblr media
That can remember the softness in those dark brown eyes as the wound on his knuckle was treated, That can remember quite well the pretty boy at the coffee shop in the oversized pink hoodie, That can definitely remember the pretty boy at the coffee shop and he might just have made a habit out of visiting at unreasonable hours with injuries. Sorawit the said pretty boy at the coffee shop looks forward to seeing the handsome boy that always turns up at 4.30am all battered and bruised but he just hoped he'd stop getting injured.
And somewhere along the lines they both fall in love, but neither of them are quite sure where.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All in all a That x Sorawit coffee shop au that no one asked for but I delivered anyway. Essentially, gangsta That falling in love with the pretty boy at the coffee shop all whilst his boss falls in love with the owner of the coffee shop that may or may not be the brother of that said pretty boy.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Chapter One.
From Sorawit perspective.
Sorawit flipped over the sign on the door, which read in bold.
The Pink Lily is now open for business.
It had been almost three months since him and Bun had moved to the area. So how did they end up with a coffee shop you wonder? Long story short Bun with his upright sense of justice couldn't stand to see a poor old lady being swindled out of her money so he decided to buy the coffee shop from her at the price it was actually worth. And i know what you're thinking why couldn't he just have told her she was being scammed, well you see she was desperate for the money as her husband needed urgent treatment. Hence why she was willing to settle for what ever price she could get.
So, that's how Sorawit ended up wiping down tables and organising coffee at 4.20am in the morning.
But of course he didn't mind he loved the Pink Lily with all his heart it was covered in his favourite thing flowers, from head to toe there wasn't a corner without them.
After all the Pink Lily was designed to be a place that you could go and put your worries to rest at least for a while.
Today was Sorawit's first time doing the early morning shift which started at 4am and ended 7am. He usually did the evening or late evening shift depending on how much work and studying he had to do as he was still a highschool student. Unfortunately that became a problem when he couldn't function in class or stay a wake for long, so Bun ended up having to switch him out so he'd have more time to rest in the evenings.
Regardless of the shift change Sorawit didn't really care although he would have to say that he preferred the early morning shift a lot better already as it was quieter and he got to work alone, usually with the evening shifts he would work alongside two other members of staff and although they were friendly and easy to get along with Sorawit albeit being the outgoing person he is liked to be alone sometimes. On the other hand the late evening shift was much worse he had to work along side Bun, not that his brother was bad no quite the contrary he was amazing and Sorawit couldn't live without him. You see the problem was after work he was a complete nightmare, and Sorawit tried to understand it must be hard to work in a hospital not only being a doctor but also a forensic pathologist but there is only so much nitpicking he can handle.
Being so caught up in his thoughts Sorawit hardly heard the door chime, he quickly turned around to greet the customer. He was slightly nervous as unlike the other shifts he didn't know what kind of customers he'd get and although Bun tried to ease his nerves by leaving a note with the coffees that the regular early morning customers would get and their names, Sorawit was pretty sure none of them arrived this early.
"Morning what can..." Sorawit trailed off fast, the rest of his sentence had already left his head as he stared at the handsome boy standing in the door way.
His black hair was push back and out of his face, allowing his facial features to stand out more. Although they had a certain sharpness to them Sorawit couldn't help but think he was kind of cute, the roundness of his face and the puffiness of he cheeks contrasted heavily with the rest of his overall look.
He was dressed in black from head to toe and if that didn't slightly intimidate Sorawit then the cold arura he gave off definitely did. But despite all of this one thing he couldn't deny was the fact that the boy standing in front of him was handsome, too much so that he lost half of his sentence just by looking at him.
"Can I have a caramel latte" the boy spoke as he sat down at the table closest to the door.
'How funny' Sorawit thought nodding his head at the boy, he would have never pegged him as the type to like sweet things he seemed way more like a bitter kind of guy.
The boys voice was alot deeper than he was expecting it to be and the fact that he never broke eye contact with him also made him feel a bit tingly. It was like he had ran a marathon, his heart was pounding in his chest.
'Should I ask Bun to check it out' he pondered the last thing he wanted to end up with was a heart condition.
"With cream or without" Sorawit replied after he had finished making the coffee.
"With." A short response came from the customer sat by the door.
After finishing the last touches on his latte Sorawit brought it over carefully, you see he had the tendency to be quite clumsy on his first day he managed to spill at least 10 cups of coffee in which resulted in Bun saying that he's lucky he's cute. He never really got what he meant by that how did being clumsy have anything to do with being cute?
"Would you like anything else to go with that we have pastries." Sorawit smiled gently at him before placing the coffee down on the table, whilst doing so he couldn't help but catch a glimps of the boys bleeding knuckle which he failed to see earlier.
Actually now looking at him closer he seemed to have faded bruises on his cheek and near his mouth.
"No." Hearing a response Sorawit quickly pulled his attention away from his face and turn around heading back to the kitchen area.
The entire time he felt eyes on him.
'I think I might seriously have a heart problem' he thought resting his hand against his chest.
Once he had managed to settle his heart he open the cupboard storing the first aid kit and pulled it out, before making his way back over to the table. By this time he had already finished half of his coffee.
"You're bleeding." Sorawit pointed out obviously but he didn't know how to go about the situation, wouldn't it be a bit strange if he asked.
"Umm" like before the boy kept his response short staring blanking at Sorawit.
Again Sorawit had seemed to lose the ability to breathe, he really needed to make a mental note to tell Bun about this.
"Do you want me to..." Sorawit trailed off unsure of what to say, he wasn't usually like this he was actually very confident around people he just met. However, Sorawit couldn't help but feel a bit nervous he didn't want to mess up.
Without a reply the boy simply just put his bleeding hand on the table.
"Ah" Sorawit quickly realised what the signal meant and pulled out the chair next to him.
Treating and bandaging wounds was no problem for him after all not only has he learnt from Bun but his whole family had worked in the medical field. His dad was a doctor whilst his mum worked in dentistry, when they were still alive he felt a huge amount of pressure to follow in their foot steps just like his brother. Although they had never forced him and were completely supportive in whatever he wanted to do he still felt as if it was like an unspoken rule. That coupled with the fact that Sorawit had no idea what he wanted to do in the future, the pressure had always seemed to build up but more so now after their deaths he felt as if he should honour them in some way.
"How did you get injured" Sorawit spoke pulling himself out of his thoughts, the silence was too loud and it was killing him.
"I fought" he said looking up to meet Sorawit's gaze.
'How can someone be so handsome' Sorawit pondered before breaking eye contact and focusing back on his hand.
"Ah, so you lost?" Sorawit teased, finally becoming more comfortable.
"No, you just haven't seen the other guy" he shot back raising his eyebrow.
It was then for the first time Sorawit saw him smile even if it was a small one, teasing and filled with ridicule Sorawit couldn't tell he was too taken aback to notice. He was alot more handsome when he smiled.
"Why did you fight?" Sorawit continued to question, curiosity filling his eyes.
"Because...." he paused running his other hand through his hair before saying with a light smirk,
"Not telling." "Huh, fine." Sorawit said followed by a short pout.
"Why not." Sorawit ask again quickly trying to force an answer out of him, as to his surprise the other gave in.
"They picked a fight" the boy responded pulling back his hand seeing that he had finished.
"Why?" Sorawit asked, he wasn't sure why he was asking all these question but he couldn't help himself but want to know.
Whilst he was waiting for a response he started to clean up the mess he had made when all of a sudden a bandaged hand came up to his chest and lifted up the name tag hanging from his oversized pink hoodie.
"Sorawit huh, you're quite curious" he said completely ignoring his question.
It was then when he realised that he completely forgot to ask for his name. But feeling a little bit embarrassed Sorawit didn't bother to ask now.
"It's natural to be curious It's not every day someone walks in looking like death" he fired back quickly getting up to return the first aid kit back to It's place.
Ignoring Sorawit once again he pulled out his wallet and placed some money on the table before saying,
"That. My name if you were also curious about that"
And like that before Sorawit could respond That was gone.
'Weird.'
Sorawit thought, That was strange. Viangpa Mork was a pretty small village and he'd like to think that although they've only been there for three months they've practically already met everyone. Yet the boy named That had seemed to appear out of nowhere, he looked about Sorawit age or may be a year older which could explain why he hasn't seen him in school but overall That was a very mysterious character.
Sorawit quickly got over it there was no point dwelling on it he mostly likely never see the boy again. He walked back over to the table to collect the money only to see that the odd and mysterious That had left 620 baht for a 300 baht coffee.
'Did he also hit his head' Sorawit thought it was either that or he was stupid.
*^*
Love at first sight all whilst being completely oblivious we love that for you Sorawit.
Next chapter in the making but I am a procrastinator so it may take a hot minute but as I mentioned before I am very dedicated to That x Sorawit so I will not let you guys down.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
P.s this chapter was like a mini intro hopefully they'll get a bit longer but I mean I wouldn't bet on it my procrastinating game is strong. I would also say I proof read but I didn't so mistakes will change when I read over it and notice them but also don't be shy feel free to point them out to me. And no I did not forget Nam the iconic trio will live on.

What if there was a mall based episode of pokemon adventures?
Ps: im on limited juice on what exactly happened after the episode of "practically pikachu" so if anything seemed off, thats why. I can only have so much spoilers.
This is a really REALLY long post, i did my best and added some wholesome satogou moments cause why not. I hope you enjoy ^.^
!!!!!SPOILER WARNING BTW!!!!!!! If that wasn't obvious.
.....(I can't do the read more thing on mobile, so stick with me here.)
So the Professor finds out about some mysterious instances of this shopping district being haunted or constantly full of mischief. So of course he sends Gou and Ash to check it out. Of course Koharu/chloe ends up tagging along with her pokemon, out of curiostiy. Of course something is seemingly following them from behind, and you hear a cute little giggle.
At first, its all nice and fun. They go sight seeing, getting a bit distracted here and there. Gou and koharu do a bit of dress up, and Ash is stuck having to be refferee on who dressed up better. You get some cute satogou moments, and some wholesome koharu and gou rivalry. Before....
The lights start to flicker..
And things go south.
See, before they got to the mall, there was a warning the Professor gave them before the went on their journey. The mall had been abandoned not to long ago, as Pokemon have been infesting it and taking over. Poison types, gost types, what ever dangers you could think of. It used to be very popular, attracting all kinds of mons and trainers from across the globe. Sadly, it had to shut down.
He told them to be careful, and stay on their guard. They did the complete opposite of that, and got distracted.
The light shuts down, and their in complete darkness. Bit of twist, but Koharu brings out a flashlight, then makes a sly remark on how reckless the two are getting. Followed by a slightly agitated gou, though ash doesn't seem to mind. Instead he focuses on another thing.
Wheres.. Pikachu?
Actually... Where is all of their pokemon?
Ash makes a slightly panicked remark about this... Slightly... PanicKEd.. ReSpoNse.. Then everyone starts to freak out. Then the lights suddenly turn on and everywhere around them seems like a battle field. Clothing racks are rolled over, there's some string from some bug pokemon, lying around and some other attack residues from not only their pokemon, but possibly other poison, or dark types. if the situation couldn't get bad enough.
They call out their pokemon names to no evail. The mall is big, even with the 3 of them, they cant possibly cover all the ground. They've only explored basically half of the entire mall.. Or atleast half of what they thought was the entire mall.
Gou gets a bit pessimistic, worrying if they where taken by some baddies like team rocket, or hurt, mabye even kidnapped!! While ash is a bit optimistic, saying they probably got away, or are off fighting them now, and winning!
Koharu though.. Shes not focused on any of that. The patterns of pokemon attack residue.. Shows a winding trail leading off into the bigger part of the mall. Making her even more curious than before..
She turns around to she ash and gou sending out their pokemon from their pokeball, luckily, who ever this was didn't think to take those. Gou explains that the mall is big, and they need as much help as they can get.
So for awhile, we see interactions with their pokemon, looking around, in union or in chaos. Slowly exploring the rest of the mall.
But.. Never once, do we stop seeing all these things happen, in someone elses pov....
We see things from the ground floor, behind clothes, in the ceiling... Anywhere.
Every now and then, we get a faint giggle.. Usually when gou is on screen.
At this point they scaled almost the entire mall. Every now and then finding little things. Nothing to eventful. But no matter what, it all keeps leading then to the same point.
Some random door that says "Antiques" on it, in this freakishly terrifying place. The area is the most rusted, old, and overall creepy place. Inside theres smashed pots and this place has alot of scratch marks and decay. The mall may be abandoned, but not for a very long time. This place looks like it has been there for decades, as if it didn't belong there. You could see a lot of struggle, with some old scratch marks and some strangely.. Fresh ones.
Everyone's tired, and worried, and a bit frightened. Though koharu.. She seems more than excited, it wss her own little adventure. It was nice. Of course, she still worried for her poor yamper.. But she couldn't help but be a bit excited too.
During the whole montage, they'd find some fur from pickachu, yamper or eevee. Sometimes left over pokefood or some old remains of what looks to be pokemon battles. Sometimes they saw some old pokeball, abandoned or even smashed. And even noticed some of the Pokemon that had been watching them through cracks or corners, or under floorboards.
Ash and gou finally catch up to koharu, who has been waiting for them in this creepy antique store. Aimlessly wandering about, searching the place. With the whole gang reunited, they discuss what they found, with koharu piecing it togther.
It seems this antique store looked to be the meeting place for who ever stole their pokemon. They show koharu some of the pokeballs they found lying about, some customized, broken and old. None of them have no strange brandings like "R" on it. Meaning people had their pokemon taken, but not by our common baddies. They found some evidence of pokemon battles, some of the tracks still fresh. Meaning they just left recently, probably during when they got here. That would explain why they kept feeling like they where being followed. They're probably all hiding.
But that doesn't explain why they'd take their pokemon or why it lead them in the antique store of all places. Ash suggests that they should look around here too, find some secret lever or something. Goh agrees, but dismisses the thought that someone would have a secret lever in a antique portion of the mall, then again.. Who has an antique store in a mall??
While they're searching for hidden compartments,
They hear a quick "PIKAA!!" Following a loud bang noise. Sending them all to a panic. Ash locates the sound, and moves one of the shelves. Surprise, Surprise, its a secret compartment. Its pitch black and you can't see a thing. Before ash can jump head first into whatever is happening down there, gou catches him. Followed by koharu, taking out that trusty flashlight, and beaming the light on the creepy old stairs. Seemingly going no where but down.
They quickly and carefully descend the stairs, though their all trying to act brave to lift up on another, you can tell everyone is absolutely terrified.
Then they find a light, like an entrance to some room. The hallway was dim and you could see pipes and some garbage, puddles, e.c.t. Gou runs towards the persumed, but ash catches him. He almost fell into a hole, without Realizing it. Koharu goes infront of gou, with the flashlight beaming infront of her.
Cut to a scene of pikachu. He's charging up a weak electric attack, and looks pretty beaten up. So does the rest of the Pokemon. Though, he is doing his best. The basement is pretty big, but its old. Theres some steel pipes that are broken and bent, scratches and marks everywhere on the wall. Its dark, with only a few lights, struggling to illuminate the room.
You can't tell how many pokemon are there, but there are many glowing eyes all around. There are many different kinds of pokemon. Seemingly coming from all different regions too. They don't seem freindly.
Eevee starts to yell out, angered and fustreated. To their suprising, a quick "umberon~" came rom the darkness.
You can see its shiny yellow rings, glowing in the darkness. It yells back at eevee, hitting the ground over and over with its tiny paws. As if it was trying to prove a point, trying to get eevee to fight like their pikachu did. Taunting them.
The umberon wears some kingly robe it got from a costume part of the mall, presumably the halloween section. Category: medieval.
Yamper could see eevee's eagerness to fight, so he lets out a bark of concern. He's huddled next to pikachu, who still wants to keep going. Determined, to stop them.
Whenever eevee hesitates to attack, umberon lets out a disappointed purr, and attacks them with a weak attack, but it stings either way. It wants a fair fight afterrall.
This was an insult to them. A fellow umberon., using smaller pokemon to rank them up, forcing them to train with them, untill they tire out. All these pokemon henchmons had some kind of scar, or evidence of training. Even the umberon had one. Most of them evolved, seemingly living in the mall, as some are wearing human items like sunglasses, or badazzled items too look cooler.
Then they hear a quick "EEVEE! WHERE'D YOU GO?!" And "PIKACHU! ARE YOU GUYS ALRIGHT?!"
They look back to see its their trainers! And gou, all rushing towards them. Immediately going into the room to protect them. Along with their summoned pokemon charging up their attacks as well.
Seeing this, umberon is pissed. You can see an onslaught of pokemon, who look just as mad. They where crossing their turf, they had to get out.
Umberon curls into the darkness.. Slowly back away from them, in silence.
Untill a tiny, soft. "Umberon" comes out of its mouth and..
They all start to attack, left, right and center. The whole team is surronded. All the pokemon are uncoordinated, but tankish, so they're pretty easy to take down, but leaves you pretty damaged in the long run.
Eventually, they get rid of most of them. Leaving 5 remaining pokemon left. These five being the strongest out of every pokemon and the biggest. Seemingly been in charge for a long time. Basically, its the boss fight.
The pokemon tired them out, and theres not much they can do at this point. Of course they fight, but get taken down, one by one, with ease.
Leading to the grand finale. Everyones on their knees, but still staying strong.
Umberon and its team start to charge this giant attack, thats going blast them into bits and peices.
They charge the attack, for longer and longer and longer. Getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger untill it basically becomes a giant wall. Then they release it. Going full blast at not only the entire team, but the Pokemon behind them that attacked them as well.
The was no where to go.
Pokemon where behind them, and infront.
What do you do then?
Just take it?
Like that?
...
Everyone throws their hand infront of their faces. Away from this giant charge attack, heading towards them in what seems to be slow motion. Some pokemon are running away, others are just watching this happen.
Its a pretty big basement.
Pretty dangerous basement too.
....
Gou looks back for a split second.
And a familiar sound plays out.
A tiny..
little..
giggle.
And then it just stops.
The attack was stuck in place..
...
Then suddenly, behind them in the darkness...
From the entrance of where they came..
Glowing eyes emerge, with a silent.. "Mew!"
And the whole attack backfires onto the 5 pokemon with one, full, swoop.
The place collapses onto them. Knocking 4 pokemon unconscious, except for that..
That..
Umberon.
With the only expression on its face being absolute RAGE.
Everyone starts running out, a bunch of pokemon try to help move the 4 unconscious ones, and umberon runs in the opposite direction, into what might be their secret escape route. They look back, at the commotion.
The 3 little humans and their pokemon are running out, even picking up some of the pokemon, who attacked them, and helping them run away from the collapsing area.
Umberon sees this. But looks away. Muttering a "umber.." Before leaving. This wasn't the last of them.
Everyone safely makes it out of the mall, alive.
Everyone is tired, exhausted and hurt.
They look up to see the many battle scars of all the pokemon, who are just lying around, not knowing what to do anymore without a leader.
Some a bickering and arguing, some are confused and tired, others are just watching from afar.
Eeveee jumps out of koharu's hands, and onto some tall boxes and rocks lying about near he store. They yell out a "EEVEE!!" Which everyone quiets down immediately. They even stiffen up, as if they where trained to do that by the umberon. Which startles eevee and makes them feel uncomfortable.
Ash stands up, looking at his poor pikachu, for a bit. Its smiling, with its eyes closed. Ash gives them a concerned, but soft smile. He tells everyone that they should all go to a pokecenter, and get some rest. The pokemon try to argue, not wanting to go and to wait for their umberon, but they see eevee is following ash, and they end up following along.
Gou runs up to ash and softly pats ash's shoulder, and gives him a soft, but concerned look. Only followed by a smile. Then everyone starts following them to pokemon center.
It cuts to scene, where they show the pokemon center for a sky view. Its night time and everyone is tired. a bunch of the nurses and doctors are taking care of the many pokemon without question.
Ash is sitting there, next to his pikachu, with gou is standing right beside him, and koharu is somewhere off with her pokemon as well. They all have some bandages here and there, on their knees or hands, just watching as nurse joy takes care of pikachu.
She asks what the three of them had done to get not only so many injured pokemon, but get this pikachu in the state its in now.
They explained to the nurse about the whole incident, with this umberon and a giant battle in a basement, and a this abandoned pokemon infested mall. How the umberon acted and all the Pokemon who teamed up agasint them.
Nurse joy recognizes the umberon, to their suprise.
She explains its not the first time shes heard of this umberon. Apparently, its trainer had abandoned it when it was a little eevee. She said that they'd capture pokemon who they saw great potential and power in. One day, the eevee's win streak went away, losing many battles every single day. Thats when they abandoned them, or atleast, thats what they say.
Ash mutters a quick and angered response of why someone would do such a thing.
Nurse joy looks at ash and gou sadly, then returns back to what she was doing. She doesn't know why someone would do that. Though, she tells them she always used to see that same eevee in the pokecenter constantly. For some reason, the pokemon really loved their trainer, to the point of exhaustion. When it got abandoned, it probably took it personally. Who knows though, that umberon is quite the mystery. Some people even tried to catch it seeing how strong it was, but they'd never succeed.
She pauses what shes doing to ask if ash doesn't mind leaving his pikachu here for the night. Its pretty injured, and needs some rest. She wants to be able to take care of it, in case it needs extra care. She says he can see them tomorrow, as it might feel better by then.
He sadly agrees, and they go home for the night.
Here, we get a nice scene, just to calm things doen a bit. The 2 boys put on their cozy pajamas, and get ready to go to bed.
We see koharu in her bedroom, with her pjammas on, petting her yamper who has a cute little "get well soon!!" Sticker, stuck on his forehead, and he has his younger sticking out, as he sleeps. She doing one of those lo-fi girl poses, as she writes in her journal about her day, as a moonlight shines on her, through her window.
We see gou sleeping on the bottom bunk this time, since he's too tired to try to climb to the top. Ash isn't in bed though. He's looking out through the window of the room. With the moonlight coming through. He's tired and exhausted, but still worried for pikachu. Gou notices he's not in bed yet, asking if he's alright. Ash doesn't give a response, he just continues staring.
So gou walks up to him, and ash speaks a bit low. He wonders if pikachu is alright, and the umberon too. The umberon was hurt too, they could've helped it.
Gou looks at him, then out the window. "Sometimes you cant save everyone, and you cant help those that don't want to be helped."
He smiles brightly at ash. "Like catching pokemon!" Ash is confused, but he tries his best to understand. "Sometimes pokemon want to be caught, and some don't. All that matters is that you tried, right?"
Ash looks at gou, and smiles back. Then looks at the window, still smiling "Yeah, you're right.. Do you think pikachu will be okay though?"
Gou softly pats him on the back. He tries his best to comfort ash. "Yeah, i think so."
It goes quiet for a bit. And it zooms out as they both look out at the window.8
With that, it ends here.

Supergirl 4x11 “Blood Memory” Liveblog *SPOLIERS*
Um there are SPOILERS ahead, duh
Alright, bring on this Danvers Sisters angst. Not gonna pretend like I’m ready, but go off I guess
Ah yes this hot ass Russian!Kara jumpsuit
The fuck just happened?
Something bad about to happen to these white boys…
Game night?? GAME NIGHT!!!!  LENA AND NIA ARE HERE!!! AHHHH!!!!
They have a song? Why are we just not hearing this?
Fail, James. Not as in sync as you thought, huh
Terminator 2 is Alex’s fave movie hahaha Of course it is
And so the pain begins :(
Haha Kara tossed that fratboy aside like he was a...well a fratboy
But why does Director Danvers gotta be rude tho?
Why would you think things were good, Kara? Why?
The Wizard of Oz. Noted
Who the fuck are you? You got a name?
Someone please make sure Lena isn’t going evil over there
ROAD TRIP!
I think, Brainy just classified Fratboys as a subspecies of human
Nia is so casual about being half alien
Whoa! I forgot Kara didn’t know!! Watch the road, girl! We all know you can’t drive
Aw Sleepy!Nia
Fun rage?
Not knowing her sister is Supergirl, must weaken Alex’s confidence somehow. She couldn’t get some info out of those fuckboys, I mean fratboys
It reminds me a bit of Midvale (3x06) when Alex solved her first case and Kara was there to back her up when she got in over her head. I wonder how much confidence that’s always lent her as a cop/agent. Always knowing in the back of her mind that if thing went really wrong Kara could swoop in to save her.
Ellis Grey, is that you?
That’s so many species of Orchids
Am I sensing some sibling rivalry/resentment?
Yikes, Meave is in for a surprise
#LetKaraPaintAgain2019
I like how this inherited dreaming thing completely validates Nia’s gender identity. It’s cool
Smooooth, J’onn. Not suspicious at all.
Keep your voices down! Damn, the door is wide open.
Have you meet Brainy?
HA! This music! THIS OUTFIT! BRAINY HAHAHAHAHA
He nailed it.
He lived with Mon-El, Alex.
Ellis Grey has chilled out alot.
Rule #1 The Chosen One does not have a choice. That’s kinda the point.
Oh god! This is so sudden!!!! Damn, poor Nia
Her element is Fire? Interesting
I’ve had to watch this actress die too many times
Kara, her mom just died right in front of her! Be more shocked!
Well, that’s terrifying
TELL HER! It’s time
Oh God, Lena is so incredibly adorable! And competitive. And wrong about her and James :( What makes them think they are so incredibly connected and in love? Ugh, I just don’t see it
Will we ever get to see Kara in this penthouse? Even platonically?
It seems like wearing the Children of Liberty masks all the time would be kinda conspicuous
J’onn is so worried about Alex. I love them
Kara is very especially equipped to help Nia with this problem
Whoa! This makeup on these drug-dealers is so so shitty. Wow
Where was Kara hiding that supersuit?
Oh shit! Director Danvers is gonna be pissed!!
Oh...arms…
Oh god, how long do we have to endure this angst??? Kara’s face! My feelings! THE PAIN
OOOOOOH not she didn’t. FUCK
Fuck fuck fuck fuck :(
Kara, maybe you should tell her…
Yes? YASS!! TELL HER!
YASSSSSSSSS!
Teamup time!
James, don’t do anything...compromising. Talk to Lena. You two just made a promise to be honest with one another, dammit.
A costume, tailor-made and ready to go? Sweet!
T2!
Movie night with J’onn!! Awww
I still fucking love them. Even with the angst. Besides, this can’t last forever, and when Alex remembers again, the floodgate of feelings is going to be epic

Am I really old enough to be married for 19 years?  I guess so, lol! Let me recount my anniversary’s by the years: We got married August 28th, 1993…just 3 months after I graduated HS and turned 18– I was young, but Travis was wise to get me before I went off to the WORLD, lol!!
1994- I was just 19 and transfered to a different college after a successful freshman year of Track.  Travis was in College also– almost finished, but we were SO POOR!
1995- I  had spent the summer in a walking boot due to a stress fracture in my left tiba; around the time of our anniversary I won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Fargo, ND title and we won a trip to Hawaii in Nov
1996- It was my Senior year in college…I had been training hard all summer in prep for cross country, but then one day I coudn’t run without extreme knee pain– My track career was over
1997- I was done with college courses, but we still lived in Fargo, I worked at a gym and hooters– kinda in limbo– We visited UTAH and SNOWBIRD around our anniversary for Travis’ best friend’s wedding.  IT was a blast!
1998- We had moved to Dallas and I was working for a home builder selling homes and being the “activities director” there- Dallas was fun!!
1999- I had given birth to Gunner Berger and we were getting ready to move back to MN
2000- We lived in Fargo, ND again…I was SCARED at the prospect of having to deal with another winter in the NORTH
2001- We had moved to AR and I was pregnant with Gracie Berger
2002- We were almost ready to move into our “FIRST HOUSE” and I was pregnant with the TWINS!
2003- I had just got a van and a gym membership the month before.  I was looking into finding a SCARY GOAL.
2004- I had competed in and won several NPC contests that spring/summer– I was training clients at the gym and fired up about sharing my passion with others
2005- BuffMother.com was well underway and I remember “business planning” at Outback on our anniversary http://ift.tt/2BIS3am
2006- We got to spend the night in a hotel, “kidless!” and I was prepping for my last NPC figure contest (Nationals in Sept)
2007- I was totally in love with MMA fighting and my poor DH was sick on our special day- http://ift.tt/2kjRhfP
2008- Travis and I were hard at work on making our “BuffMother” infomercial a reality http://ift.tt/2BG6tIu
2009- We went golfing for our Anniversary date- http://ift.tt/2kjRijT
2010- Travis had just started a new posisiton with Infusion Brands- and we celebrated our anniversary a bit late with a trip to VEGAS (I “trained with AVA”)
2011- WE celebrated with a trip to Cancun Mexico and we also celbrated the start of a new season in our life — owning a country home
2012- we are “HOME”…we love the peace of having that finally HOME feeling– Travis almost went to TAMPA this week but the Tropical Storm allowed him to stay home!!
Then, for our 20th  anniversary our plan is to take a trip to Germany!! We’ve been wanting to go there for years!!
It was fun to recount the years– they certainly do go by FAST!!  I am very thankful to have such a wonderful man to share each of my years with…God has blessed me for sure!!
In Love,
Michelle
Good times!
Thu, 2012/08/30 – 9:20am — BuffMother
Hey everybody!! I’ve been having some really GOOD times this week~ Tuesday was our 19th anniversary, so we basically HUNG OUT as much as possible.  It was a fun time with my MAN!! We ate together, bought stuff together (one item was our “gift”- a mulcher), built a fire together (the burn ban just got lifted, yay!!) and hunted together + PLUS Other activities too!!
Then yesterday I had to get rollin’ early for my tennis lesson.  I’ve never had one before and had no idea what to expect.  The tennis pro is a son of a family friend– he was super nice, very informative, and easy to work with…. it was really good! I learned alot already and my body responded nicely to the activity. I was a little worried that my shoulder would get aggravated, but it’s hanging tough.  After the lesson I stopped by to see my nieces- they live right above the courts.  Tuesday was one of their birthdays and so I brought them a gift since I had “missed” the other one’s b-day early this year.  Anyhow- it was great to see them!
Then I ran  few more errands, got to have a quick lunch with DH and then on my way home I hit the gym for a “quickie” upper body lifting workout:
Seated rows Lat Pulls Tricep Push downs Shoulder press Straight arm press downs (with cable machine- hits the rear delts/lats a bit)
I didn’t have much time since I had to get home and prep to GO again- Gracie has guitar lessons on Wednesday nights and I also needed to get shopping done–
Needless to say, I’ve had very little computer time over the past 2 days.  It feel like I’ve been missing out on everyone’s progress during week #2 of our contest!  I expect you are KICKIN’ tail and getting your workouts and eats done.  Don’t foget that there are tons of resources in our Rally ROOM Super STAR Success book— http://ift.tt/2kkqxMn AND  on my blog http://ift.tt/2klCOjy and YOU TUBE http://www.youtube.com/buffmother
My plan for today is to hit my weight room for a chest workout and get in some good “outside” time with a run before it RAINS tomorrow from the hurricane.  Travis and I also want to get some more fields planted before it rains– we’ve already planted 3 food plots for the deer– a couple more would be good to get done ASAP!
OKAY, I’m off to interact with you all!!
Love,
Michelle

DCTV Crossover: Crisis on Earth -X Part 1 & 2
Hi, I’m going to be watching the whole crossover today and tomorrow, but I’ll only do two liveblogs (one for each night, instead of four for each show)
Supergirl 3x08
James vs Ollie, interesting considering Ollie stole Jimmy’s girl in Smallville
Whoa, okay, not cool with this Nazi killing a black guy on my screen
Sara looks amazing in this Robin Hood getup, but then again she always looks amazing
Ugh, Mon-El is here
“Of course, she is. She’s Supergirl!” thank you, Alex
YAY sisters night!!
Um, Kara can’t put on break-up weight haha
I’m just not sure a wedding is the best way to get over the breakup blues, guys
Um, Iris, maybe the fact that Mon-El isn’t here should have been a clue that you shouldn’t bring him up
Keratin ha
Barry seeing Oliver in a suit and saying “Damn” is mood
What’s with the Darth Vader voice? Stop it
So Stein is totally gonna die. I can tell because he’s super excited about the future
Who is Alex hugging? She doesn’t know anyone on this Earth
“Her” Haha Sara’s face! Agent Canary looks like a very real possibility
Spider juice, yuck
“You can stick to things!” hahaha Good Ol Stein
Nice, Joe, reminding everyone of the awkward sibling thing WA has going on
ITS HAPPENING!!!!! Alex and Sara are making out!! Holy shit, I hoped I really did, but I somehow thought that was a pipe dream, but its really HAPPENING!!!!
Olicity is so bad at this. WTF are they doing? Wow that was embarrassing
Oh wow what did I do to deserve this Agent Canary content?
Wait...wtf did Mick sleep with Stein’s daughter? Surely not
“Out doing what?” Sara. She was doing Sara
“Do you know what I did?” “No, not the specifics, no.” Oh I am LIVING for this!!! The Danvers sisters are my life
Who is this waitress? She looks very familiar to me, and she’s acting weird. Is she a super fan of the flash? Is she from the future?
Aw this song :)
OMG! The minister!
#IhateNazis
Why are they not more alarmed that a guy was just vaporized!?!
Haha really enjoying the new and improved KillerFrost/Catlin. Caitlin rolled her eyes like damn I didn’t want to invite that bitch
Nooo not the heat vision stand off! That’s DUMB!
Have Oliver and Cisco done this breaching move before? They must have practiced right?
I’m not sure what I like more Sara and Alex fighting together or Sara and Alex sleeping together. Lucky for me this crossover has both.
I wonder if Nazi Supergirl and Nazi Oliver are like...a thing
So like are you married now or...oh I guess not
Aren’t you not suppose to let concussed people sleep?
Joe has to leave but Iris gets to stay?
Oooo the Trump dragging is back, nice
Let Alex at him, we all remember Exodus am I right?
Are you not also Kryptonian, Nazi Supergirl?
Wait shouldn’t Nazi Reverse Flash be Eobard Thawne?
Arrow 6x08
Oh shit they’re hitting Ollie right in the feels, bringing Tommy into this
Those did not look like 1945 outfits, guys
Just want to point out that there should probably be more than 52 earths, there should be like an infinite number of alternate universes
“...And Rory.” aw thats mean Barry
Um, Ollie, that’s not how Dopplgangers work
There we go making promises we can’t keep
Oh, Nazi Tommy is evil. I for one am #shocked
So he could have killed himself before, but instead he waited to make his terrifying speech
These three seem to work really well together
Haha “10% less brooding” a valid request
Yeah, anti-Kara/Ollie are definitely a thing. Weird
Yeach, fuck dopplegangers
Alot has changed since Ivy Town, Ollie
That was two years ago!
Please respect her on this, damn.
Is Cisco okay? Boy still sleepin?
“It’s not about you.” haha That’s what I’m always thinking about Wells. Get him the fuck out
Jazx, don’t make him feel bad for wanting to be with his famil
Awkward!Alex. It’s totally gonna be a thing
Aw :( That’s a real bummer on the Agent Canary front. We miss Maggie too, Alex
I love Maggie and I love Sanvers and I’m super sad they broke up. But even if they had stayed together forever and gotten married, I think that would have also been a bit problematic on a few levels. Because Alex just came out and it seems strange to me that she would fall madly in love with and live happily ever after with the first woman she dates. Like I love them, but that’s not very realistic to me. If maybe a season or two down the road they could bring Maggie back and they could somehow work through the whole “kids” issue that would be great. Maybe Alex could even have a smaller scale love interest in the meantime (not necessarily Sara and) not like right now, but maybe next season
Iris looks so good in this...sweater? Sweatshirt? Idk but she looks great
Hahaha poor Ollie on his motorcycle
Well, at least Barry isn’t a Nazi
So that is Eobard Thawne. Got it
Kara is so pissed about Nazi Supergirl
“Ew, gross! No offense.”
Uh oh, Ollie has some explaining to do
Now both the Karas are pissed!
Villians are always knocking things over to distract heroes, fucking cowards
Alex being a brilliant scientist!!! GIVE ME MORE!!!
Interesting how anti-Kara is the levelheaded sort of emotionless one and anti-Oliver is the overly sentimental one. I wonder if meeting anti-Kara is going to finally turn Kara off this whole “I’m not human, I shouldn’t feel these things” phase
Is Cisco still asleep? Is anyone checking on him?
Alex, Felicity, and Catlin looking good while they work
Hahah Mick wanting to bring KillerFrost out to play
What do you mean you can’t believe he’s back? He was just fucking with the Legends a few months ago, this shouldn’t be that shocking. People rarely seem to stay dead with you guys
Aaaand now I have that High School Musical song stuck in my head, thanks alot
Alex suiting up with the rest of the heroes!!!!
“Wall to wall Nazis” is never a sentence I wanted to hear
Alex forgot to bring her alien gun? Bummer
Where is our Supergirl? Is our Supergirl going to fight their Arrow? Sounds unfair, but okay
He didn’t check the fridge for mustard? The fuck?
I thought anti-Ollie was about to kill Wells and I wasn’t unhappy about it :/
Ok, but like anti-Supergirl hitting Ollie probably should have killed him
Mick is KillerFrost’s #1 fan
Uh! KillerFrost just freeze him! BE BETTER!
Aw Barry caught Alex
Well, fuck
What the fuck is wrong with anti-Kara? Foreboding
Protective!Alex!!!
Wait her sister? Did anti-Kara have an anti-Alex or is she talking about some Kryptonian sorta sister?

Love,
Michelle

In Love,
Michelle

I am very pleased with how week #1 went…I didn’t exactly stick to my POA but it was a good start.  I got my starting stats and pictures done too, which showed me that I have made some very nice progress in the past 4 weeks.  I wasn’t “seeeing” the progress in my mirror, but the inches and pictures showed good progress.  It’s amazing how much more belief I have in my workouts after seeing those results– I’m so much more fired up now for the 10 week contest!!

Love,
Michelle

Love,
Michelle

HI!!
Here is my week #1 in review- Monday:Chest/Tris/Ran intervals outside Tuesday:Leg workout Wednesday:off- felt a bit icky from allergies– a headache Thursday:Back/Sh/Biceps and intervals on tredmill- took starting stats and pics Friday:chest/tris/abs– didn’t do intervals Saturday: off but was very active- farm work Sunday: cleaned garage- no workout How many weight workouts did I complete:4 How many intervals training sessions did I complete:2 How many days of the week did I workout: 4
