You were driving down the muddy forest path on your motorbike; crossbow slung over your back. Being the girlfriend of a certain archer had it's perks. Especially in a apocalypse.
The air smelled fresh and clean. Slightly cold, but not freezing. It had just rained; causing the scent of water and earth to fill your nose. Waterdrops fell from the trees which lined the path; hitting the skin of your face from time to time. Closing your eyes for just a moment, you relished in the scent and feel of the nature around you. It was beautiful. And dangerous. But that was nothing new.
The neigh of horses from some distance, ripped you out of your thoughts. You focused; seeing a carriage quite a few yards ahead. You immediately had a guess who it could be and slowed down, carefully approaching. But you could already tell that it was a friend and not an enemy.
When the carriage stopped and you beside it, you knew you were right.
With a bright smile you got off your motorbike and went to hug your friend. "Hey, Maggie. Long time no see. How are you? And Hershel? And Hilltop?" The brown haired woman wrapped you in her arms tightly. "Way too long, Y/N," she started. You could hear the smile in her voice. "'M good, thanks and so's Hershel. Hilltop as well. How are you?" "Never been better, thank ya."
She stepped back from the embrace with her signature smile. "Already the second archer I met today." Your eyes shone bright. "You saw Daryl?" Maggie nodded. "Indeed. Was off huntin'." "I know, yeah. I wanted to look for him and help. Been busy this morning; training some kids in fighting off walkers, but now I've got time. Do you know where he went?"
"He didn't tell me, but I'd say he went south-east," she answered; pointed into the direction. "Thanks."
You actually wanted to talk longer to your dear friend - bound together by the end of the world, but Jesus's words about a small herd of walkers approaching through Maggie's walkie-talkie unfortunately brought an early end to the reunion. Of course, neither you nor Maggie wanted to end up in a herd of walkers. Small or not.
Therefore, you quickly bid your goodbyes and moved on. Maggie back towards Hilltop and you (hopefully) into Daryl's direction.
Luckily, your boyfriend had taught you well over the years and so you were able to make out his wheel tracks in the muddy earth and could track him down.
You found him near a quite big cliff on the edge of the forest; standing near the edge. His motorcycle was parked a few meters behind him; a handful of dead rabbits and squirrels draped over the saddle. Daryl's crossbow was slung over his shoulders as he was gazing into the far distance; on the valley to his feet.
You had turned off the engine of your motorcycle already a while ago and had been wheeling it instead; unable to drive over the uneven and steep forest ground.
You clapped down the pedestal of your vehicle and parked it beside Daryl's, before you sneaked your way over to Daryl; a mischievous smirk on your lips. Perhaps you could catch him off- "Ya might wanna work on yer sneaking up technique."
You hadn't even made three steps when those words left his lips. Damn it. You pouted and slumped up to stand beside him. "Oh come on, was I this obvious?" The archer looked over to you, a soft smile on his face. "Nah, but I recognised yer steps." You blinked in disbelief. "My steps?" "Yeah. Should know that by now after all those years 'n nights ya creepin' around the places we called home, eh?"
"Well... I suppose you're right." He gave you another soft smile and redirected his gaze.
"What you're looking- Oh my gosh..." Your eyes almost popped out of your head as you followed your boyfriend's gaze. The valley below the hills surrounding it was flooded with walkers. Hundreds. Thousands. Maybe even more.
Your jaw dropped in shock and... You couldn't even describe it. It was a picture of horror in an almost idyllic piece of land. Decay and rotting; flourishing nature and rebirth. Life and death. Light and darkness. Old life and new life. It was the definition of this world and all that happened to it all those years ago in one frame. It was unbelievable and rather difficult to grasp.
"Kinda frightening, right?" Daryl's voice urged to your ears. You swallowed; nodding. "Yeah, but also... I don't know..." You needed a moment to find the right words. "A blessing and a curse. A blessing for the earth. The recovery of nature and all its aspects. A curse for all human beings. Sad to see what became of the people - of the world we used to know." Daryl nodded in agreement. "Couldn't have put it better." He had never been a man of many words, but you could tell that he understood. He felt the same.
Like automatically, you reached for his hand and slipped your fingers through his; needing his comforting touch. Daryl's head shortly turned to look at your now intertwined hands. He squeezed your smaller hand and gently pulled you closer, until your shoulder was brushing his; the both of you still staring down on the horrific scenes below you in silence.
The only reassuring thing about it was the fact that they were very far from the place you called home.
"Daryl?" You spoke up again; voice merely above a whisper. "Yeah?" "I'm happy you're here. With me. In this. I'm grateful I found you. I couldn't imagine this world - neither my life without you. I wouldn't want to watch this world end with somebody that isn't you. Or our friends."
Again, Daryl wasn't a master of words, so instead of answering something, he let go of your hand in order to wrap you up in a tight hug - and you gladly let him.
Nevertheless found four little words their way into your ear. "I love ya, Y/N."

Don't Pretend (Vincenzo)
Tumblr media
Y/N is a very successful civil rights investigator and a friend of Cha-young. Cha-young called her when she needed help building their case against Babel. Chairman Han seo thinks she's a threat, but Jun woo thinks otherwise.
Pairings: Joon woo x reader (romantic), Cha young x reader (platonic), Vincenzo x reader (platonic)
--
I didn't even set foot in my apartment yet and Cha young called me for help. I love her and all but it seems like she's always in trouble with someone. She wants me to meet her at a theater because she wants me to meet someone.
She said it was urgent, so I didn't even stop by for food, so this person better be the President of South Korea or something.
I step out of my vehicle and walk through the entrance to see a swarm of reporters surrounding a group of people. One of those people was Cha young and I spin around on my heel, not in the mood for talking to reporters.
"Y/N!" Cha young calls. "Damn it," I say to myself before turning back around. "You didn't mention there would be reporters," "Surprise," she says.
I shake my head and she shrugs. I look to a random spot outside and say, "Oh my God, is that Jay Park and his new girlfriend? Look over there by the garden!" You point to a random couple that was walking past the garden.
"Jay Park! Where?" The swarm of reporters then went outside towards the garden. I roll my eyes and said, "They're like ants searching for food." I make my way towards the group and Cha young links her arm with mine.
"I missed you," she says and I grumble lowly. "Y/N, this is Vincenzo Cassano. Mr. Cassano, this is my colleague and close freind, Y/N," Cha young introduces.
"Seems like you're far from home, Cassano." I say in Italian, much to his surprise. He raises a brow at me and says, "I could say the same for you. The last I saw you, you were handling business in Siena."
"And you were handling business in Milano. Nice touch with the garden. It was beautiful," I compliment and he smiles. "Thank you, I try."
Cha young looks between me and Cassano and says, "You two know each other?" "Vaguely," I comment. "And who are they?" I add, motioning to the older woman, older man and two young men. "The enemy," Cha young says nonchalantly.
"For enemies, you seem awfully close," "Believe me, we're not," an older woman snaps. "Don't get your panties in a twist. I'm just making an observation." I snark. "Excuse me?" she steps closer to me and Cha young does the same.
"Careful, she hates being touched." Cassano states. "I'm heading back to my loft," I say before giving Cassano and Cha young a nod.
"Who are you?" The older woman asks but there was something about her that urked me. I give her a once over before walking back through the entrance.
--
"She's Y/N Y/L/N, a civil rights investigator and the top in her firm. Not only that, but she has correlations with mafias across three different continents. She has the resources to take us down," Han seo says and a small smile creeps on Joon woo's lips. "Why are you smiling?" Han seo asks.
"She's very accomplished," Jun woo answers. "And it's her accomplishments that scare me, brother." "Don't be. I'll handle her," "Handle her how? Like kill her?" "I don't want to, she seems interesting. But I will if she continues to be a threat to us."
--
I have to get back into the my workouts. I feel like I've put on a little weight while I was in Italy. It's not like I had any choice. Telling Nonna no is like kicking a puppy, no one can do it. Nonna offers you food, you always say yes. That's an unwritten rule that everyone follows.
My sneakers wrap around perfectly around my feet and I could barely feel the ground when I ran through the city park. I always make sure that it was light enough for things to be visible but early enough that there was only a handful of people in the park itself.
I was on my third and final loop when I saw the black van move across the street and park next to the sidewalk I was running on. I stopped to catch my breath for a moment before running in the other direction. I hear a door open and several footsteps run behind me.
I grab the nearest thick branch I could find and wait until they were close enough. I swing the branch as hard as I could, hitting three men in the face. They fell to the ground and I focus on the two guys rushing towards me at once. I duck around one and punched the other in the throat, leaving me with just the one man.
I bring up my guard and shuffle my feet but the man runs in back into the van and drives away. "You okay?" A voice asks from behind me and I feel a hand on my shoulder. I spin around and kick his leg out from under him. He falls to the ground and I apply pressure to his chest.
"Relax. I'm not the bag guy here." He strains. "Wait a minute, I know you. You're the-" "A friend of Cha young." He places his hand on my outter thigh and I say, "I wouldn't know if friend is a term I would use. She called you the enemy."
"She was referring to the rest of them," "What ever helps you sleep at night." I finally stand up from his chest and he takes a deep breath.
He stands up from the ground and that's when I notice that he was shirtless. My eyes softly scan the smooth, tanned skin of his pecks. My eyes snap up to meet his and he cocks his head teasingly.
"Speechless?" "I'll never give you that satisfaction," I snark as he steps closer to me so I have to look straight up just to meet his eyes.
The next thing I knew, I am washing off his touch and scent in the shower. Well trying to anyway. Halfway through my shower, he decided to join me and trail his hands down my hips.
I moan softly when he presses my body the cold tiled wall and kisses my neck. He hooks one of my legs around his waist and slowly trails his hand along my inner thigh.
My phone blades, scaring us both. I pull away from him and he says, "Just ignore it." "She's been calling me all day, she already knows that something is up." I walk out of the shower and dry my feet before wrapping a towel around my body.
I answer the phone and Cha young yells, "About time! Where have you been!" "I, uh, I went shopping. There was no food in my refridgerator or cabinets." I answer calmly.
"Don't you have a maid for that?" "I'm not lazy enough to have a maid, Cha young." "Well, you had me worried. I thought someone took you hostage or something." She finally says without yelling.
"You really think they are capable of that?" "They are capable of many things. Be careful, Y/L/N." Vincenzo says in Italian.
"Bene, ciao," I say before hanging up. I turn around to see Joon woo inches away from my face. "Did you enjoy the past few hours?" I ask. He steps closer to me and motions to the scratches on his chest from my nails.
"What do you think?" He says softly. There's just something about him speaking softly that makes my knees buckle. The worst part is, I think he knows that.
"Good, because that's the last time that'll happen." "Do you know how many times I've heard that? And how many crawled back to me?" He says cockily. "Yes, but I'm sure you'll be the one crawling." I say, tapping his chest before walking out of the bathroom.
--
My worst nightmare came true today. One of my closest friends was murdered last night by a rival mob leader. The boss says not to engage them and that he will handle it, and my anger dwindled down to sadness. I took a day to myself and cried my eyes out in my bed.
Goosebumps littered my body as cold chills rolled through. I wince as the cold, damp fabric of the t-shirt grazes over my warm back and I took it as a sign to hop in the shower. Squatting down on the shower floor, I duck my head under the scalding hot water. The water rakes through my hair and trails down my body when I hear the doorbell ring.
I dry myself and slide on some shorts and a sweatshirt Joon woo gifted me in attempt to see me again. It took Joon woo two weeks before realizing that I wasn't going back to him. After wards, he sent me flowers, teddy bears, sweatshirts and a 10k watch that looked like it costed a fortune.
I gave the teddy bears and flowers to random people in the street and the watch to Cha young and the look on Jun woo's face when he realized it was the gift he gave was aboslutely priceless. But I gladly kept the sweatshirts because they were too cute to give up. I walk down the stairs and wipe away my tears before opening the door.
Joon woo stands in the door way and he looked happy about something. But his smile soon falls when he sees that I've been crying. "You've been crying. What happened?" He tried reaching for my face but I slap his hand away. "Stop. Don't pretend like you care about me." I snap but he lunges forward to grab my face.
I take a few steps back and his hold on my face softens. "Of course, I care about you." He says, caressing my cheeks with his thumbs. He takes my hand and leads me to the bedroom. I sniffle and wipe away more of my tears. I always hated crying in front of people, it made me feel weak.
He grabbed the remote and sat on the bed. He pulled himself to the head of the bed and takes me with him. He pulls me between his legs and leans my back into his chest.
He searches through the channels and stopped at a cartoon before wrapping one arm along the clavicle of my neck. He wraps the other across my waist and says, "You don't have to talk if you don't want to."
"Why are you here, Joon woo?" I croak, wiping away my tears. "We won our settlement case and I wanted to celebrate with you." "We're literally enemies," "Isn't that how it always is? Enemies and polar opposites attracted to each other?" He asks and I look up to meet his gaze from behind.
He examines my face as he waits for a response. "I guess that is how it goes, isn't it " I lean on his shoulder and he presses the side of his face against my temple. "I lost my best friend today," I add with a sigh.

"This is a fucking disaster," Olivia sighed, throwing her bag onto the bed in frustration.
Amanda rammed the heel of her hand against the sputtering A/C unit in the window and frowned. "I don't know why you ever expect anything more from Daddy Dodds than a fuckup," she muttered.
Liv ran a hand over the nape of her neck under her hair, finding it moist with sweat, and surveyed their room. Dodds had told her that he had booked them at a high-class hotel for the Extended Learning conference that weekend. A five-star, full-service, swanky joint, he had sworn.
Yet, here they were - sweltering during the peak of a heatwave, in a barely passable room with one double bed and a busted A/C unit. Even better, they weren't even in the right city for the conference - a fact discovered when they called Dodds upon landing to tell him that nobody had heard of the hotel he named.
Fuckup was putting it mildly.
"I'll go talk to someone at the check-in desk and see if they can do anything about the air conditioning," Olivia announced.
"I'm going to take a cool shower in the meantime," Rollins said, palming sweat from her forehead.
The young man at the front desk looked at Liv as though he'd fallen asleep and she had walked out of one of his fantasies into the lobby. Handyman? Not on weekends, it turned out.
"The pool's open 'round the clock though," he shrugged. He finished up by giving her some info on what was available to order from the kitchen, then went back to the glare of his cell phone screen.
When Olivia got back to the room, Amanda was already out of the shower and had changed into light cotton shorts and a sports bra. Liv shrugged apologetically and tossed the info about food to her on the bed.
"No-go on the A/C. There's a pool though." She stopped at the bed long enough to grab her bag. "My turn in the shower, I guess."
Amanda nodded disinterestedly, perusing the menus as the brunette disappeared into the small bathroom.
.
.
The clock in the room was ticking past 1:30am. On the coffee table in front of the room's armchairs was a plate of mostly-eaten chicken nachos, and what was left of a six-pack of beer, still sweating condensation.
On the bed, the SVU detectives were also sweating, awake atop the bedclothes. Olivia was on her back, eyes to the ceiling, Rollins was on her side. They breathed the overwarm air and tried not to move too much, but neither could sleep. Amanda's tossing and turning was more irritating with every creak of the narrow mattress.
Tick -
Creak
Tock.
Always followed by the dying, strangled hum of the useless A/C.
This is it, this is how I'm going to lose my mind, Olivia decided.
Tick. Tock. Tick -
Creak.
"Amanda!" Liv snapped, "Can't you stay still for five minutes?!"
"I"m sorry!" the blonde whined, "I can't fucking sleep!"
Liv rolled her eyes. "I thought you grew up in the South? You must've had nights hotter than this."
"We slept out on the porch in the Summer."
"Be my guest and go sleep in the parking lot if you'll be more comfortable."
Amanda gave a surprised huff that was partway between amusement and annoyance. She leaned up on her elbows, shot Olivia a look, then rolled to her feet. "I'm going for a swim," she announced.
Liv's head turned on the pillow. "Amanda - it's nearly two AM."
"It's still almost 97 degrees! I can hardly breathe, I'm so hot," the blonde groaned. "Plus, I bought an expensive new bikini to wear at the hotel Dodds promised, and it's a damn crime for it to go to waste."
She crossed to her suitcase and unzipped it. "'Sides, you don't have to come. Stay here and melt, if you'll be more comfortable," she mocked.
Ten or so minutes later, both women slipped into the elevator, dressed in thin complimentary hotel robes, bikinis and sandals. In their robe pockets they had tucked cans of the warming beer from their earlier order.
On the main floor, they followed the signs to the door that lead to the pool and pushed outside into the thick, hot night air. The pool was somehow cleaner than their room, and they had it all to themselves. It rippled and beckoned under the starlight and the few florescent lamps that lit the tiled area around it.
Amanda stopped alongside a lounge chair and emptied her pockets of beer before she slipped off the robe. "What do you think?" she asked Liv, hands on hips.
Olivia swallowed dryly, glancing quickly at the bikini and then away. "Very nice," she murmured, busying herself with her own robe and cans. As Amanda walked away toward the pool's edge, Liv took another, more surreptitious look at the bathing suit. It was a dark green color, highlighted with square, gold rivets along the straps, the band under the bust, and along two split straps at the front of the bottom, which tied at each hip.
She popped open a beer and took a long pull from the can. I've seen underwear with more material than that entire suit, she mused. Her own suit looked conservative by comparison: a sporty black two-piece with boyshort bottoms ruched at the sides, and a crocheted, mesh high-neck top that covered her cleavage.
Amanda let out a loud, satisfied groan that startled Olivia out of her bikini thoughts, nearly dropping the drink in her hand.
"Oh my God that feels so good!" she cried. Blood rushed into Liv's face and groin simultaneously. "Hurry up and get in - and bring me a beer!" Rollins urged excitedly.
Olivia shed the last barrier between her bikini and Amanda's gaze, and grabbed two cans of beer. She leaned down to hand one to the blonde at the pool's edge.
"Thank you," Amanda said, and smiled genuinely for the first time since their plane touched down. It raised a relaxed twinkle to her blue eyes, and Liv stared until she caught herself.
She let herself down carefully on the tile and then scooted to the pool's edge, stretching her long legs into the water. Amanda was, of course, right - the water felt fantastic against the cloying heat - and Liv sighed with relief, letting her head fall back as her eyes closed.
The Southern blonde smirked and drank her beer, feeling more herself now that she wasn't sticky and uncomfortable. Setting her drink down, she plunged under the water and wet the rest of her body, kicking hard. When she split the surface, she was a few feet away from Olivia, who was still kicking her legs, watching.
"You didn't come all the way down to just sit on the sidelines, did ya?" Amanda teased.
"What, you wanna play Marco Polo?" the brunette tossed back, smiling as she raised her can to her lips.
"Don't make me drag you in here, City Girl!"
Liv set aside her drink and rolled her eyes, pushing her weight up and over the side with both hands against the concrete tile. The soothingly cool water ribboned over her warm skin, sending goosebumps racing in every direction.
"Better?" she grinned.
Amanda put a finger to her lips thoughtfully. "Mostly . . . " she drawled, "just - " Then she spread both arms wide and used them to scoop and splash water at Olivia, laughing.
Liv opened her eyes as the water settled, letting drops drip from her jawline and hair. "I'll make you regret that, Dixieland," she said calmly.
Rollins laughed and tipped backward into the water, kicking her feet and floating along the surface. Liv ducked under the water to finish cooling off, then swam back to the side for another drink. The dehydration from the heat was making the beer go to her head more than usual; she felt good, and she was enjoying Amanda's flirting.
"You'll have'ta find me, first!" Rollins giggled from behind Olivia.
Rolling her eyes, Liv swallowed what was in her mouth and replied, "Right, because the pool is soo - " she turned around to face the water, finding herself alone, " - big," she faltered. Scanning the pool she didn't see ripples or bubbles - no sign of the blonde mermaid.
Olivia shivered, partly from her lowering body temperature, and partly from the eerie silence of standing there in the water alone.
"Enough, Amanda," she called. "you're not funny." When there was still no response or sound, the brunette turned defiantly back to her beer. The quiet, early morning dark wasn't so peaceful, suddenly.
With absolutely no hint of movement or sound of warning, Amanda tunneled up out of the water behind Liv, the noise breaking the surface like rolling thunder as splashes rained down. Liv let out a gasping yelp as she startled, then Amanda's arms locked around her middle from behind.
"Marco Polo!" she shrieked in glee as she pulled Olivia underwater against her.
Sputtering, they broke the surface again together after just a beat, Amanda still holding tight. "Jesus, Rollins!" Liv coughed out, "You gave me a heart attack!"
They stilled as Liv caught her breath, heart pounding from being caught unawares. Slowly, the feeling of Amanda's wet body wrapped around her from behind began to register with her senses: their legs, sliding against each other, cool skin on skin, the press of hard nipples against her back where Amanda's wet suit pressed. It sparked another shiver, but this one went to Liv's center.
"I don't think that's how Marco Polo is played," Olivia murmured softly.
"Well, we didn't play it that much in Georgia," Amanda chuckled, her warm breath tickling the back of Liv's neck. Then, just as suddenly, she let her go.
Liv pushed away slightly, back to the side and the drink that had been interrupted. But her mind was buzzing about more than beer now, wondering if Amanda's flirting was purposeful, natural or beer-induced. She kept her eyes on the stone tile as the blonde floated over and resumed her own drink. Their bodies were unnervingly close. Liv's breathing shallowed as she bored a hole in the spot she focused on.
Then, Amanda's foot, sliding against Olivia's ankle. Too pointed to be an accident. Higher - the leg was slipping against calf. Underwater footsies, Liv mused, a little drunkenly. Still, she refused to turn her head, not wanting to break the tranquility.
Rollins drained the can she was holding, then set it poolside before shifting her body so that she was directly behind Liv again. Cool, wet lips pressed against the nape of Olivia's neck, and she drew in a ragged breath, held it.
The kiss warmed and went on, lips dragging over the water drops on the sensitive skin there until finally her tongue joined in. Liv's eyes closed, relaxing into the touch as she exhaled. Next there were fingers at the strings where her bikini top was tied, tugging slowly, gently, giving plenty of opportunity for the brunette to call the stops.
All of it felt too good, however, for stopping to enter Olivia's mind. The water, the touch, the buzz from the beer - it all beat an Extended Learning conference to hell and back.
Amanda pulled the ties away slowly, one side at a time, kissing and nibbling warmly over Liv's shoulders, while her legs continued to playfully rub and slip around and between Liv's underwater.
Liv felt a hand return to her middle, pressing firmly, while the other arm crossed her upper chest. Amanda tipped Liv's head to the side with wet fingers to the jawline, then licked the point of her tongue up the curve and pulled an earlobe into her mouth.
A moan escaped Olivia as she wriggled against the blonde's hold, turning in her arms. "You taste like salt and flowers," Rollins smirked, her voice thick and deep. It was all she got out before the brunette framed her face with dripping hands and kissed her mouth.
Her tongue was a shock of heat in comparison to her hands, and Amanda gave back everything she received, their kisses as deep and wet as the pool itself. The turning in her embrace had taken care of moving Liv's top out of the way, and Amanda could feel the brush of wet breasts as the brunette made out with her madly.
She fought to get her hands between their bodies, then the smooth weight of those same breasts filled her palms. The sensation sent a ripple of desire throbbing through her swollen center. Amanda's thumbs grazed over the hard peaks and it finally broke their kiss, Liv's head lolling back.
"Fuck," she hissed, spurring the blonde on to rub harder. When she couldn't take it any more, she pushed her hands under Amanda's arms and grasped the bottom of her bikini top, yanking it over her head.
Olivia ducked low, her mouth just as hungry for this as it had been for Amanda's tongue. One cold, dripping nipple, then the other rolled under the brunette's tongue and pebbled under the scrape of her teeth until Amanda was panting, fingers slipping in their search for purchase on Liv's shoulders.
Kicking her feet, she steered them back to the pool's side until she could leverage her weight to regain dominance. Amanda pushed her knee in between Liv's thighs and made contact with the place she wanted to touch most. Immediately, Olivia's head dipped to the blonde's shoulder, her breathing quickening. She turned so that her lips were just under her ear and breathed, "I want you to make me come."
Without a breath of hesitation, Amanda buoyed Liv's weight up with her hands spread on her outer thighs, and deposited the dark haired woman on the pool's edge. Both hands tugged on the bottoms Liv still had on, until they rolled down and were tossed to the tile with a wet splat.
Amanda pulled Olivia's ass flush to the edge and wrapped her arms around her tan thighs, then lowered her tongue to the dewy pink valley between. Her clit was swollen and aching, twitching as Amanda nosed over it and sucked it gently.
Impatient, Liv bucked her pelvis into every touch of Rollins' sweet mouth. "I'm so fucking wet, Amanda, please . . . "
"Patience is a virtue," Amanda grinned. "Guess they don't teach that in the city," she teased, running her tongue down and inside Olivia's dripping entrance with a moan. She brought two fingers into the mix, slipping then inside carefully, then rubbing firmly against the G-spot.
The normally restrained SVU detective was sprawled on the pool tile, propped on her arms with her head dropped back and her legs over the Southern blonde's shoulders. Mouth open, thighs quivering, Olivia could hear the roar of her blood rushing and the sound of Amanda's talented fingers fucking her blind.
"Oh God, Amanda . . . don't stop, please . . . don't - yes, fuck me fuck me . . . " she babbled, unsure if she was even coherent.
Rollins couldn't stop grinning as she sucked and fucked the trembling brunette with fervor.
"I'm going to - oh fuck, oh oh Amanda! Ungh I'm going to come!"
"Damn right you are," the blonde mumbled as she pulled her fingers out and replaced them with her tongue again. Olivia squeezed her thighs and rode her orgasm out on the thrust of Amanda's tongue, dripping hot juices.
Pleased with herself, she released her grip on Liv's thighs and cupped pool water in both her hands, dousing her face and hair to cool down. "God, you're fucking incredible," she grinned.
Liv let out a laugh. "You did all the work! Get up here, Amanda."
She did as told and joined her on the cool cement tile. Olivia liberated her from her bikini bottom, then straddled over her on all fours. Delighted to once again be presented with Liv's slick, pink pussy above her face, Amanda wasted no time in sliding her fingers back inside. She was distracted this time, however, by the long, gentle brush of Liv's own fingers, spreading her own pussy open.
"Fuck, look how wet you are," Liv praised, gathering the slickness on her fingertips and swirling them around the blonde's hard clit.
"Jesus!" Amanda cried, her hips quaking at the touch as she remembered to pick up her thrusts into Liv.
A greedy race to the finish line started as both women worked to make the other come first with fingers and tongues as the pool threw reflections of light and the stars winked down on them.
.
.
When they returned to their room, the morning was rushing toward dawn. Olivia opened the door and was startled to hear the hum of the now completely functional A/C unit.
"I'll be goddamned," Amanda drawled from over her shoulder.
Liv crossed to the unit and put her hands in front of it to make sure the air was cool. As she did so, Amanda found a new six-pack of cold beer on the coffee table. A post-it was stuck to the table beside the cans.
"Fixed your A/C, beer's on the house," Amanda read aloud to Liv, followed by, "But please feel free to enjoy another night swim anytime." She looked at Liv quizzically.
The front desk kid. Liv rolled her eyes and chuckled. "Oh, God."
"Good thing we ended up in the wrong place, after all," Amanda giggled, and pulled open another beer. "Cheers!"

Only Traitors Consort With The Damned. (Part Eleven)
The Lost Boys x reader
Warnings: gun violence, death, blood, injury
Context: Someone helps (Y/n) out of a sticky situation.
A/N: There is next to no interaction between the reader and the boys in this part, so I apologise, but at least we've got a new character. I hope you all enjoy this!😊💛

The gunshot rings clearly around the parking lot, the sound resonating in the walls, most likely carrying a long way. A cry of pain mingles with it, followed swiftly by a sharp intake of air that chokes off into a gargle as blood fills a wind pipe, a body falling to the floor.
My heart pounds in my ears, breathing coming heavily and unevenly as I open my eyes, my head snapping upright again, confusion rife in my mind. Instantly, I locate the body a few metres from us, blood spilling from a wound in the neck pooling around the limp figure, black-clad SRS Hunters gathering around them to see if there is any chance of revival. In this brief confusion, another gunshot tears the air, a body falling accordingly with a scream of pain, the others becoming more and more disorientated as they begin aiming their weapons around the area, aims unsure as they struggle to locate their targets. Elijah steps away from me to join them, handgun held up at eye level to improve his chances, though his grip is unsteady, clearly shaken.
Suddenly, the gun used to shoot the first two is switched into its automatic mode, bullets pelting the ground around us in a punishing efficiency, hitting more and more of the Hunters, screams soon filling the air as they collapse to their knees, the reek of blood starting to become horribly obvious in the air, the sound most likely drawing unwanted attention to the area. Panicked and confused, I can only watch as my former comrades are shot to pieces with a brutal accuracy, my eyes wide at the sight of them all writhing in agony, my face splattered with their blood, muscles frozen in place as I await the same fate, knowing that I can't move anyway, my knee completely shot out.
To the side, the vampires are forcing themselves to their feet, Dwayne and Paul helping Marko to his feet, shooting me one last look between them before they clear off, running for safety, as they should be. Vaguely, I clock that that will likely be the last time I see them, my mind too preoccupied with the sight of a huge figure emerging from a darkened alley, a smoking assault rifle held in one hand, a shotgun in the other, to care too much about that, terror flooding me.
Pushing myself forwards, I go to stand up, only to yelp in pain as my knee gives out, making me fall onto my face, my hands only just catching me, preventing me from cracking my already bruised head on the pavement, my eyes fixed on the rapidly approaching silhouette, my movements erratic and uncoordinated in my attempts to get away. Breathing heavily, I start to scramble upright, trying to pull myself back and away from the threat, my fingers becoming grazed and shredded from the rough surface beneath them, one of my hands reaching for a gun that has fallen nearby. Stretching out for it, I use all of the strength I can to drag myself closer to it, only to stop when I feel a pair of large hands on my waist flipping me over, grey eyes swiftly finding mine. At the sight of him, I let out a breath, finally taking in his appearance as I relax into his grip.
"Nico!" I gasp out in relief, smiling breathlessly up at the brunette werewolf towering over me.
"(Y/n)." He greets in response, grinning down at me in his usual, crooked way, the muscular man sitting back on his heels. In the harsh light from one streetlamp, his chiselled jaw and prominent brow are emphasised, his grey eyes bright and lively, bulging muscles flexing under his coat as he bends down and picks me up, cradling me bridal-style against his firm chest, the weapons slung over his shoulders as I wrap an arm around his neck. Standing back upright again, the German werewolf carries me away from the wreckage he has created, deftly kicking someone as they make a grab for their gun, sending them flying back from the sheer force of it.
"I didn't think you would actually come." I say to him as we walk, trying to fight off the pain in my body as he slips into the shadows of an alley.
"What's that supposed to mean?" He exclaims, pulling a face of mock offence, "When have I ever left you to fend for yourself?"
"That's not what I meant, Nico, and you know it. I meant that I'm surprised that you came to a town of vampires." I grin, slapping his chest playfully, still a little disorientated after the previous shootout.
"If you can trust them, then I can tolerate them." He shrugs, tightening his grip around me, "I couldn't just let you get killed, and from what I can see, my timing was perfect."
"You've always been one for theatrics." I roll my eyes mockingly.
"I have not! I just know how to make an entrance." He argues back, turning a corner to where a clearly stolen car is waiting, the windows smashed in and the paint scratched and dented.
"That you do." I muse, smiling up at him, glad that my old friend came to my aid.
Nico and I first met when I was on a hunt when I had just graduated into the SRS, a good few years ago now, when I was just sixteen. I was working as an apprentice of sorts, a Cadet as they called it, for one of the crueler sergeants that trained me, and we'd been sent to deal with a coven of necromancers who dealt in human sacrifice. Being the youngest, I wasn't allowed to do much, only wait outside the coven headquarters as the older Hunters went in to deal with the problem, leaving me defenceless and helpless, though I had no idea I was in danger until a knife lodged itself in my lower back, narrowly missing my spinal chord. A necromancer attacked me, nearly killing me until they were interrupted by the sudden onslaught of a snarling wolf the size of a large horse, it's amber eyes blazing in the night as it tore the necromancer to shreds. I remember looking away as their screams died out, only opening my eyes again when I felt a hand on my shoulder, at which point I came face-to-face with a hansome, tall, hugely muscular boy my own age, his grey eyes concerned for me as he offered me his help, knowing that I was injured. At first, I was sceptical, not quite trusting the boy towering over me, every instinct in my body telling me that a werewolf is not the kind of company to keep, but eventually I agreed, but only on the condition that he got dressed again, seeing as he was naked (a person's clothes are destroyed when they transform).
The next time I saw him, he was facing down with a pack of cryptids up on the Canadian border, the werewolf bleeding and injured as he tried to find a way out of the situation. As I was on my first solo hunt, I was able to help, shooting the cryptids as their backs were turned and offering him first aid back at my camp. Finding ourselves in good company with each other, we quickly became friends, often meeting up and helping each other out when necessary, pur friendship remaining a secret for both our sakes, knowing that a revelation of our knowledge of each other could be detrimental to either. As a lone wolf, he often states that he's targeted as an enemy, most werewolves choosing to remain in packs, but I've never met someone who can actually best him. I quickly learnt, however, that his choice of lifestyle was not one he chose: he was born a werewolf in South Germany, on the border between Bavaria and Austria, in the Alps, but was cast out at a young age due to his unnatural body structure and overwhelming strength. He was often on the run, and soon found his way to the west, where he has stayed ever since.
His friendship and trust is the reason I sent him a call for help in the first place.
"What're you thinking about?" The werewolf's voice cuts through my reverie, his eyes boring into me as he carefully starts manouvering me into the car.
"Oh, nothing." I respond, sitting back into my seat as I wait for him to climb into the drivers seat, feeling like I'm ready to pass out.
"You sure?" Nico teases, smirking as he awkwardly folds himself into the seat, starting the car and driving off, heading out of town.
"Very." I yawn, still smiling.
"I'd say you should get some sleep, but I'm not sure how good that will be for you, given that you have been shot." He worries, looking over at me as he pulls onto a deserted street.
"I could really use some, actually. I'm dead on my feet." I admit, stifling another yawn, "I might just risk it."
He hums, whether in disapproval or not is unclear, but says nothing, clearly thinking, for a few seconds.
"I guess I can probably get that sorted whilst you're asleep, but it might be difficult. You wanna risk that?" He offers, turning down another winding, darkened road.
"I think I'll take you up on the offer. Are we leaving town?"
"Yeah, it's for the best."
"Can we stop somewhere first? I need to collect my things."
"Sure, where?"
I look over at him, struggling to keep my eyes open.
"You know where Hudson's Bluff is, overlooking the point?"

Enjoy!
I can feel my face getting hot with anger. "Lyla, don't worry I have the perfect outfit! I brought it for myself, but it didn't suit me" She pulls out a red dress with a plunging neckline. "Zo, this is gorgeous are you sure?" she smiles "Of course, Lyla" "Thank you, Zoey! What would I do without you?" "Not dress half as well as you do?" she laughs.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
I roll over reaching for my phone to turn off my alarm and I realize it's the day of the Gala.  I jump out of bed and into the shower.
Later me and Zoey are getting ready for the Gala, I decide on an updo, I'm just finishing up my make up when Gizmo jumps on /my lap. "Hey buddy, I wish I could take you tonight but I don't think dogs are allowed sorry" Zoey walks into my room.
"Ready?" "Yes!" I put Gizmo on the floor. "See you later boy!" I follow Zoey out to the limo as soon as we get in she opens the champagne and pours us both a glass. "To my girl winning the person to watch award!" we clink glasses.
We pull up outside the Gala to flashing cameras, we step out blinded "Come on, Lyla strike a pose!" I let them take a few photos before heading inside.
I spot Penelope and Taylor talking "Hey Lyla, Are you ready to dethrone Poppy?" Taylor asks I smile at her "Born ready!" "I can't wait to see the look on her face!" Penelope says.
I laugh the music starts Taylor wonders over to Benedict, they make their way to the dance floor "Aren't they cute" Penelope says "Yeah adorable!" "Penelope, would you like to dance?" Michael asks as he appears in front of us. She drags him to the dance floor, then I feel a presence behind me and I turn to find Ian inches away from me.
He smiles "Lyla, may I have this dance?" "Professor, I would love to but what would people say?" "To be honest, I don't care!" Wow, he's truly broken the barrier he put up between us. "Well in that case, I would love to" He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor.
I can see Poppy eyeing us up, but I don't care she has no proof. He places a hand on my lower back and his other hand takes mine, and we start to sway. He smiles at me "Lyla, you look stunning tonight!" I smile "Thank you, Ian. Well, we are paying compliments to each other I guess now is the perfect time to tell you that you look hot in that suit! It makes me want to rip off your clothes right here." His eyes darken.
"Lyla, you shouldn't say stuff like that!" I laugh, "Why? It's so much fun!" his lips brush my ear "As fun as me telling you that I want to take you back to my office and have a replay of yesterday?" I swallow hard (Ok, it's definitely not fun to tease!) "Well, I'd like nothing more Professor!" I wink.
The music changes to something more upbeat. Ian spins me, takes both my hands and moves us to the beat. "Wow, I didn't know you had moves like this, Ian!" he laughs a laugh, I've never heard before, "Neither did I," He spins me again but back into him, he holds me tightly against him and I feel his chest on my back.
I feel his breath on my neck close to my ear "Lyla, I know your going to win tonight and there is something I need to tell you" "What is it?" "Lyla, I....." the music stops and Dean Steinhelm comes over the speaker. "Ladies and gentlemen, if you can please take your seats we will announce the  winner of the Person to watch award!" I turn in his arms.
"Ian, what were you going to say?" he gives me a weak smile "Another time, Lyla. We better go back to our seats" "Ok, thanks for the dance Ian" he nods.
We make our way back to our seat before the dean speaks again. "There are so many talented young people here tonight. Each shine in their own light! It gives me great pleasure to announce the person to watch award goes to...............Ms. Lyla Hughes!" "Oh my god, Lyla Well done!" Zoey tells me.
I stand and make my way to the front while everyone is clapping. Dean Steinhelm welcomes me onto the stage, once I get to her, she smiles and congratulates me before handing the award and gestures me to make a speech.
I'm so nervous I kinda fumble my speech, but I thank who I need to. I make my way off the stage when I catch his eyes from across the room, he smiles and winks then makes his way towards the exit. The music starts up again everyone makes their way back onto the dance floor.
I look around the room no one is looking in my direction, I head for the door I saw Ian leave through. I walk through and see Ian waiting for me, he smiles "Congratulations, Lyla!" "Thanks, Ian!" I walk towards him and he cups my face.
"Are you going to congratulate me in another way?" His eyes widen and he swallows hard. "Yes, but not here," he takes my hand, and we make our way to the car park where Ian's car is parked.
20 Minutes later we pull up outside an apartment building, we get out, "Ian, where are we?" He smiles "My place" "Oh, you've never brought me here before," he takes my hand again. "I know, but I wanted to take you somewhere we wouldn't be interrupted" he leads me into the building, and we take the elevator.
It opens on the 3rd floor, we walk down the hall and get to a door when he pulls out his keys and unlocks the door. We step inside the apartment it is very Ian! I follow him into the living room, he grabs a bottle and 2 glasses from his mini bar in the corner, and we both take a seat on the couch.
He opens the bottle, pours us both a glass and hands me one. "Cheers, to you Lyla. The person to watch!" I smile at him and his eyes sparkle in the light. "Thank you again, Ian. Also, what was it you were going to tell me another time earlier?" he's gone shy.
His tongue parts my lips and swirls with mine "Hmmm Ian!" his hand cups my breast he squeezes lightly. Mine reach for the buttons on his suit jacket and begin to undo them. His hand move towards my back, I can feel him searching then he finds his goal and pulls down the zipper on my dress.
"Ian, what's wrong?" he smiles "Nothing, quite the opposite" he takes a sip of his wine before turning back to me, he takes a deep breath "Lyla, I love you" (OH MY GOD! Did he just...wow) "Ian, I....I love you too!" his face lights up before I know it his hand is tangled in my hair and his lips are on mine.
His lips never leave mine as I feel him pull the straps down off my shoulder. "Lyla, I've wanted to get you by yourself all evening!" he whispers against my lips. I smile "Why is that, Ian?" in one swift movement he picks me up into a bridal carry and starts walking towards what I guess is the bedroom.
He kicks open the door, I can't help giggle "Ian!!" he puts me down, and we stand next to the bed. He pulls down the rest of my dress, it falls to the floor I'm standing there in just my underwear he pulls me to him and I unbutton his shirt as his lips begin to caress my neck and I let my head fall back giving him more access.
His hands begin to explore my body starting with my breast, he pinches my hardened nipple I moan. I finally pull off his shirt, I run my hands over arms, his chest and down to his abs, my hand brushes against his hard member in his trousers.
I feel him nip my ear"Lyla, get on the bed"  I do as I'm told, he takes off my killer heels then walks over to a draw opens it and pulls out a tie. "What are you planning on doing with that, Professor?" he walks over to the bed with a mischievous grin he climbs on to it, he hovers over me and his hand wraps around me helping me further up the bed.
He takes both my wrists and places the above my head, then begins to restrain me with his tie and ties me to the bed frame. "Is this how you want me? At your mercy?" his eyes light up and his lips met mine, he pulls away a little trapping my lip between his teeth before letting go. He whispers against my ear "Yes, I want to tease you until you can't take anymore. Just like you have been doing to me since we met!" his words give me flutters.
He kisses my neck again trailing down to my breast, he takes my nipple into his mouth and flicks his tongue over it"Ohhh...wow!" he moves again nipping my tummy as he heads south, he trails kisses to the inside of my thigh.
He pulls my underwear aside, I'm anticipating his next move, but he lets go and continues kissing down my leg "Argh! Ian that is teasing!" I hear a small laugh,"I know, Lyla!" he moves back up my leg I expect him to move pass my centre to meet my lips, but suddenly I feel him moving my underwear again and I feel his tongue laps my centre "God, yes just like that! Fuck Ian!"  his tongue slips inside me.
He stops "What? No, don't stop!"  I look down, he grins at me then his hands pull down my underwear, and he tosses them to the side. He brings my legs up and his head dives between them again, this time he's more urgent which makes me arch off the bed. He hits the right spot I don't think I can hold on any longer.
"Ian...YES!" I fall over the edge he comes up and places himself between my legs. I try to touch him, but I'm still tied up, he looks down at me with a smirk "Sorry, that isn't coming off just yet!"  I huff when he starts to grind against me (I need friction, I need him inside me) "Ian..I need you" he's still smirking.
His lips meet mine, he kisses me passionately as he grinds against me harder. I can feel him through his trouser, I want him now and I know he wants me to. It isn't long before he pulls off his trousers and boxers.
He brushes against my centre then his length enters me slowly to start with then his pace becomes urgent "God, Lyla!" "Ohhh harder, Ian!" his thrusts speed up, he grabs the headboard which makes him go deeper and I wrap my legs round him. I buck my hips up to match his rhythm, but our moans are muffled by our kiss.
His thrust becomes so rough the bed moves and hits the wall, Ian pulls away and smirks "Good job my neighbors are away!" "So, we can be as loud as we like huh?"  he smiles then while he's still thrusting into me, he unties me and flips me.
He pulls me onto my knees, spreads my legs a little, then enters me from behind as his hand makes it's way to the front of me, and he circles my button. With each thrust he goes deeper "Ian, I'm goi.....Ohhhh YES!!" I'm spent and Ian isn't far behind "Fuck...LYLA!" we collapse onto the bed next to each other.
He rolls onto his side and strokes my face "I love you, Lyla" I smile, "I love you too, Ian Kingsley!" he pulls me on top of him and kisses me. I can feel him stiffen against me, I start to grind against it, he pulls away "Round 2?" I smile before leaning in to kiss him again.
Bzzzzzt Bzzzzt Bzzzzzzzzzzt!
The sun beams through the window I feel Ian's arm wrapped around me. Then I hear it again.
Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzt Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt!
I nudge Ian "Ian, I think someone is at the door," he stirs and looks at the time it 10.06am. He gets off the bed and puts on his boxers. "Lyla, stay here," he leaves the room and I hear the front door open. I know that voice what is she doing here! I hear Ian asking her the same question "Lexi, why are you doing here?"

Puppy Love - Part 2
Read previous parts here
pairing: idol!Taehyung x female reader
warnings: none.
Tumblr media
I tried not to think too much about the handsome man and his dog that stumbled their way into my morning, but that was easier said than done.
I didn’t want to text him right away, maybe Ill just wait and let him text me first? However that didn’t stop me from glancing at my phone every chance I could through out the day, to see if he had messaged.
It was later on in the evening, the day I had met Taehyung, that my phone pinged. I reached forward from the couch grabbing it off my coffee table so fast that Kanna jolted up in alarm, only to lay her head back down in front of the heater when she realised it was nothing, as if rolling her eyes.
His name read across my screen, the subject of the message only reading Attached: 1 Image. I unlocked my phone and immediately laughed when I saw what he had sent.
Tumblr media
Y/N: Awww 😍 what perfect company 😊
T: He’s not much for conversation though!
Y/N: Hahah more of a listener?
T: When he feels like it 😂 he knows all my darkest secrets though.. 😳
Before I had the chance to flirt back, I noticed Taehyung was typing again.
T: It was really nice meeting you today, I’m sorry I had to run off so suddenly 😔
Y/N: Don’t be! It was lovely to meet you too 😊 I hope you weren’t late for anything..
T: No, all good! But I did mean what I said about catching up again. I know this really nice park, that’s not too far from that cafe. Kanna and Tannie could have a proper play!
Y/N: That sounds great! I would love to 😊
T: How does tomorrow sound?
Y/N: I don’t work Sundays, so tomorrow sounds perfect!
T: Great! Shall we meet at the same spot? 11?
Y/N: 11 it is 👍🏻
T: I gotta run 😔 but I’m really looking forward to tomorrow, Y/N
T: 😘
Even as a grown adult, I could help smile to myself as butterflies formed in my stomach at the sight of the emoji he had sent.
Y/N: Me too, Taehyung x
                                                        ***
I woke up early the next morning to give myself plenty of time to stress about what I would wear. I spent at least an hour in front of my mirror trying to match tops with boots, and dresses with hats. I didn’t want to look over the top dressed, we were going to a park after all, but I still wanted to look eye catching.
And was this even a date?
Thankfully, the sun was out for today, so I decided to go for a floral dress and denim jacket, and a pair of sandals. After applying a light amount of make up, I clipped Kana’s lead on and began the walk to the cafe.
I couldn’t ignore the nerves in my stomach that seemed to became more aggressive the closer we got to the cafe. We turned the corner and there he was, sitting on an outdoor bench teasing Yeontan as he sat on his lap.
He looked up innocently with big doe eyes only for them to crinkle at the corners when he smiled, realising we were here.
“Y/N” he beamed, allowing his dog to hop off his lap and greet mine.
“Hi Taehyung” I smiled.
“You look lovely, by the way”
“Oh, thank you. It’s nice that the suns out today!”
He dressed a lot more relaxed than he did the previous day. He wore a loosely fit white shirt, tucked into a belted pair of beige pants.
Taehyung nodded “shall we start walking?” He asked
“I must say” I added as we made our way to the park “you certainly know how to dress well”
He looked down at his ensemble “Thank you! I guess I’ve always found fashion to be a great form of self expression” he seemed shy at his statement.
“That’s wonderful! I’m not very brave when it comes to fashion, you’ll have to help me out there” I laughed.
I felt his eyes land on me, making me meet them as he smiled.
After walking for around five minutes Taehyung enthusiastically announced we had arrived. He let Yeontan off his leash, promoting me to do the same. Leading me over to a wooden bench under a tree, we watched our dogs play and investigate the area.
“They get on so well” Taehyung laughed.
“They do! I guess it would be awkward if they didn’t” I laughed in reply.
“Well, I’d have to have a stern word to my dog. Cause I’d still want to see you.”
I looked up to meet his eyes, his pink lips were curved into a soft smile. For the first time in my life, I actually felt comfortable with this lingering eye contact. He made me feel.. safe.
“So Y/N?” His voice would have startled me if it wasn’t so calming “what brings you all the way to Seoul?”
Taehyung was so easy to talk to, and was such a good listener. He looked deeply into my eyes, listening intently to everything I told him. The only time we broke conversation was to look out in front of us, making sure our dogs were okay.
I told him about my job working with animals, which made him very excited as he told me how much he loved animals himself. I learnt he was only a year younger than me, which was surprising as he presented himself with such confidence and maturity. I even found myself telling him (this still kind of a stranger) how I just needed to leave Y/Country and start a life for myself.
“I think that’s wonderful. I’m sure it was a scary thing for you to do, but you needed to! And look where you are now” he grinned.
I laughed at his enthusiasm, but noticed the wisdom behind his words.
“What about you? Are you working?” I asked “Or studying”
He didn’t answer right away, his brows slightly furrowed together as if deciding how to answer. He then quickly looked back up and smiled, and simply said “I sing.”
“Wow, really? That’s really cool!”
I couldn’t help but notice the faint shade of pink appearing on his sun-kissed cheeks.
“How long have you done that for?” I asked. For some reason, I felt he didn’t want to go into too much detail.
“I guess you could say it’s been my job for about 7 years. But I’ve always sung”
I didn’t want to make him uncomfortable so I simply smiled “well.. I hope I can hear you sing one day.”
There was that cheeky grin again!
My eyes averted to the ground behind Taehyung to see Kana and Yeontan curled up together, clearly exhausted form running around.
Taehyung chucked as he followed my eyesight “looks like they’ve worn themselves out!”
“We should probably get them home” I suggested, as much as I didn’t want to leave we had been out for a fair few hours now.
“Come on, I’ll walk you home” he offered as he stood up, holding his hand out towards me.
                                                       ***
I had never felt so disappointed to see my apartment building. I slowed my walking to stop in front of the buildings entrance, causing Taehyung to do the same.
“This is me” I smiled “thanks for walking us home, even though you didn’t have to.”
“It was our pleasure, wasn’t it Tan!” He bounced the little dog in his arm, before putting him down on the footpath.
I shuffled awkwardly between my feet.
“Y/N?”
“Yeah?”
“I really enjoyed taking our dogs out today - “
I nodded in agreement, smiling.
“- But if you’ll let me, I’d like to take you out for a really nice meal. Just the two of us this time!” he laughed, and I couldn’t help but notice the nerves his voice carried.
“I would really like that!”
His boxy smile appeared once again, highlighting how cute he was. “Okay! Um.. I’ll have to check my schedule for next week, so text me what day suits you and we’ll organise something.”
“I will” I nodded.
Taehyung then glanced behind him, before turning back towards me shyly. “You have a good night, okay.”
“Thanks, you too. And thank you for today, we had a wonderful time” I said glancing down at my dog patiently waiting next to me.
I then felt myself enveloped in Taehyung’s hug. His arms were wrapped tightly around me, my head only just reaching his shoulders. My arms came to rest around his waist, as I took in his delicate scent. His hug was sincere, and ended far too quickly for my liking.
                                                      ***
As I laid down in bed that night, I unlocked my phone and opened up the internet. Curiosity had got the best of me.
He said singing was his job for a while now. Surely he was a little well known then.
I typed in Kim Taehyung, shocked at the search that came up.
BTS? I've definitely heard that around the internet before?
The more I searched, the more I discovered how popular he was, going by the stage name, V. I could tell by the way he was dressed when we first met that he wasn’t short on money, but I could never imagine he would be a world famous performer..
And yet, he never mentioned it?
I closed my phone, feeling guilty. Maybe I shouldn’t have searched? There was obviously a reason why he didn’t want to tell me straight away. He probably wanted to tell me in his own time.
And I would let him.
I placed my phone on charge and rolled over onto my pillow, letting my mind replay the lovely day I had. Not with V, a member of a famous South Korean boy band.
But with Taehyung. The sweet, handsome boy with the cheeky smile, who’s hand fit in mind perfectly.
