#seems like #want #/cp #/copypasta #mine #i feel like other than being Very nosy and overly educated im the ideal patient #like im so eager to engage w treatment #compliance based medicine #medical compliance #am i autistic? am i a rule follower? do i have a praise kink? pretty much !!! #adhd #just saw a dietitian for the first time and she was LOVELY #I'm just like constantly excited #i love rules and guidelines #like i Want to feel better so i Will follow them and in fact please give me structure #i have the will but not the way so to speak lmao #dietetics #chronically ill #spoonie #actually disabled #disability #also tho #compliance is NOT...it...like i do not like compliance based medicine #at all #care should be collaborative #and im all into this bc the practictioner worked With Me to make these guidelines/goals #she is supporting me not controlling me and thats how it should be #it can be frustrating when it people don't to get better #but autonomy is a right lets not moralize poor health #in the field ur actually taught to move AWAY from compliance language (at least in health coms) but i cant rmr the other terms rn
