I figured I might as well show off both of these Levi’s I drew a while ago (one in 2023, one earlier this year) I’m still really proud of how far my rendering skills have come since I first began, even if I feel like I could do better.

I swear to God, in those horrible 20 minutes (regarding my emotions, not the plot) in which Jump has been "dead", not only did I took a speedrun through the five stages of grief, but I've also drafted at least three fix-it fics where he lives and survives and gets a nice life with a dog and everything.

I don't give a shit if I'm alone in this, I don't know where and when exactly it started, but I'm 100% protective of this sweet guy, and I would have lost all my shit if he really had just been killed like that. Let him hug his mama and get a nice life, GODDAMN IT!

Actually the ferryman/Gabriel thing is unironically so amazing and funny, because it's like. The end of the world happened and I nearly drowned but then this hot angel appeared and saved me. I am going to put up statues and paintings of him holding me and a fucking hologram of him around my ship. Everyone who walks through here will immediately understand that something LGBT is happening here.

It's also sort of sad, because this is all just a window into the past. An idealized, perfect version of Gabriel, captured within stone and walls and colors, immortalized in its act of heroism, while the real Gabriel, the current one, is left to die somewhere in the depths of hell, having just now realized the true weight of the atrocities he has committed.

I think it's safe to presume that the ferryman's ship is resting at the bottom of Wrath, slowly wasting away, and all those memories of Gabriel will slowly disappear along with it.

I have so many thoughts on him but I don't know how to put them into words.
