Sometimes especially in the summer though I will have periods of time #that are listless like that. I am under low level phyiscal stress for months at a time due to summer heat so I guess it makes sense #that would eventually take a toll. I just have SO MANY THINGS I WANT TO DO!!!!! AAUUGhhh #I also came up with a new idea for a game that is so so cool and I wish I could make it but I have to finish the other one first lol #which I will NEVER do. if I spend all day just sleepy unfocused barely able to do anything #I also really need to sell some clothes and sculptures because I'll probably have to buy a new computer soon so I need money. (plus still #recovering the costs of having to euthanize my other cat.. wehh) There's nothing clearly wrong with it right now but it's getting gradually #slower and there's more weird glitches happening randomly and idk.. just weird things that make me think 'hmm... bad.. possibly.'#ANYWAY... I just have so much to do that I both REALLY want or need to do - so it's perpetually frustrating that I just can't for whatever #reason like. Time is always mving forward. every day I waste is a wasted day. The year is already almost half over. I havent finished #any of the projects I wanted to .. and there's only more and more things to do each day. It's overwhelming and stinky #and thats not even considering having to do all of my tasks also with the background noise of economic inequality. everything increasingly #going into an even scarier political direction. active climate change crisis. pandemic that still exists and is insane to act otherwise. et #etc. HOW am I supposed to solo make two whole games . write 3 book series. finish sculptures. do costumes. make outfits. game videos. make #stable network of social connections. do my little side crafts. take care of myself and cats. pay rent. manage health issues. keep a routin #.try to make some sort of money. go to doctors appointments. handle regular maintenance like cleaning and cooking and self care #and buying new plates when old ones break or etc. make sure to do other things like backup my computer data regularly. do shopping lists.#take care of plants. pursue like 6 different academic interests. do the other side side projects I have for fun (like music or carving avoc #ado pits). eat in a healthy way thats okay for my Special Health Issue diet. exercise so i don't die early. etc. etc. etc. AND all while it #82F in my apartment all the time and I have tiny income and also need to move to another country/climate somehow??? lol......#ANYWAY.. ..very frustrated today over my chronic Tired Sleepy.. time for Cat Photos - which cure all of life's ailments lol

I’d heard that all three endings made it clear that aloy was in fact a gay disaster over seyka regardless of your choice, but I hadn’t seen them yet. so naturally when I finished burning shores on ultra hard tonight (go me!), I recorded all three of them.

“I’m not ready for this” (brain) starts at 1:55, “this is too much for me” (fist) starts at 4:12, and “yes, I do” (heart) starts at 6:15

my gay thoughts:

I was not prepared for the “I’m not ready for this” option to be even gayer than the heart/kiss option, but she managed it!!! even the “this is too much for me” scene was, in fact, very gay. I was Not misled.

just prior to the hug in the "I’m not ready for this” scene, when seyka says “I’ll miss you, aloy,” they’re standing pretty close and seyka seems to be thinking about getting that bittersweet smooch anyway:

goodness gracious i have had NO time for any actual pieces ever since the last one. maybe for the better i need to recover because there's some prompts coming up that i'm REAL excited for,,, but alas you just get scanned pen doodles for now

way before this month i actually had ideas for an armada OC (surprised i went this long without making one, tbh) that was, for whatever reason, not tied to the armada at all and was just off doing their own thing, either being unaware of their affiliation (which is what i ultimately went with for this fellow) or renouncing it entirely.

this guy just kinda wrote themself as i was concepting them because i tried to cover a mistake on the mask and was like "oh wait i could just put a really big hole there. hm" so what i've ended up with is a former marine (kind of, i based their first outfit on the in-game marines) that, somehow, got so busted up that they don't even realize they're a machine, and are now just trying to... live life, i guess. i dunno. i really like how they came out though. even if that first outfit was a nightmare to draw abhjgebjheg

anyway i watched the gameplay and my brain is freshly fucked up so here, some more drip fed info on my au (no new art sorry ;-;)

Boss list in order (?*) *Hesitantly 'in order' because i might change some stuff later

"The Martyr" - Takes place in a house that had been torn apart and restructured into some kind of temple.

"The Prisoner" - Suspended prison ship with water leaking from somewhere all over the place.

"The Captor" - The source of all remaining children. Seems to have started as a nursery but is now ruled by a twisted creature.

"The Puppeteer" - An abandoned mansion on the hill that seems to only be home to one.

"The Butcher" - The place for ingredients only the fat and wealthy can afford. Or a place the fat and wealthy wind up after being fed.

"The Judge" - The last house of justice. If justice is the right word. It's more of an auction house. Current case: child custody.

"[Name tbd]" - [also tbd. this boss is the last one i have to figure out ;-; logistics and themes are hard for this particular boss] It's hiding something important.

"The Spider" - What actually exists in the tower? What kind of monsters live in its rooms? Every house has its pests, this one is determined to stay.
