As easy as pie - fish pie 🐟💙 . 🍽 recipe: Choose seafood, fish of your choice. How pretty are these boiled Papa Púrpura?! 💜 . According to my research, these purple/blue potatoes originate from a tuber plant native to the Andes mountain region in South America. The purple potato, in particular, is thought to be native to the lake Titicaca region within the high plains and mountain slopes of Peru and Bolivia. I also found out that, purple potatoes are chock-full of anthocyanins, which are a type of antioxidant that has been shown to reduce the risk of several chronic diseases. .
