Where Amity has been near abandoned for years, untouched and unaged if not for the destruction from long ago, when (GIW, Ecto-Contamination, the Portal, Whatever or Whoever) demolished it.

Of course nowadays it's long forgotten, a city laid to ruin, slipping from the minds of those that left. Until someone finds it again, and finds a place of forgotten dreams, the living dead, and a towering figure cloaked in red with a large needle-esque weapon to their neck.

A little note on the Shade Form of Ghost: this form can either be changed willingly or by some kind of damage protection ability. Its type changes from dark/bug (or bug/dark) to ghost/dark.

Inspired by the anonymous “Omori Characters in Hollow Knight submission I saw on @mikkokomori’s Tumblr!

The list the anonymous gave had Sunny as a “Japanese Purple Emperor/ Vessel” so I split it between both Sunny and Omori. Sunny being the butterfly and Omori being the Vessel!

(Which is very in character for not just Omori but for the vessels in HK since they were made with the purpose of being emotionless :D)

Hope I delivered in these two, a happy belated birthday to Sunny and Omori, and the others will soon come ^^

 Imagine a Hollow Knight inspired AU. Everyone is bugs, with magic or weapons or both. 

Gotham I wanna say gives off a deepnest vibe, mixed with a lot of void because the place has been cursed so many times, is built on top of a lazarus pit, and has had a door to hell opened at least two separate times just in Arkham. Metropolis is probably more in line with the surface, seeing as it’s so bright and sunny. Like the city of tears if it was built above ground instead of under a lake. 

 Now while I’m not sure what everyone would be, I like to think that Jason revives as something similar to a bug of the grimmtroupe. Maybe he’s let go, maybe the batfam have to rescue him and help return his better memories. Honestly up to the writer. Speaking of the batfam, Cass is definitely something like a butterfly- actually they might all be butterflies or similar creatures. Long cloaks and perfect for their Wayne/civilian personas, perhaps with a bit of vessel inspiration as well. Look, they deserve shadow powers. 

 The flashfam are some sort of crickets with lightning-shaped antennae, because those things are energetic little things that are constantly chirping. Plus they’re incredibly quick too. 

 Wonder woman is definitely some sort of beetle forged from clay and brought to life by magic, an heir and guardian all rolled into one. Just to name a few ideas of course, it’d all be up to the writer and what you all think. 

If DP crossover, I mean, ghosts as shades made via void would work well, no? And Halfas would be bugs corrupted by void into vessels, similar to the Hollow Knight or the player character (who is named Ghost so what d’ya know lol) Also Tucker as a scarab beetle would be so fun, no one can convince me otherwise

The cars are approaching to the starting line...

First is the Turbo Ocean, driven by Octodad.

Next is Shovel Knight and The Knight in the Shield Wagon.

Maneuvering for position is the Pizza Surplus Special.

Right behind is the Angry Birds, in their Egg-Bird Bomb.

And here's ingenious inventor, Engineer in his Convert-a-Sentry.

Oh and here's the lovely Ms. Chalice, the glamour gal of the gas pedal.

Next we have the Dynamite Mobile with the dynamite duos, Anton and Annie.

Lurching along is the Creepy Spook with Spooky and Golden Freddy.

And right on their tail is Annalynn.

And here's the Celeste Mt. Chugga-Bug with Theo and Madeline.

Sneaking along the last is the Bone Machine with those double dealing do-badders, Papyrus and Sans.

And even now they're up some dirty trick, and they're off! ....To a standing start. And why not? They're been chained to a post by shifty Papyrus, who shifts into the wrong gear.

Oh look! More Hollow Knight characters as Pokémon!

For cute, little Myla, she is fairy/steel. I also imagined her using song-based moves. And with her being a miner, I added her little miner pic as her little claws! A really cute design.

For Quirrel, I went a little off course- mostly out of losing motivation and clawing for new ideas. But it’s mostly based off of Quirrel’s design for Mer AUs. Quirrel is rock/water.

Then there’s the Radiance! Obviously, a bird, and I’m really proud with her simple design! She is fire/flying, and reminds me of Moltres a teeny bit. She seems like an ordinary legendary, which I really like.
