Weightloss help!!
I鈥檓 going to try and lose 50 pounds in two weeks, I know it鈥檚 crazy but I will do my best. 鈥∕y friend is leaving for a bit and I want to look completely different when they鈥檙e back. 鈥↖鈥檓 going to work myself hard. I鈥檒l drink a lot of water and green tea, 鈥═ake pills, 鈥―rink ACV, 鈥∣nly eat fruits/veggies/chicken/eggs, 鈥═ake the dog for a walk in the morning, 鈥╓alk to work (about an hour walk), 鈥╓alk home, 鈥═hen take the dog for a walk when I鈥檓 home,鈥═hen go to the gym and lift weights,鈥═hen when I鈥檓 home work out on my elliptical while I watch tv,鈥⊿leep well at night I鈥檓 going to work myself hard for two straight weeks. 鈥ˋny tips? Tricks? 鈥↖鈥檒l take any help I can. Please I want to lose as much weight as possible, I don鈥檛 care if it鈥檚 unhealthy, I鈥檓 willing to not eat at this point but my metabolism sucks as it is so starving myself would only make my body gain it all back in the end. Please help me, motivate me, anything!!

I really need help guys, Idk what to do at this point :-(
I have a question about the "eat fewer calories than your body needs" advice that I keep reading everywhere. For the past 11 months I've been eating anywhere from 1200 to 1500 calories per day. I now find out that since I weigh 195lbs (started even heavier at 237lbs) , 5"9 the amount of calories that is needed to maintain my body weight is approximately 195x15 =2925 calories. I have been eating significantly less than that for several months and at 1500 calories, I cannot afford to cut 500 calories which is what every article suggests that we do in order to lose fat. I do cardio and weight training and I always vary/intensify my program. I've been stuck at this weight for at least 3 months and I don't know what to do. Please help :-(
