I think I might have a cat?

#he loves me so much that when he heard me light up out my window he came running to sit beneath #and kept meowing at me and then looking at the door 1 story below me. Yes Baby I Know U Want In But U Have Fleas #anyway i have to take him to the vet but he seemed semiferal when i met him a while back and now that ive earned his trust he hangs around #like literally all day. so i doubt he was a wanted kitten if he was in fact owned at some point #and i also have to ask my grandma if i can keep him while im staying with her lol #scout talks high #yes im smoking out my bedroom window at 4am dont judge me i couldnt sleep

my therapist basically told me to find more shit that brings me joy (especially sensory things) and incorporate it into my life so im not in a constant semi-dissociated state (bc brain will eventually realize that being embodied isnt actually pain and suffering all the time anymore). so that basically means i have to buy more perfume right? thats what that means ive decided.

Sansa had a great time visiting my parents’ for Christmas, everyone loved her so much and she was so calm and content the entire time. we especially did great in the car and she was so unbothered!

totally comfy with the travel home and the dogs, and we took a nap together this morning and she cuddled right in! so happy with her this whole trip, everyone was so enchanted by her and she wasn’t stressed at all 💙

#shhh sharkie #Sansa tiel #cockatiel #bird blogging #every time i’m so worried about her but she’s proven herself to be like #the most adaptable bird ever. she gets scared by new stuff but is never overwhelmed #and is so easy to calm down. like she knows i’m safe and when she wasn’t sure about other ppl she’d just come back to me #i don’t have her on the bed at home home cause the living room is her room there #but her cage was in my bedroom when i was in CT so like. that’s where i’m hanging out.#and i had her out but then i was laying down and tired and she just. snuggled right up. so we had a light nap together. it was lovely.#anyway this whole trip has made me a lot more confident for like her entire future #whether she comes with me or stays with someone else when i travel #she’s clearly very comfortable and/or just not super bothered by the whole process #did need to go to bed like. as soon as we got home. but tbf majority of our drive ended up post-sunset #so she just needed to sleep she’d already been in the dark for a couple hours #ugh anyway tldr i have the best lil bird in the world and i love her so much

ONCE AGAIN, THE SEXY CHURCH APARTMENT HAS GIVEN ME A GREAT BOUNTY!

My Dad came over today and we finally cleaned out the sexy mezzanine in my bedroom ('twas very sexy but also very dusty, now is just sexi B) ). This involved getting down a load of MYSTERIOUS ITEMS and testing them to see if they were TREASURE!

All of the items worked! Even the remote control for the MASSIVE TV and some battery powered fairy lights! We also found two good lamps and a rug that shall adorn The Hole :D

#THE SEXY CHURCH APARTMENT GIVETH #personal #FREE STUFF FREE STUFF #I also liberated a lovely clothes rail from there when I first moved in #yes it is technically the landlord's stuff (or previous tenant's?) but he has already been to pick up his coffee table #and offered to sell me all the bedroom furniture for £100 when we eventually buy the place #so far that's...#a massive double chest of drawers (as in three big ass drawers on either side)#a tall wardrobe with a huge mirror on the front #two bedside tables with three drawers each #a bed with a mattress and big thick mattress topper thing (?) that basically feels like another mattress #two lamps (one floor lamp one table lamp)#a big ol' TV #fairy lights #an adjustable clothes rail #a rug #one of those hanging fabric storage thingies you get from Ikea #some cushions #and a string of fairy lights #oh #and a big pole to open the skylights!#it has a hook on the end :)#I think that's it #still #a lot of stuff #today we also moved up my sexy gothic arch antique dressing table and my cute cosy bookcase!#so now it feels much more complete <3
