there is a LOT of stuff out of bounds in the meridian area of the map! i wanted to compare some spots that exist in both games, but it's kinda long so there are timestamps if you want to skip around - the estate near the end is the most interesting imo :)

the map was clearly copy/pasted but there are updated and missing textures (and ones that weren't updated that say they need to be haha) - was this the start of the rumored hzd remaster? or are the assets just ones that happen to exist in both games and were carried over because we get close to them in the "legal" area of the spire? and it's a small itty bitty thing that will be in a future video, but there's something i came across that definitely doesn't exist anywhere in hfw's map that i remember... (spoiler: it's banuk T_T)

to be quite honest i think they should have saved the crystal pool cutscene thing for the epilogue as well. i mean i get it it builds on stuff that happened in the indigo disk so it makes the most sense to include it at the same time. but like,., it feels like the true ending to this game y’know? like that hit SO hard. and the way it then sends you to the title screen afterwards and it’s different now, all calm and peaceful and emotional, and then that’s the title screen from now on. like that genuinely feels like oh this game is Over over now after a year. and like oughhh am i right

plus if it were like canon that the mc returns to kitakami after all that stuff it would’ve been a good way to sneak in that little scene while you’re there. of course i don’t know how they’d integrate something that gutwrenching into the silly goofy mochi mayhem plot line but like you get what i’m saying right. cuz with that scene having happened before the silly fun time reunion and epilogue you just know the mc was like fighting for their life in the midst of all this trying not to say anything about it to arven lest he go insane

So I’ve set up my Big Cartel Shop and I think it looks okay for now. Thing is I’ve not got a lot of products up at the moment so it’s kind of bare. I haven’t bothered putting in a menu with different categories because I only have 11 different listings right now. I am eventually going to start listing the Jewellery I’ve made/make but I can’t do that right now. Aside from that the products I’m selling are things I’ve bought not made (tbh with 2 cats in our flat rn I can’t really make things because they are a nightmare and I don’t have a separate room for myself & I tried a desk in our living room but Bagel liked to jump on it & that’s before we got Shrimp. But I’ll be able to make some jewellery soon as I’ll be able to use Kade’s office while he’s in America for 2 weeks)

Anyways so obviously buying stuff is expensive which is why I’ve only got a small amount of stuff on the site for now. As I said I hope to be adding some Jewellery soon and any sales I make I’ll be able to reinvest the money into buying/making more items so my shop will look more like a proper shop with a good selection of stuff. Okay so that’s it I guess. (And yes this is to replace my Kofi because I felt like it wasn’t really the right place to be selling this kind of stuff I felt a proper website would be more suited so I’m trying & hoping this takes off lol)
