I think that I’ve realized one of the big reasons that antisemites are so anti-Israel—I mean, aside from it being a state where a lot of Jews are.

Israel is a state that protects Jews. It also does a lot of bad things under the Likud government. And it also harms Jews that get in the way of the Likud government. But none of that matters to antisemites.

Because a state is an institution. And the left has been very clear that it’s all about criticizing institutions.

And in the absence of a governing religious body to criticize, the Israeli state is all the leftist antisemites have to criticize.

They can’t seem to fathom that the leadership of Israel is not in anyway synonymous with a religious institution. They cannot seem to fathom that the Likud government isn’t in any way representative of Jewish people as a whole—and not even of Israelis as a whole! (Once again, Israel is a parliamentary system. It’s about who has the largest proportion of votes, not a majority) and that Jews in Israel as well as non-Jews in Israel have a say in who to vote for and often strongly oppose Likud and Netanyahu.

It’s like a whole chunk of otherwise progressive people have been waiting for a way to criticize all Jews by attacking some institution they think speaks for us.

They cannot fathom that we are literally just a small ethnic group with half of our number in one location and would very much like for us and for them to not be victims of violence. That’s the uniting principle.

They’ve continually demonstrated how little they know and understand about Judaism, Jewish culture, and Jewish history.

I genuinely do not know if they’re aware that there’s no supreme Jewish council or whatever. There’s no Jewish version of the Grand Imam, Grand Ayatollah, Dalai Lama, Celestial Master, or Head/President of the Church.

We don’t even have a main synagogue from which edicts or traditions flow. We did have one. The Wall in Israel was our main institution. But colonizers and invaders destroyed it. And other religions built their institutions on top of it. And the religious governing body of Jews fell apart thousands of years ago.

…so the only thing that holds us together is each other. Rabbis don’t answer to some central authority. We hold traditions together through culture and traditions and connection to our land of origin, like many our even most other indigenous cultures.

But, because there is one (1) place on the entire planet where Jews are a majority of the population and not a minority, suddenly vicious attacks on the character of Jews everywhere are fair game as long as antisemites pretend they are talking about “Israel.” But they aren’t talking about the State of Israel. Because they get mad whenever we tell them to please specify the current government and the Likud party, because they are the ones responsible for carrying out the needless violence.

But they won’t do that. They seem to believe that there is some uniting religious force that exists in the Israeli government. And they seem to think that we are all united by this religious directive of “Zionism.”

That’s the only way any of their criticisms make sense logically. They don’t see themselves as attacking actual humans. They see themselves as attacking institutions. And any Jew who disagrees with them? Well they are just bastards supporting the institution.

But…there is no supreme Jewish institution. It doesn’t exist. It doesn’t exist because they destroyed those institutions.

They’re making themselves feel good by thinking attacking Jews is somehow helping free Palestine. But it’s just attacking Jews.

It’s like a weird continuation of supercessionism. They’re projecting their religious structure onto a religion that is fundamentally incompatible with that structure.

Just days after he killed Jason Todd, AKA Robin, the Joker was personally approached by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini with a job offer to become Iran's ambassador to the United Nations. Why he thought this would be a good idea is anyone's guess. Joker accepted, using the diplomatic immunity that came with the job to escape Batman's vengeance and launch a scheme to destroy the UN, which was thwarted by Batman and Superman.

“Woman, life, freedom.” How the women of Iran protest the hijab

In September 2022, 22-year-old Mahsa Amini was arrested by morality police in Tehran, Iran, for refusing to wear a hijab. Hijabs have been mandatory in Iran for women since the revolution in 1979, when the Imperial State of Iran was replaced with the Islamic Republic. Only a month after the victory of the revolution, Iran's new head of state, Grand Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, declared: “Sin is not allowed in Islamic Cabinet ministries. Women should not appear naked in the ministries. Women are allowed only with a hijab. There is no obstacle to them working but only if they wear the hijab as prescribed by Islamic law.”

The following day, over 15,000 Iranian women celebrated International Women’s Day, gathering in front of the prime minister’s office in Tehran in protest against the mandatory hijab. As of 1983, Parliament has since passed the Islamic Penal Code, which establishes a punishment of “up to 74 lashes for women appearing without Islamic hijab in public.” In 1996, the law was revised and replaced with “physical punishment with incarceration and fines.” 

In the case of Mahsa Amini, her suspicious death in police custody sparked massive outrage across the country, prompting widespread and large-scale protests. Videos were posted and spread online of Iranian women cutting their hair and burning their hijabs, which served as a powerful way to both protest the morality police responsible for Amini’s death and reject the policy of compulsory hijab. Iranians— both men and women, peacefully protested in the streets of Tehran, and in big and small towns across the country, chanting, “Woman, life, freedom.”

While many of these protests have been shut down or lost traction and attention outside of Iran, political activism in the name of women's equality and freedom continues to thrive in different forms. Widely recognized imprisoned female activists continue to leak statements and voice recordings online, describing and criticizing their living conditions in prison and encouraging other activists to keep working. Discussions and online meetings continue to be held in private online forums such as Twitter, Telegram, and WhatsApp. The women of Iran continue to engage in quiet civil disobedience regardless of the risks or consequences.

In 2017, five years before Mahsa Amini's death, a young woman named Vida Movahed climbed and stood on top of a utility box on one of Tehran's busiest streets. She stood, bareheaded—calmly waving her white scarf on a long stick. Her peaceful yet powerful display of defiance went viral, and photos soon circulated of other Iranian women taking off their headscarves in public. These acts of resistance contrast the violent treatment women like Mahsa Amini face at the hands of the Iranian government and police. They serve as an important example and reminder of the power the people can hold.

The Islamic Fatwa Council has issued a fatwa explicitly banning Hamas and supporting the rights of Palestinians that are being violated in Gaza.

The first of its kind, the fatwa condemns Hamas and blames it directly for the violations and oppression in Gaza.

The fatwa forbids joining or praying for Hamas, as well as funding or fighting for it. It judges Hamas unequivocally responsible for its own corrupt rule and affirms that the Muslim Brotherhood in all its branches is a terror organization violating the tenets of the Islamic faith.

The fatwa, released recently, was issued by three renowned Muslim jurists from Iraq and Pakistan, led by Grand Ayatollah Fadhel al-Budairi; Sheikh Abdallah al-Dheeban, the Sunni Grand Mufti of Wasit Governorate; and Pakistan's Peer Syed Mudassir Nazar Shah, from the International Sufi Council.

We have seen what Gaza is subjected to under Hamas's rule, and the atrocities, in our view, which it has perpetrated against Palestinians faithful, unarmed [civilians] who have neither strength nor recourse. And so we believed it was our Islamic obligation to aid the oppressed. Our faith, in its wisdom, enjoins us to be "an enemy to the oppressor and an aid to the oppressed." The Islamic authority Grand Ayatollah al-Budairi stressed that no one is beyond blame for the harm done to the Palestinian people - even those who think of themselves as "leaders" claiming to represent the Palestinians.

We, as an Islamic authority, stand with the oppressed Palestinian people, and we do not accept that any harm be done to them, whether by Israel or Palestinian governing elements, be they from Hamas or others. Fatwa Council spokesman Muhammad Ali al-Maqdisi, a scholar and lecturer at the Islamic seminary in Najaf, explained in an interview with the French magazine L'Obs that one of the motivations for issuing this fatwa was the suffering of the people of Gaza as exposed in the video series "Whispered in Gaza."

When these videos appeared, nearly everyone who follows Palestinian affairs saw them. I'm referring to the series "Whispered in Gaza." In these videos, numerous inhabitants of Gaza - men, women and children - describe what they've been subjected to because of Hamas's corruption. They testified before the world to the many forms of extortion and intimidation they've suffered. Every human being should heed this testimony. As complaints about Hamas's behavior toward the unarmed and poor Palestinian people increased, this gave us the impetus and clarity to issue a fatwa against Hamas. -- Sheikh Muhammad Ali al-Maqdisi, Spokesman for the Islamic Fatwa Council

Beyond reflecting a religious view or position, the fatwa heralds a new, courageous approach calling on other fatwa councils, institutions and leaders in the Islamic world to reinforce the fatwa - and build on its accompanying juridical findings as well as Shari'ah and Islamic law overall.

We expect that society writ large will support the oppressed in Gaza. We believe that all Muslim clerics who adhere to their true responsibilities must take the same position. This is what we believe. -- Sheikh Muhammad Ali al-Maqdisi, Spokesman for the Islamic Fatwa Council

The fatwa is in accord with Islamic organizations in the Arab Gulf - including the UAE Fatwa Council and the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia - which have designated the Muslim Brotherhood in all its branches a terror organization.

Of note, Sheikh al-Budairi met with Sheikh Dr. Mohammad al-Issa, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, in Mecca at the beginning of this year - an indication that the views of the two organizations and their leaders are aligning.

I feel the need to say that despite Ayatollah Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei having had such geopolitical influence, none of them come near the raw power of Grand Ayatollah Syed Ali al-Sistani. The dude lives in a tiny flat in Najaf, Iraq, completely detached from political affairs, only concerning himself with Twelver Shi'a Islamic religious opinions for laymen Shi'as. Iraq was in the midst of a bloody civil war and ISIS rapidly expanded and almost reached the gates of Baghdad, but when push came to shove, Syed al-Sistani just dropped a fatwa, reading "destroy ISIS", and literally everyone in Iraq went berserk on ISIS, ultimately leading to its defeat in Iraq.

Pour une écologie qui nous libère (enfin) des  écologistes... ( III ) : ''L'obscurantisme vert''.

   Parmi les ouvrages qui disent la vérité au lieu de recopier-recoller les bobards que le Pouvoir r��ve de voir les français avaler et digérer… une “pépite” récente, aux Editions du Cerf : l’Obscurantisme vert, du Pr. Yves Roucaute, ancien “coco” touché par la grâce. Un vrai régal qui ajoute les bémols nécessaires à tous les mensonges habituels sur le CO², le réchauffement climatique et sur les impostures des faux écologistes de pacotille qui occupent la totalité de notre espace médiatique... où pourtant, n'ayant vraiment rien de sensé à raconter, ils devraient n’avoir rien à faire.

Nous parlons souvent de ce sujet d'une importance telle (si l’humanité a encore un futur) qu'y “revenir” n'est pas une redite mais un approfondissement. Un espoir ? De plus en plus de français ont enfin compris, même si c'est un peu tard, qu'on “se fout de leur gueule” (NB : espérons que les “sanctions” inadaptées, inutiles, mal ciblées et contre-productives liées à la crise dite ukrainienne --dont l'autre nom est : “comment l'Otan a réussi à faire commettre à Poutine une faute gigantesque qui menace la paix du monde et l'économie occidentale--, ne vont pas rétrograder notre France en sous-puissance de troisième ordre : les princes qui nous gouvernent si mal ''ont tout faux'', et sont trop heureux de pouvoir se ruer sur une boutade de Christophe Galtier pour redéfinir ce dont on a le droit de rire ! Nos ''penseurs (?) de gauche'' ne sont en réalité que des ayatollahs iraniens, mais en encore plus con !

La grande majorité de ceux qui se disent ’‘écologistes” ne connaissent rien au sujet, mais profitent de l’inculture des braves gens pour leur faire croire que le CO² serait responsable d’un réchauffement climatique (très modeste à l'échelle de l'Histoire, s'il ne l'est pas à la nôtre, après cet été 2022 caniculaire), qui ne dépend presque exclusivement que de forces naturelles… Mais cela permet de se faire élire maire à Grenoble ou à Bordeaux, au mépris de toute vérité et de la science, qui démontre clairement que la vision partisane (donc mensongère) du Giec ne parle que de la partie visible de cet immense iceberg –ce qui revient à passer volontairement sous silence les 7 / 8 èmes de sa masse… et de ses capacités de nuisance ou de vie !

Nos actuels “prophètes de malheur” n'ont d'existence qu'à travers leur idéologie masochiste, nouvelle iso-religion mortifère dont le “Credo” est punitif, douloureux, insupportable et inutile, et dont la grande prêtresse (enfin... n'exagérons rien ! La gourou-rousse-rouge, plutôt, ou la ménade-ménate d'une fausse colère psittaciste !) serait Greta Thunberg... dont je suis fier d'avoir réussi à résister à 17 pages de son ''Moi Greta'' avant de sombrer dans un sommeil cataleptique auquel j'ai survécu par miracle ! Contre leurs affirmations infondées, il est faux de dire que le CO² est une molécule polluante ou dangereuse : c'est une source d’oxygène et d’énergie. Ce gaz, que nous expirons en permanence (vous et moi -et même Greta Thunberg, exhalons environ un kilo de CO² par jour) sert à mille et une choses nécessaires, notamment en agriculture. La science –qui n'a jamais varié sur ce sujet– mesure que, au cours des 460 derniers millions d’années (dont des épisodes glaciaires, d'autres torrides, et d'autres encore, ''entre deux''), les pourcentages de CO² dans l'atmosphère ont toujours été supérieurs à ce que nous constatons aujourd’hui.

Retour sur images : il y a 2,5 à 3,8 milliards d’années, la température moyenne, sur la Terre, était supérieure à 55 degrés… et le taux de CO² mille fois plus important qu’en 2022. Il y a 500 millions d’années, le taux de CO² était quelque 15 fois supérieur à ce que nous connaissons, soit entre 3000 à 7000 ppm (partie par million) contre 415 ppm de nos jours. Pendant l’Eocène (il y a ± 50 millions d’années), les températures moyennes étaient de 29°C sur la Terre, les mers étaient à 40°C, et le taux de CO² de 1600 parties par million, soit quatre fois plus qu’aujourd’hui (en traduisant en pourcentage, on obtient 0,044 % de CO² dans l’atmosphère en 2022, vs. 0,2 % il y a 49 millions d’années, soit cinq fois moins).

Autre réflexion : à la fin du Trias ( ± 200 millions d’années), 80% des espèces ont disparu, pour une cause non définie, alors que l’homme, cet ennemi juré des faux écologistes–vrais déconologistes, n’existait pas encore. Et 150 millions d'années plus tard (vers l'an “–60 millions”), les ¾ des espèces (dont tous les dinosauriens) ont disparu… ce qui exonère l'Homme, le CO² et tous les ''artefacts'', ces ''fausses-raisons-qui-n’expliquent-rien'', des disparitions dont nos décroissantologues plus rouges que verts nous rendent coupables, sans raison mais par système.

Un peu plus tard (sic !), il y a quelque 6 millions d'années (soit quatre millions d'années avant l'apparition du premier homo habilis), un ''réchauffement climatique'' dit messénien a entraîné un réchauffement qui a duré… 630 mille ans ! Le niveau des océans a ''grimpé'' de 150 mètres et les températures de surface des mers sont passées de 19 à… 27 degrés : on aurait pu se croire à Saint Tropez, pendant la “canicule 2022” ! C'était un début : juste après le Messénien, vint le Pliocène inférieur (de - 5 à - 4,5 millions d’années), une période encore plus chaude… qui fut suivie d'une période froide (entre -4,5 et – 4 millions d’années)… elle-même suivie d'une période de réchauffement, entre -4 et -3,5 millions d'années (+ 8° par rapport aujourd’hui, et 15 degrés de plus, en Arctique), le niveau des mers s'élevant de 25 mètres, et cetera... Je vous laisse imaginer les scènes apocalyptiques qu'auraient pu fantasmer, dans de telles conditions, le GIEC et les autres cuistres écolos, ces spécialistes de l'arbre qui cache la forêt ! En résumé, toute l’Histoire du climat démontre qu’il n’y a AUCUNE corrélation entre le taux de CO² et une variation de la température naturelle. En revanche, on peut dire sans se tromper que le principal “gaz a effet de serre” est… la vapeur d’eau, ce facteur majeur des réchauffements climatiques, avec le méthane... mais c’est mal vu de le dire !

Curieusement, l'histoire a conservé la trace d'un “optimum climatique médiéval” entre 950 et 1270 – peu avant les croisades-- épisode qui déboucha, de 1270 à 1500, sur un “petit âge glaciaire” dont les peintres flamands nous ont laissé tant de traces superbes… bientôt suivi d’un nouveau réchauffement de 1500 à 1560… puis d’un nouveau petit âge glaciaire, de 1560 à 1830, d’un court réchauffement puis d’un refroidissement (1870 - 1910)… avant un autre réchauffement (environ + 1° en 120 ans)… alors qu'un refroidissement (encore un !) serait peut-être attendu vers 2030/2040… Je ne vais pas vous embêter davantage : la consultation des “séries longues” suffit à mettre en déroute toute l'argumentation partisane mais officielle du Giec : l'histoire du monde est une succession désordonnée, mais toujours inexplicable, de périodes longues, froides puis chaudes, entre-mêlées de périodes courtes, chaudes et-ou froides... Et tout était très bien comme ça... jusqu'au jour où notre orgueil devenu incommensurable nous à fait nous prendre pour le ''deus ex-machina'' : nous serions devenus si importants que rien ne pourrait avoir d'autre cause que ‘’nous’’ ! Vanitas, vanitatis !

Que nous voilà loin du récit simplificateur de nos faux-écolos qui, dès qu'une belle journée nous rend un peu de ce moral qu'ils sont si prompts à nous voler, se précipitent pour nous expliquer que “c’est la faute au CO², donc à l’Homme…”, oubliant que le niveau des mers a varié de… 400 mètres en cent millions d’années (entre –150 et + 250 mètres par rapport à aujourd’hui . Pas mal !). En revanche, jamais personne ne prend le temps de nous expliquer les -37 degrés dans le Minnesota, les -48 degrés sur les grands lacs en 2019, les -55 degrés en Sibérie en décembre 2020 à Ojmakon, les –38,9 degrés à Oslo… ou nos +41° du mois dernier, en France, comme si toute l'histoire de notre planète était autre chose qu'une alternance naturelle entre des réchauffements et des refroidissements…

Aujourd'hui, les vrais savants, non-doctrinaires et non-engagés (il en reste, hors des officines gouvernementales), disent que les fameux “gaz à effet de serre” qui angoissent pour rien toute la jeune génération sont une conséquence et non la cause de variations naturelles dues à de multiples facteurs tels que la position de la Terre par rapport au Soleil, les éruptions volcaniques, la tectonique des plaques, les chutes d’astéroïdes etc. Mais le Giec, ce cauchemar pour vrais scientifiques, dispose d’immenses budgets qui n'engraissent que les suiveurs dont les enquêtes vont dans leur mauvais bon sens… Leurs ‘’manips’’, leurs tripatouillages et leurs conclusions au forceps sont dénoncées par tous les vrais scientifiques… mais ceux-là sont bannis des médias colportant la pensée officielle, dite main stream…

Une dernière question : pourquoi cette haine contre le CO², qui est bon pour notre planète et sur lequel nous n’avons, en plus, aucun moyen d’action autre que punitif et incantatoire ? Pourquoi faire interdire les diesels (qui émettent 10 fois moins de particules que les moteurs à essence) alors que la pollution urbaine est en baisse et que les polluants ont presque disparu, contrairement à ce que croient 90% des Français ? Parce que nos faux écolos sont grassement subventionnés par les fabricants d’éoliennes, de photo-voltaïque, de voitures électriques, de batteries pleines de matériaux rares, etc… Résultat ?  Chaque fois qu’un français, “poussé au crime” par la “propaganda” officielle, change sa vieille bagnole essence ou diesel pour une voiture électrique, le “vieux” véhicule part dans un pays pauvre, ou il va rouler –et polluer– pendant 25 ou 30 ans ! Ce n'est pas sans de bonnes raisons que le mensonge écologiste a été baptisé “le hold-up du siècle” ! Mais quand les braves gens vont-ils enfin se ressaisir et ouvrir les yeux ? On en reparle.

PS : Par chance pour la vérité, mais contre toute attente, un ‘’JT’’ du 1er août 2022 (TF 1), parlant de la canicule, a bien expliqué que le partage de l’anticyclone de l'Atlantique Nord en deux courants empêchait les courants froids d’aborder l’Europe… y compris ces jours derniers, ainsi clairement expliqués. Le journaliste qui a osé la vérité a dû être viré. Ce phénomène ne touche que l’Europe, et n'a donc pas le moindre rapport avec l'absurde arrêt d'urgence des énergies fossiles, l'interdiction des voitures dans les villes ou la confirmation ''perinde ac cadaver'' de la décision ''limite criminelle'' du ''tout électrique pour 2035''... une des toutes premières conneries à la mode qui devait être supprimée... ‘’quoi qu'il en coûte’’ : c'est la clé de notre futur que nous offrons ''gratos'' aux chinois. Folie, stupidité, idiotie, ou foi sans loi en des mots sans sens de gens qui n’en ont pas plus ?
