Ptutu Event Herbfest Sep 25th - GoldCrown Radio Show

(above art by twitter @nyame8) I've been busy but I'll try my best with what I know. You guys also need to know japanese fandom on twitter is very strong, they just had an online fan event called "Waltz of the Flowers with You" where they recently shared various ptutu goods. it was great. There is an official event on September 25th is a two part event with various ptutu characters (in-character) and ptutu staff will be reading fan mail. You can also DM a fan mail to the official event twitter account at @kinkangakuen to show your love for the show or anything you want to say (please be respectful).

The morning session will start at 1:00pm Japan Standard Time and evening session at 5:00pm JST. Those living in the USA, it will be 12am/4am EST or 24th 9pm/25th 1am PST.

You can buy the tickets mahocast for separate sessions. If you can't make it, you can also watch an archive version if you buy a ticket on mahocast. There were efforts for an English booth/portion(not sure which or if it just means there will be a translator). You can follow the link to the twitter post for mahocast links, either afternoon or evening.

Ok!! I have lots of thoughts about this one. We kind of have to bend some rules to make the tma and the tutu lore mesh well so be warned for that

Drosselmeyer is a disgraced member of Jonah’s immortal old man club, though most people aren’t aware he’s still around. His family is uniquely touched by the web and just generally favored by the Mother. Goldcrown town is a self contained web ritual, like a proto apocalypse fearscape. Drosselmeyer isn’t especially interested in the entities or ending the world, he mostly wants to fuck around write his silly little stories, ironically getting closer than most people get. In fact. Maybe drossy and Jonah are exes [gunshot]

This au assumes tutu ends in 2002, making the kiddos roughly 28-29 in 2015 so they are in the age range of the archive employees. I see fakir as like a semi practicing web avatar. He has a very strong affinity for the web but doesn’t want to make the commitment to go full avatar/possibly notices the more he writes the more he needs to write. He and duck become vaguely aware of the existence of the entities and trying to find out more leads them to the magnus institute. Elias senses a web avatar enter his domain, takes a little sneaky peak into his head and goes holy FUCK drosselmeyer is still around?? HE MADE A QUASI FEAR DOMAIN???? Takes it as an auspicious sign and tries to contract fakir (and duck by proxy if she’s human in this au, which probably would make the most sense so she can like. Talk) for the archives. They join as archival assistants, knowing something funky is going on at the institute and intending to get to the bottom of it from the inside. Anyways angst and horror to follow but I think Duck could make tma not a tragedy. I think she could do it. Also she’d be bros with Martin
