So my favorite headcanon is piercing related, and fairly new for me since it's showing up in a fic that I'm working on.
This is kinda spicy but hear me out, Dieter has a Jacob's Ladder and Frankie has a Prince Albert.
So like for Frankie, military guys are crazy. I've literally watched some of these younger dudes who are away from home for the first time go out and get piercings and tattoos on a dare without alcohol in their system. So the way I see it is that the boys are still in the service, they're winding down after an exercise or they had an actual combat engagement and their all ramped up.
Naturally the conversations they have with some of the others around them drift to piercings after one guy brags about his girlfriend's nipple rings and the topic of a dick piercing comes up. They all want to know if it feels different, they're curious and young and stupid. So they along with the others deployed with them or assigned to the base with them do a coinflip tournament to decide what guy is gonna be the test subject.
It's Frankie. He hems and haws over it, and the guys promise him that they won't shit-talk him too bad if he backs out, and the topic is dropped. But he's curious, and he lost and doesn't want to look like he's a coward. So when he gets back to base and takes some leave he goes and gets it done, without telling anyone at first, since there's a recovery time anyway. He waits until he's healed up to say a word about it to anyone and finds out that some girls really like it.
For Dieter it stems from his early Hollywood days, back when he was still trying to get his first big break. He did what a lot of aspiring actors did, waited tables and held small jobs here and there, and then he got an offer for work. But not for a film. It was a mistyped number but it was for sex work and while he replied that the sender had gotten the wrong number it made him... greedy. He wanted his break, he wanted money, so Dieter eased his way into private sex work.
This is where the drug habit started, not that he knew then it'd be a habit, and between auditions and meetings with people that he wanted to try and get as a manager he would take clients on. The rules were that they didn't see his face (he didn't want his career tied to his quick money job) and it was fine for a while until one girl came in with piercings everywhere. He admired the nipple rings, played with her industrial with his tongue, circled her belly button ring with his finger and let the little dangling ring chime while he fucked her from behind.
But that made him look into piercings, made him decide that maybe he could do something too, and he settled on something unforgettable. Four bars up the underside of his dick definitely made female clients happy and Dieter was meticulous about the cleaning and care of it, even drugged up, and after he got his first break he thought about taking them out and letting the holes close but decided against it.
