SUMMARY: A hacker, a recluse, a muay thai killer, a young woman, her uncle, and his mercenary colleagues learn about their pasts and what the future holds for their careers.
THIS SHOW HAS EVERYTHING: Fridge post-its, aphasia, boring funerals, cheetah documentaries, explosions, hostages, secret armories, spy gear, bulletproof closets, part-time jobs, motorcycle dates, giant cleaners, CG robots, and familial trust.
HOT TAKE: This show is a rough watch in all the best ways. Its got great John Wick-style action, a simple enough plot to not distract from the character movement, and some great, low-key acting chops. Although it hasn't been announced, I CANNOT WAIT for a Season 2 of this show.
Also, as usual (and forever) Lee Dong Wook looks amazing in literally every scene he's in, no matter how many bruises or bandages he carries with him.
Actors: Lee Dong Wook, Kim Hye Joon, Geum Hae Na, Kim Min

In the MBC weekend drama 'Showtime from Now', which aired on the 12th, the figure of Go Seul-hae (Jin Ki-joo) waiting for Cha Cha-woong (Park Hae-jin)'s proposal was drawn. Goseul Hae was asked by her friend, "Are you getting proposed today?", and she smiled and replied "I don't know", but she was drawn to thinking about what kind of clothes to wear.
Go Seul-hae, who met Cha Cha-woong at a cafe, said to the expressionless Cha Cha-woong, "What are you thinking like that?" "No, you don't have to take it too seriously. Then Goseul Hae laughed, "Oh, I never know what Mr. Cha-woong is trying to say, but it's like he's ready to listen with an open mind."
However, Cha Cha-woong unexpectedly said, "Go Seul-hae, let's break up." But Cha Cha-woong said, "I'm serious. I want to break up with Go Seul-hae." Go Seul-hae asked, "What is the reason?" Cha Cha-woong said, "Isn't it obvious why we broke up? My heart has cooled. Don't contact me again."
In fact, Cha Cha-woong gave a breakup notice to Go Seul-hae because of Na Geum-ok (Cha Mi-kyung)'s words, "In order to receive God, you must have an empty heart. You must put down all the seven things in human affairs and not be shaken by vain thoughts." When Choi Gum (Jung Jun-ho) asked, "Are you okay?", Cha Cha-woong replied, "We have to catch the demon quickly before the full moon comes."
Then, Choi Geom asked, "Did you have to do that to the late police officer?" Cha Cha-woong said, "If she finds out, she'll only get hurt while trying to catch her. To this, Choi Gum agreed, saying, “Hey, Go Sun-kyung is not the kind of person who will ever sit still.”
