This is the process of how I prepared the celery I grew in my Gardyn for my freeze dryer. It was necessary to add water in my food processor to really break down the celery as fine as I wanted. It’s been in the freeze dryer all night so hopefully sometime tomorrow I will be able to pull it out and run it through the food processor one more time to make sure that it has been as finely ground as possible.
