33. "kiss me" 6. "was that your first kiss?"

Nights alone were a dreadful thing for you at Miss Robichaux's Academy, and even more so as one of the new witches, the fear was constant. You still didn't know how to deal with the intensity of your powers and, consequently, you couldn't deal with your own loneliness.

At least, on that particular night, you had Queenie. She was going through the same thing as you, feeling alone and unsupported by people who didn't appreciate her enough. There was still that awful doubt, that pressure that Fiona Goode put on you, about being the possible new Supreme.

While the other girls were preoccupied with competing, you tried to convince Queenie to forget about that idea and join in so she wouldn't feel so lonely anymore. So from that day forward, she always went to her room, or vice versa.

"What do you want to do today, (Y\N)?" she asked. "Want to play something? Summon spirits? Train for the Seven Wonders?"

You always shrugged and you always ended up having a nice conversation, eating snacks and sweets - pure greasy nonsense - while laughing about your unpleasant lives.

But that day, things seemed to change between you. You, in particular, were feeling weird about Queenie, and of course, there was the fact that she was completely changing her personality and abandoning her coven of witches.

Knowing this, you went after her, to resolve her and others' issues.

"What are you doing here, (Y\N)?" she asked, when you appeared out of nowhere after following her into Marie Laveau's salon. "If Marie sees you here, she'll kill you, you know?"

"We need to talk," you said, your voice more serious.

"About what?"

"About that" you pointed to Marie's house. "What are you doing here, in the enemy's house?"

"None of your business," Queenie replied.

"What's up, Queenie?" you snapped. "I've always treated you so well, why are you acting weird with me all of a sudden, too? Okay, girls sometimes ignore you, and Madison is a horrible person, but me? What have I done to you?"

She didn't answer, but you had suspicions about what it would be. Of course, you could take into account that you were also hoping it was that, and you needed a non-strange way to resolve it. Wanting to risk it, you just said, in a loud voice:

"Kiss me."

Queenie looked at you and frowned. "What?"

"I don't want to force anything, you can slap me in the face later, but I need you to kiss me, or I won't be able to solve my problems either."

She didn't wait for you to say anything, she just grabbed you by the shoulders and kissed you, intensely but in a tender way. It doesn't take long, though, for you to pull away. Queenie looked at you and smiled.

"Was that your first kiss?" she asked, frowning.

"No!" you replied, with your mouth open. "Uh…maybe?"

"You're funny, (Y\N)" she chuckled. "But what's up, solved it? Were you able to find a solution to your problems?"

You looked at her and, still half incredulous, said to her:

"I don't know, I guess we'll just have to try again, what do you say?"

Zoe is the girlfriend who’s always talking to you at half time as she leans over the fencing of the stands to talk to you with the biggest smile on her face

can we talk about her being clingy around people, especially people of the teams you cheer for, because she thinks you’re too good for her

she’s a highclass thief and will steal everything from you, and half the time you don’t even notice it because she’s just that good at it

Madison "Shameless" Montgomery is definitely something else when it comes to her girlfriend

she’s really possessive so she hates when other people look at you cheering and she knows their intentions

goes watch you cheer and make sures everyone knows you’re her girlfriend

Queenie is forever screaming and cheering you on while she’s in the bleachers

she gets so unbelievably upset if she misses a game it’s kinda sad- like she almost cries and everything because she can’t support you

Mallory actually loves the whole cheer thing- the pretty uniforms, the cute hairdos

"Babe... can I do your hair for the game?"

we all know Mallory is tiny, so when she wears your jacket it’s like a blanket on her

she helps with all the sore muscles with oils and spells, and she makes a whole day out of it to make you feel better

makes sure you’re always 100% healthy and in tip-top condition

attends every single competition and gives you the biggest hugs and kisses and tells you did great no matter what

Rebel Wilson says she wasn't fat shamed — but the internet disagrees

Rebel Wilson is one of Hollywood’s most in-demand comedic actresses, known primarily for her role as “Fat Amy” in the Pitch Perfect films. But on Tuesday she announced a new addition to her résumé when she revealed her gorgeous photo on the cover of Vogue Australia.

“I never would’ve thought this element would be added to my life: Vogue Covergirl,” she wrote on Instagram and Twitter. “This was such an amazing experience, thank you Vogue Australia and to all the designers and stylists who worked on this shoot!”

Appearing in a long brown trench coat and a black gown, Wilson raved about the work of the stylists on the shoot. However, Wilson’s fans have taken offense at the way she appears in the billowy look.

“I think it’s so amazing they put you on the cover and I adore you,” one follower wrote, “but I’m so sad they drowned you in fabric.” Another echoed the sentiment, writing, “You don’t need that giant coat to cover up your beauty.”

But criticism aimed at the high-fashion magazine continued when others suggested that Wilson might even appear Photoshopped.

“She doesn’t even have recognizable wrists,” someone commented. “They widened her smile and she was always naturally beautiful.” Another said: “They altered the photo. Look at her face and hands. Slimmed down. Why can’t they just show her in her natural beauty?”

Soon after, Wilson provided a response herself, assuring followers that she wasn’t Photoshopped by the publication to appear slimmer. Instead, she admitted to a bit of diet and exercise before the big shoot.

Nope, not slimmed down! I just ate healthy and exercised for the month before the shoot x but then immediately after ate brownies!

And when the shaming comments continued, Wilson went so far as to provide photographic evidence of the raw photos versus what appeared in the magazine.

The side-by-side images received a ton of feedback as well, with fans coming to Wilson’s defense by calling those who claimed the photos were Photoshopped offensive.

However, it wouldn’t be the first time that readers have seen plus-size models and actresses appear in oversized clothes on magazine covers, as if to hide their bodies.

Back in 2013, Melissa McCarthy was at the center of a similar controversy when she appeared on the cover of Elle in a large green coat. The immediate reaction from people who saw the cover was that the publication was to blame for intentionally covering up the actress. However, like Wilson, McCarthy came to her own defense to say that she chose the coat herself and loved the way she looked in it.

Other magazines have been accused of cutting out the bodies of their curvier models entirely and showing only the faces of the plus-size women they feature. From Gabourey Sidibe’s Elle cover in 2010 to nearly every magazine that Adele has covered, this has been the case.

But regardless of the intentions of any of these publications, many of Wilson’s fans agreed that the Vogue Australia cover is an accomplishment worth celebrating.
