Frozen fruit tier list (yes, this is every type of frozen fruit I remember trying)

S tier:

Mango (legit has a texture like ice cream, also sweet)

A tier:

Blueberries

Cherries

Soursop

B tier:

Strawberries

Grapes

Guava

Bananas (note: if you try to just freeze bananas you’ll freeze your hands trying to peel them once they’re frozen. buy bags of prefrozen banana slices or peel/slice them before freezing)

C tier:

Papaya

Blackberries

Passionfruit (good but you can only use a tiny bit, it’s extremely sour) (or at least the kind I tried was)

D tier:

Raspberries (tend to crumble to bits when frozen)

F tier:

Pineapple (becomes far too tough and fibrous when frozen, and the taste does not make up for it)

it is literally the most fucked up thing in the world that fruit goes bad. you shoild be allowed to have a box of blackberries in the cupboard for 2 years and they are still fine to eat

#i love fruit so much but you have to eat it NOW or else it turns into pile of mold.... sad #i have remedied this by eating those fruit cups and also making smoothies with frozen fruit. it's not the same but it's close enough. sigh..#rambles

Hot weather Incoming

One of my favourite ways to stay refreshed in hot weather seasons is frozen fruit.

Frozen at peek freshness and full of antioxidants, berries are great for the body & mind

First step, grab your favourite glass or jar if you're like me😅

Grab a handful of frozen fruit like strawberries or blackberries. These work best compared to blueberries for soaking up flavour.🍓

*OPTIONAL: pour a splash of lemon juice or in my case some cranberry juice

(Fun Fact:for the ladies it’s good for UTI’s👀)

Add lastly pour in some Sodastream bubbly. 🫧

Tilt the glass while you’re pouring so those bubbles don’t overflow into a mess…

Trust me it can happen, like all the time!(Just ask a bartender😉)

At the end you'll also have a sweet snack to enjoy:)

Side note: As someone with ADHD who needs dopamine/motivation kicks with a fun drink..and as someone who has not had an alcohol drink in almost 2 years this is something I was able to correct an unhealthy habit.

As well over the years my tolerance for sugary drinks has decreased due to my anxious sensitive tummy so this also helped with that.

So with that I say
