      There's a slow blink as he looks at the new appointed Harbinger. How infuriating. Already flaunting his status yet still not understanding what it truely means to be one of the chosen eleven. Hard to believe this once was the child he taught about finances and the economy of Teyvat. 

      "Think of it like this Kaeya." He starts. Leaning back in his chair, having to put aside the paperwork he's currently filling out to deal with this child's silly little thirst of power. Otherwise you will get stabbed in the back. And not even The Jester can help you. He knows what he was getting you into once you where made... 'Harbinger'."
