Glacier Degree
This Glacier Degree food truck sells Glacier Avochacha which is made from pure avocado flesh and fresh coconut milk blended together. Glacier Avochacha is inspired by the time the owner worked in New Zealand as the locals will have a milkshake in the early morning everyday. The owner hopes that every people can pay more attention to nutritional and healthy diet in daily life hence the owner operates this food truck after came back to Malaysia from New Zealand.
As there are many juices blend with fresh milk, however Glacier Avochacha is quite creative beverage as it is made from coconut milk. Avochacha is not too sweet and seals the sustenance and nutrition of avocado in.
The replacement of the usual milk with coconut milk is to promote this beverage to people who are allergic to lactose or vegan so that everyone can enjoy the cool breeze blowing from the southern hemisphere. The use of glass bottles to fill up the beverage is to minimize the use of disposable dregs and also this can contribute to environmental protection.
Glacier Avochacha’s creaminess will surely give customers the urge to take a sip!

9th June 2018, Saturday.
Heyyy, so yesterday my friends and I went for shopping baju raya in KL. Temankan kawan je untuk cari baju raya dia. She has been eyeing on Seloka Raya apa tah kat Publika. Then kitorang decided not to go there sebab Publika pun tak wide sangat as in boutiques yang located in there. So emm tak syok sangat lah kalau nak jalan-jalan kat situ.
Then dia pun kata its okay, kita pegi yang kat Avenue K punya je. Seloka Raya ni setahu I memang tak besar mana pun. And besides, harga baju semua mahal. Kalau nak cari baju raya yang betul-betul, maybe she could go to PWTC je kan. Tapi dia taknak, and aku pun malas nak berdedai dengan crowds yang ramai nak matey haha. Sebab I've been there, and I dont like crowds!
So after dah cari baju raya in Avenue K, kita pun plan nak makan kat Tapak Urban Dining near there. Terasa excited coz yelah anak kampung datang bandar tak pernah lepak kat tapak tu lol! We arrived there dalam 5.30pm camtu and kedai semua belum buka lagi, diorang buka at 6pm. So kita selamber badak lepak inside a hotel macam Ma'am besar. Taknak kena halau punya pasal, the evil side of me ajak my friends naik ke pool so we chill there je. Huhu seb baik tak kena halau coz we dont look like a sawit/raver yang buat hal. So the guard there biar je kita lepak.
Bila dah pukul 6pm we turun and duduk kat Tapak Urban Dining tu. My first impression was okay lah, all shops were "foodtrucks" so tak nampak serabut sangat. Nasib baik kita sampai awal and booked a table coz ramai juga lah manusia yang dah sampai time tu.
Satu je I dont like about vendors or foodtrucks ni is makanan nak mahal, tapi sedap tu tak juga. Paling menyampah time tu was, my friend and I nak makan kerang. I tengok harga RM6 satu portion besar dalam pinggan, so okay lah kita pun decide untuk share. Dah bayar apa semua and I ambik the kerang. Sekali I got seciput je syiol! Ni yang nak marah, dah lah scam orang dengan gambar pinggan yang penuh dengan kerang. Seciput je aku dapat? Perghh baik I pegi makan kat kedai tomyam ke, lagi murah and penuh kerang, ni tidok. Hare betui! Jadi menyampah kita yang nak berbuka ni. This is how it looks like when I received it. Boleh kira kot berapa biji kerang.
Tips untuk makcik pakcik di luar sana yang nak berniaga jual makanan :
- Jangan niat nak kaya cepat tapi kedekut ye. Make sure awak ikhlas kerja berniaga tu. Pastikan kedai tu kemas bersih, makanan ikut apa yang ditunjukkan seperti dalam menu awak. Sedap tu pun penting juga. Kalau tak sedap tapi harga mahal memang customer maki jela. Kalau tak sedap tapi harga berpatutan takpe juga. Yang pastinya customer satisfied! Sebab yang makan tu pelanggan-pelanggan awak, semua ada tastebud berbeza. Jadi masak lah sedap-sedap dan memuaskan hati para pelanggan anda.

Keles, Gomez-Acevedo and Shaikh (2018) stated that people will seek cold beverages to quench thirst when the weather is hot.
