I like to think I'm naturally pretty nice, but I'm pretty sure that a lot of my decisions when it comes to "self aware" type characters are probably impacted by my time as Flowey, and how my Frisk & Chara helped me out during it.

Even if they might've been coded to say those things long ago, I still want to comfort them as much as I can, let them know that they're not alone in some dark, empty void.

It's the least I can do to pay it forward, I think...

howdy! i'm flowey. my canon was a little depressing, and a lot of my memories involve extreme violence during my resets. my frisk wasn't very nice, never said a thing, and to my knowledge only did neutral runs before they left. but i was extremely close to my chara, and i miss them and my old life a lot. papyrus was super kind to me too, even if i wasn't very kind back. so if you don't mind all the gore and are alright with joking about it, hmu! like or reblog this post if you're interested.

to preface this, as with other major parts of my identity, i forget about it constantly to the point i fakeclaim myself a bunch.

as a floweykin, i only have a couple main memories as asriel. most of my memories in general are just... really sad. whenever i remember i'm fictionkin, im surrounded by those memories and can't do much until i forget again. wdid??????

@depressed papyrus: I know what you mean. I personally like seeing happy Papyrus because I really want him to be happy! But my tl Papyrus was really lonely and depressed too. He acted the way he did to hide his insecurities and not worry people, and he felt like I was the only one he could really confide in. I thought of another kinmonality: cats. Yomiel? Had a cat. He was even important to the game's plot! Lapis? I didn't have a pumpkin, I had a cat. In all of my Asriel/Flowey timelines? Had a cat. Usually only after the barrier was broken, but also once or twice before. As a ghoul? Had a cat. As an oni? Had a cat. In my one non-fiction life? I *was* a cat (nekomimi).
