Day 5 of shaolin @shifuyanlei ultimate flexibility training. Today I added a little bit #zhanzhuang at the end. Unfortunately I could not record the whole training because my camera ran out of energy. Besides that compressing more than an hour training in a "minute video" wouldn't be very helpful 😜 When you follow my posts you may notice that day 3+4 are missing.
