3. Kacy, NCIS: Hawai’i

We’re all smiles thinking about Kacy, and we’re all excited about what’s to come for them. Because if we already love these two as much as we do, and all we’ve seen is basically the beginning of their story, the finding each other, the choosing each other and the deciding that the other was worth it, how much are we gonna love them when we get so much more of them? Kacy has alreay given us so much softness, so much fire and so much of what a real partnership is supposed to look like that we’ll sign up for many more years of the two of them together.

Badass character of the week

Lizzie: Kate Whistler, NCIS: Hawai’i. Not just because she was a badass that had Tennant’s back literally and metaphorically, but because she also allowed herself to be a little bit vulnerable with someone other than Lucy. It’s hard to open yourself up in a relationship, but it’s sometimes even harder to believe people who aren’t romantically involved with you will stick around. But Kate’s got a family now, and this episode went a long way towards her believing that.

My first book review for Fangirlish. 

'...By not keeping the story entirely linear, I personally found myself unsure as to where I’d be led next as I turned the page, and even when little clues were teased about what was to come, it managed to hold back enough to keep me guessing.I haven’t read anywhere near as many books as I usually have by this point here in 2023, but this is one of the best. The Last Tale might well be Roshani’s first adult novel, but if it’s anything to go by, she’s found a new corner of the market to take over.'

I have a new friend (or pal? We have only seen four times) and our taste in fiction is super different and she doesn't seem to fangirl anything. I still haven't found out what her special interests are. Last time we met I had trouble finding topics to talk about sobs. It's just hard to talk with people if you can't feel relaxed in their company to ramble about your special interests and vice versa.

Oh well, at least I have tumblr and online friends.
