First time making deviled eggs with our farm fresh eggs! A family favorite to go along with our New Year’s Eve dinner tradition.
I’m always so blown away at how bright and vibrant the yellows are compared to store bought!
Add a little paprika, salt, and pepper…
I usually put the mustard in after the mayo, but I had to compare the egg to the color of the mustard. So close 😅
I’m not fancy, a ziploc bag is a quick and easy way to fill the eggs.
A little paprika on top! In the spring I’ll use the wild chives growing around my property to add some extra color and flavor.
