Therefore, equity is bullshit & I want nothing to do with it.

Because if everyone gets the same outcome, then you get the same amount of money for doing the bare minimum as someone busting their back.

Therefore, why would you ever give more than the bare minimum?

That just leads to piss poor quality of work.
