the both of you were playing a game on the tv and suddenly you couldn't see

so you paused the game

man was prolly like o.O "why did you pause"

and then you go, "wait ill go get something"

and then you come back with glasses on

he goes 🧍‍

Heeseung malfunctions

"you wear glasses ?"

and now you go "you didn't know?"

he vigorously shakes his head as no

"I've never seen you wear them "

then you explain to him that you've been wearing it ever since you were 15 and he goes 😮

bombards you with questions like

"can you see without them ? can you see in 4k with them ? does it hurt ?"

you answer every single one of them because man looked like this 🥺 while asking

the game you both played was long forgotten

scoops you to the end of the couch for you both to cuddle and for him to ask more questions

he had brought you to this fancy restaurant for your date

you both were deciding on what to order now

but the words in the menu were tiny

and you couldn't read 🧍‍♀️

so you dig through your bag to find your glasses

mans just staring at you the whole time like what r u doing

then you bring out the glasses and he's like what-

but outside he's like 🤨

then you notice him staring and you're like "what"

he goes "you wear glasses ??"

and you nod and he goes 🥺🥺

" why didn't you tell me? I would've bought you glasses"

and you go " that's why I didn't tell you"

acts like he's offended but gives in eventually

He didn’t notice at first

He was concentrating on his food

But then, he sensed that you were in the kitchen with him and he looked up

He almost choked on his food, mind you

He is awfully gentle and careful with them if you ever ask him to look after the pair

Y’know, since he's a sweetheart 🥺🥺

He’s scared he might crush them poor bby

Likes watching you clean them, it’s sort of therapeutic for him ksksksk

He asks a lot of questions about them and why you need them because he is genuinely curious

He’s really comforting when other people make fun of your glasses

He just needs to stand over them and glare down at them until they stop grrrr

And then he gives you lots of compliments because Jake is a sweetheart and you can’t convince me otherwise

Sunwoo watched as saw you walk into the café he wanted the both of you to meet. You were visibly nervous. And so was he. He watched as you sat down. "You wanted to tell me something?" You asked. Sunwoo suddenly forgot all the speech he'd practiced in front of Eric's mirror. His mind had gone blank, completely blank. "I….. I..just….ummm…." He started. Seeing you nod mentioning him to take his time, he inhaled and exhaled a couple of times as he felt his racing heart calm down. After sensing that his heart was stable enough to confess, he started talking.

"Y/n, you know when I first met you, I didn't know we'd come this far. I was really awful to you in the beginning. I practically used you to make my crush jealous. And that was really wrong of me and I know you said that you'd kick me in the nuts if I ask for an apology for that one more time but I'm really genuinely sorry for that. And after learning that we're roommates in college would have probably made your day worse but I really have to tell you that I really grew fond of you in a year of being roommates. I really liked us spending time together. I just want to say that I really really like- no love you. I'm completely okay if you don't feel the same way about me but I just needed to get this out of my head. I know I sound like a mad man but I really really love you and I'd give you the moon if you'd ask for it. And you have no clue how whipped I am for you and- and it just really makes my day when you're feeling happy and when you're feeling sad it just breaks my heart and even if you don't like me back that way I just hope you find someone who you deserve and will give you everything you deserve and more. And I hope you know that"

By this time y/n was sobbing. Y/n crying was not in sunwoo's plan. Sunwoo was reaching for tissues for y/n to wipe her tears. Y/n made him sit down by dragging him down back to his chair. Sunwoo was shocked.

"OK so listen up you dimwitt- I fucking love you too okay and nobody is perfect for me more than you also get that thing inside your head. If you think I deserve the world then you deserve the fucking universe okay ? You are precious and sometimes I just wanna kiss you soo bad and I can't because you're not my boyfriend. But do you what I was gonna do today ?? I was gonna confess to you. And you fuckin beat me to it and now I can't even boast to our future possible children that I confessed to their father first. Yea like you said, I did dislike you in the beginning and I will kick you in the nuts because stop apologizing to me!!!! But you do have to say thanks to my brother and eunbin to be honest because if they hadn't gotten along for prom we'd never be here. She whisper yelled at him before visibly blushing.

Now both of them were blushing.

Y/n couldn't believe she had just said that and sunwoo shouldn't believe what he had heard.

Both sat there in silence for a good 10 minutes before either of them could process what had just happened.

"So what do we-"

"Are we dating-"

Both of started at the same time.

After a few more minutes of talking, both of them walked hand in hand out of the café.

Bomin would be thrilled to know that their plan had finally succeeded.

Eun bin would be proud because sunwoo had finally moved on from her to someone whom he deserved.

Chanhee would be happy that his best friends finally got together.

Eric would be proud of Sunwoo that he finally confessed.

All of their friends would be very happy for them.

Walking hand in hand, they could finally call it home rather than their dorm.

They were roommates when they walked out the dorm last time but they're couples when they walk in together this time.

Although one chapter in their book ended, it was only the first chapter.

They still had a whole book left and they gladly read it together.

Opening the door to his girlfriend's house jungwon was quite confused on how the loud cheerful house was suddenly so quite with no sound except from the air conditioner coming from the only room that had lights on.

Moving to the direction of the room he heard soft muffled cries which broke his heart because those belonged to his girlfriend. Without thinking twice he sprinted to the direction of her and gave a big hug.

This of course startled the poor girl. "Won ?" She asked with her hoarse voice resulting from crying, and rubbing her eyes. Jungwon wiped off her tears by his thumb while whispering "it's okay, baby" continuously.

She broke down even more hearing his voice "no, Won I'm screwed , I don't think I'll do well" she whispered. "No baby, you worked hard and you'll do great I believe in you" jungwon whispered back softly. Softly moving to her direction and giving her a big hug, he felt her calm down a little.

Staying in the position for a few minutes, jungwon broke the silence with "now let's take a break and eat something", she nodded while wiping her tears off with her hands. "Can I get a McDonald's ?" She asked softly.

Jungwon chuckled to himself before showing her his 1 million dollar smile before telling "of course baby, I was hoping you'd go for that, I wanted the same" and winked but failed miserably. Seeing this she smiled which made Won proud knowing his plan worked.

Both smiling now, ordered food from the said shop and happily had food together. She was really thankful to have someone like jungwon in her life who always never fails to make her smile, give her strength and confidence that she never knew she had until jungwon entered her life.

You should've listened to your friends when they said Jay was bad news. His name basically spelt trouble and everyone in the school knew who Jay was. He was a part of Enhypen as they liked to call themselves. They were the popular kids of the college and trust funded kids. And you, were just an ordinary student with good grades. You never paid much attention to anything other than studies. You were what Enhypen would label as a ‘good , innocent girl’ but yet you decide to get involved with one of the bad boys , the college’s very own heartbreaker , Jay park…

A few weeks ago.......

You were just minding your own business , thinking about the café meetup with your best friend Somi when you suddenly feel strong arms pin you to the wall. You look up to find Jay’s eyes staring into your eyes , as if he could see through you and your soul. Shivers run down your spine because obviously why would the Jay park want to corner you in school like this ? he leans in closer to you , and you shut your eyes , preparing yourself for the worst. He softly caresses your cheek and says “ relax, y/n, I won’t hurt you.” the way your name rolled off his tongue made you melt, and you calmed down, after his persuasive reassurance. he smiles coyly, as he pulls a rose from behind and asks you, “I like you, beautiful. will you date me?”

You look at him in horror, as if he had gone mad. huh? did you hear that right? you got asked out by Jay park? you didn't have any feelings for the him but since you were scared that he'd do something to you, you said yes. He beams proudly, muttering “my girlfriend” and you roll your eyes, sighing. He raises an eyebrow, and you tell him “look, I did agree to date you, but it feels like a one sided relationship. I mean, no offense, you’re incredibly handsome and stuff, but I don’t really feel anything for you yet” a smirk sets on his face as he says “guess then I’ll have to win your heart, baby” and winks before leaving you with your jaw practically touching the floor. Okay, maybe he did already began to win your heart.

And thus begins Jay’s mission of winning your heart. Everyday, he’d wait for you after your class ended, walk off till your room, send you memes if you were feeling down and take you to the most quite, yet amazing dates. Everyone in the college was pretty much shocked to see you both together. Girls would shoot you daggers through their eyes, but jay held your hand tightly, as if he would never let you go. You begin sitting with Enhypen during lunch, and the younger ones of the group, Niki and Jungwon would amuse you with their cute talks. “jay seems so happy these days” you hear Heeseung and Sunghoon talk at the table. you laugh and they both point towards you. “he’s happy because of you, y/n.” says Heeseung and Sunghoon scoffs “I’m happy for him and everything, but i swear, one more time he decides to flash his 1000 watt smile, and I’ll end up going blind” as everyone on the table breaks into hysterical laughter.

And slowly, before you and Jay knew it, you were falling in love with him, he already had fallen for you. You both fit each other, like puzzle pieces. You were the Rachel to his ross, every date with him felt special. You never thought someone could ever treat you like this. He made you feel confident, wanted and strong. being with him felt like home. It felt safe, comfortable. He'd come to pick you up after your part time work at the café, and as soon as your eyes would meet, he’d swoop you in your arms and kiss you until every part of your body tingled with love for him. And a 1000 watt smile later, he’d say “hi, my love. you did a great job today.” he would leave you little notes of love and you’d feel butterflies as your heart leapt with joy. His love for you was evergreen, even in the snow, the rain, the sun.

You felt like you were living in a dream of bliss and you just wished this would be forever. You both absolutely adored each other, and were inseparable. But alas, even fate gets jealous if you’re continuously happy for too long, and suddenly everything in your life took a huge turn. Little did you know, that your sunshine and rainbows would turn into pain and thorns. The smiles and hugs you both shared, would turn into hatred and tears.

You strolled into the cafeteria, looking for your boyfriend, wondering where he went. And then, you catch a glimpse of him, whispering and talking in low tones. You move closer, and your breath suddenly hitches in your throat when you hear your name. Why was Enhypen whispering about you? "how long should does this go on for?” says an urgent jay. "well, quite a few weeks are over so, I guess you can end it now?" now that was Sunghoon. "you know you have to tell her right ? " said Jake. What did jay need to tell you? "I know" replied jay's voice. "but you know she'll be hurt when she finds out-" Jake started again and you could hear jay sigh "that she's just a bet" Jake finished.

Your whole world came crumbling right at your sight and your heart shattered into a million pieces your eyes started to well with tears, a few had already escaped without you noticing. You left the cafeteria without telling a word. The boys didn't have a clue about your presence. All these weeks, all the affection he had shown was fake. You couldn't bring yourself to believe that. All what you had between the both of you was just an act. You were nothing more but a mere bet to jay park. Just a bet. You weren't in school the rest of the day, which made Jay worry. On top of that, you didn't answer his calls either. Which made him worry even more. After school when he went to find you at your work, the owner told him that you had called and said you won't be coming to work. Jay didn't know what was going on and why you were ignoring him. His heart brought up the idea of you knowing that you were just a bet but his mind decided to put that thought away to not add to his already stressed mind.

He decides to look for you in your apartment, and he smiles in relief as he sees you. "Baby where were you all day-" Jay gets cut off by you saying "no" "what do you mean babe?" he questioned. You had enough at this point. "just don't ‘babe’ me jay, I'm tired of this" you say as you rub circles on your temple which hurt like hell. That was the first time you had called him Jay. It was always nicknames between you both, so this felt weird. "what are you talking about y/n?" jay questions, looking confused. "When were you gonna tell me that i was just a bet?" you ask him back. Jay's heart drops. His worst nightmare had come true. You knew. There was nothing he could do about it now. You knew the truth. That's why you ignored him. "baby I-" he started "cut it out jay, don’t explain what bullshit you did. I can't believe you lied to me. all these weeks what we had together was fake ?” you choke on a sob as you continue, “I loved you jay I really did. but turns out, you lied to me " you yell, cutting him off once again.

He knew he deserved it, but you didn't. You deserved, much better. He knew he had to apologize. But for some reason, he couldn't bring himself to say sorry. His simple sorry wouldn’t be able to heal your wounds. You scoff "you don't even feel sorry do you ?" he wanted to yell sorry and hug you but he couldn't. He had no idea what had gotten into him. He knew he hurt you bad. You looked at jay one more time and said, "I really felt the connection between us but you messed it up. Thank you for breaking my heart, Jay park. I never want to see you again. Goodbye " those were the last words jay heard from you before the door slammed close indicating you had walked out. Out of this place, and out of the relationship. Jay watched as you walk away from your relationship and it pained him that he couldn't do anything to stop you. He gets down on his knees and breaks down in tears. He wished he could turn back time and hold you in his arms again. He missed your presence already. He knew he couldn't go on for even a day without you but it's him who messed up this time. And he regretted it with every ounce of his being. He wanted to tell you that you were more than a bet. You meant the world to him and more. You were the love of his life, the light to his darkness.

But you were gone, and all he could do, was cry and remember the happy memories you both made together.

Here you were enjoying the perfect weekend at your parents house. But you were not that happy as it has been over 3 weeks since you saw and had talked to your boyfriend sunghoon.

The same went for your second brother heeseung as well since the two of them were from the same group. You understood because it was their dream job but you were starting to miss them.

Thinking about how you missed your boyfriend had you in tears everytime you think about that, so pushing that thought away, you decided to drive to your parents house and spend the day there. Surprisingly you first brother was home so it was pretty easy to forget the fact that you missed sunghoon.

Sunghoon on the other hand thought of Surprising you today so he went to your apartment and knocked. But got no response. He waited about 10 more minute.

By the time, your neighbor had seen him and told him that you had gone to your parents house to spend the weekend there.

Sunghoon thanked him and went outside to see heeseung still waiting, "what- why are you back " heeseung questioned him. "She's in your parents house hyung " sunghoon replied. "What- she didn't even inform us " heeseung exclaimed as both of them got on the car to get going to heeseung's parents house.

While you, were still arranging the way your old room looked, your first brother came up to and you immediately just knew he was bored, "so, how's your life " he started.

You chuckled under your breath and replied " it's been good brother, how's your's?" Just then mum had called him downstairs so he left you to continue doing whatever you were doing.

While you were doing these upstairs, heeseung and sunghoon had arrived downstairs. Your mum had called your first brother to tell him to inform you, so he went down, saw both the boys and stepped on the fist step but heeseung stopped him saying he'd himself go up and tell you.

You were moving your desk when you heard your door open again, you didn't pay much attention to it as you thought it would be your brother, heeseung noticed how you didn't pay any attention to him and he spoke up, " wah, I come to see you after 3 weeks and you pay no attention to me ? !" You were startled at the sudden voice. You turn back and say, "oppa ?, why are you here, I mean what are you doing here ?" Heeseung just smiled, ruffled your hair and left. He left. You were zoning out at this point,"what just happened" you questioned yourself and shook your head and got back to your work, what you didn't see there was sunghoon was quietly coming up the stairs.

You were back to work and sunghoon was just admiring watching you work hard, he then spoke up, "wah, look at my girlfriend, working hard "again you were startled by the sudden voice, what's up with people suddenly speaking and scaring you.

You turned back to see sunghoon, standing there with a smile on his face. You dropped waht you were doing and jumped into his arms like a koala, he caught you but stumbled a bit backwards, "haha easy there tiger" he said pulling you up even more closer. " you idiot didn't even call me , why didn't you call me " you mumbled in his chest.

He chuckled and then said "sorry love, I can explain , we came home late everyday so I figured out you'd be asleep " then you pulled away from him for you both to sit down, you both were just talking on what you both had missed out when you suddenly remembered the video where he tried b-boying but ended up spinning. "Sunghoonie, I have something to ask, " you started, "why did you try the b-boying thing when you only knew how to spin " you giggled the rest.

Sunghoon was visibly red at this point, while you were a laughing mess. "Yah! Don't tease me like that, don't you know I'm a celebrity " he said and stood up which confused you. He then attacked you with tickles.

Both of spent the day laughing. Both of you realized how much you both loved eachother and missed eachother's presence.

But they don't have the saying for nothing, absence does make the heart grow fonder.

Your start with jay was very usual.

You both were of the same major, music.

You both were partnered for your first assignment.That's how you both became friends.

And after sometime the friendship bloomed into more with both of you having feelings for eachother.

Both of you started dating after about going on 3 dates. Jay's dates usually were fancy.

Either to a fancy restaurant at night with the whole view of the city or a fancy visit to a luxurious museum.

But you on the other hand preferred simple.

Jay loved this about you.

Every girl Jay has went on a date with only went with him for his money but you were not this case.

Now coming back to the university life, Jay, is an excellent student himself but the problem is that he is quite lazy you can say. He doesn't pay attention in class and stares at you most of the time and that would often result in you tutoring him after school and sharing your notes with him.

He loves it when you teach him something he doesn't know.

Sunghoon often jokes how Jay changed from 'mister know it all' to 'there are things I don't know too out in the world' after he had met you. You Loved being with jay. And needless to say he has got great group of friends who always has his back.

But today, the both of you were packed as test the following next day. You both were absolutely stressing out over even the simplest things, when you finally realized that you both needed to calm down, it was already night.

Both hungry, and decided to go for a drive to get some food as Jay insisted that you were getting over stressed. Both of you put your coats, and made way to the car.

Jumping in the car that's when you noticed that the time displayed was over 12. So considering only 24/7 convenient stores will be open, your boyfriend decided to drive there,Both of staying in a comfortable silence. Reaching the store soon, getting the snacks you both needed, you both returned to the car.

You got in thinking you both would return home after this, but Jay had different plans. Just when you locked the door, the engine started startling you in the process.

"Huh? Where are we going ?" You asked as you put your seat belt.

"You'll know" your boyfriend replied.

While you wondered where could he possibly take you at this time, he smiled to himself that you were gonna love the place.

"Don't tell me you made some reservation at some restaurant at this time seong" you asked breaking the silence.

Jay chuckled at his given nickname and answered " no babe"

"then what could've you done at this hour" you asked underestimating him in the process.

"are you underestimating me dear ?" He asked putting his free hand on his chest faking a heart broken feel.

"well, what is here to do at this hour Jay?" You replied.

"there are a lot of things you can do at this hour baby" he answered.

Finally the most awaited place came and Jay got out of car and told you to wait inside. He opened the car shade and it revealed thousands of stars visible.

Thats when it hit you, he had brought you stargazing.

"Jay, this is beautiful how-when did you even think of this?" Your mouth refused to form sentences as you were astonished by the place.

"I don't know it just came to my mind" he replied taking out the blankets that you had placed a long time ago. He got them out and came back inside.

You both had spent the night just talking your feelings out and did extraordinary well in your tests.

Jay was thankful he had had someone like you in his life that he could call his and love.
